解题教学中教“想”法比“解”法更重要

为了突出“向量”的工具性的作用，同时也为了加强知识间的纵横联系，新课程标准课程是用“向量法”证明余弦定理．北师大版必修5关于余弦定理的推导如下：如图1，根据向量的数量积，     

Two new guaianolide-type sesquiterpenoids from Kadsura interior

Two new guaianolide-type sesquiterpenoids,4β,9β-dihydroxy-1α,5α-H-guaia-6,10(14)-dien(1) and 4β,9β,10α-trihydroxy-1α,5α-H-guaia-6-en(2),along with four known sesquiterpenoids(3a,3b,4 and 5),were isolated from Kadsura interior.Their structures and configurations were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 2D-NMR and HR-MS techniques.Compounds 3a and 3b were obtained as a pair of enantiomers,and their structure and absolute configuration were established from their extensive NMR spectra and by single-crystal X-ray analysis.     

含1,2,3-三唑环的α,γ-二酮衍生物的合成研究

以对氯氯苄为原料,经取代、1,3-偶极环加成和缩合反应得到含1,2,3-三唑环的α,γ-二酮衍生物,其结构经1H NMR、13C NMR以及MS确证。研究表明,该α,γ-二酮化合物存在酮醇异构现象,在溶液中其酮醇异构体比例近似为1∶8。     

滞后型脉冲泛函微分方程周期解的存在性

本文借助Mawhin重合度理论中的延拓定理和广义常微分方程周期解的存在性,在滞后型脉冲泛函微分方程与广义常微分方程存在等价关系的条件下,建立了滞后型脉冲泛函微分方程周期解的存在性定理.     

鲍曼不动杆菌LpxC的同源模建及分子对接

鲍曼不动杆菌已成为最普遍的医院致病菌,且耐药情况严峻.LpxC作为新抗菌药物靶点被大量研究,但鲍曼不动杆菌LpxC晶体尚未解析得到,基于其结构的药物设计等工作无法开展.以铜绿假单胞菌LpxC晶体结构为模板,通过同源模建方法获得鲍曼不动杆菌LpxC结构模型.较好的Ramachandran plot分布和Profile-3D结果验证了模型的合理性.用分子动力学模拟优化鲍曼不动杆菌LpxC模型,修补部分不合理构象.后续分子对接结果显示S构型的苄氧乙酰基羟肟酸类抑制剂比R构型分子能更有效地结合在F191,H237和K238组成的较浅口袋中,这可能是S构型抑制剂活性更高的主要因素,模拟结果与实验数据吻合较好.     

Laser output of radial-slab solid-state laser

In this letter, numerical simulation and experimental study of a radial-slab solid-state laser are presented. The laser includes four crossing-slabs pumped by four Xe flashlamps. The numerical simulation of coherent intensity in the near field and the far field indicates that the laser with the structure can improve the quality of output beam compared with incoherent beam combination. The radial-slab solid-state laser is fabricated, and initial experiments are carried out at a pulse repetition of 1 Hz. Nine beams in the near field and one combined beam in the far field are obtained in our initial experiment. The experimental results are consistent with the numerical analysis in the coherent condition. The results show that coherent beam combination is obtained by this laser.     

Investigations of ionization-induced injection of laser wake field acceleration using phenomenological model

We develop a phenomenological model to investigate dynamics of ionization-induced injection. In the ＂bubble＂ regime of laser wakefield acceleration （LWFA）, it is found that there is an upper limit for laser intensity of ionization-induced injection. In the plane perpendicular to the laser polarization, when the laser pulse is linearly polarized, ionization-induced injected electrons exhibit a filamented structure and semi-coherent betatron oscillation.     

均质球体在半圆形凹槽中的运动分析——一维方向可自由移动的半圆形凹槽的情形

用动力学的方法,建立均质球体与一维方向可自由移动的半圆形凹槽组成的系统的运动微分方程,进一步分析均质球体在半圆形凹槽内做无滑滚动的临界角,并求出均质球体大角度振动周期的精确公式和近似公式.     

General admissibility for linear estimators in a general multivariate linear model under balanced loss function

A generalization of Zellner’s balanced loss function is proposed. General admissibility in a general multivariate linear model is investigated under the generalized balanced loss function. And the sufficient and necessary conditions for linear estimators to be generally admissible in classes of homogeneous and nonhomogeneous linear estimators are given, respectively.
