实验研究了飞秒脉冲激光泵浦Ⅰ类BBO晶体中自发参量下转换效应,以及产生的彩色锥形辐射现象.系统分析了各参量对二次谐波转换效率及彩色锥形辐射现象的影响.研究结果表明:蓝绿色锥形辐射具有最大的发散角,这与相位匹配理论模拟结果吻合;正入射时,增大泵浦光强及晶体厚度均会引起彩色锥形辐射亮度增加,且最大出射角中心波长往长波移动;...     

Musielak-Orlicz-Sobolev空间中的单调性

利用Musielak-Orlicz-Sobolev空间的结构特点,借鉴Orlicz-Sobolev空间中的单调性,给出并证明了赋Luxemburg范数的Musielak-Orlicz-Sobolev空间具有一致单调性、上(下)局部一致单调性和严格单调性的充要条件.     

Multispectral image fusion method based on intensity-hue-saturation and nonsubsampled three-channels non-separable wavelets

<正>A new multispectral image fusion method based on intensity-hue-saturation(IHS) transform and threechannel non-separable wavelets whose dilation matrix is[2,1;1,1]is proposed.The multi-resolution decompositions of the intensity of multispectral image and panchromatic image are performed in nonsubsampled mode using the three-channel non-separable wavelet filter bank.The approximation images and the detail images of the multi-resolution pyramids are fused.The experimental results show that this method has good visual effect.The performance outperforms the IHS fusion method.the discrete wavelet transform (DWT) fusion method,and the IHS-DWT fusion method in preserving spectral quality and high spatial resolution information.

Ghost interference in double-slit experiment with type-II parametric down-conversion resource

A double-slit ghost interference experiment performed on an entangled resource using type-II non-collinear degenerate spontaneous parametric down-conversion (SPDC) is demonstrated. The influence of the distance between the double-slit and the bucket detector preceded by a pinhole is studied. The experimental results show that the interference fringes become increasingly distinct with higher visibility when the pinhole-double-slit distance increases. A first-order classical theory based on the Klyshko’s two-photon advanced-wave picture, and a second-order quantum-image theory are provided for explanations. The fitting results indicate that the divergence of the converted fluorescence significantly affects the ghost fringes.     

阴离子耗尽进样胶束扫集毛细管电动色谱法在线富集测定甘草黄酮类化合物

建立了一个毛细管胶束电动色谱(MEKC)在线富集阴离子耗尽进样(ASEI)联用扫集(sweeping)技术测定3种甘草黄酮化合物(异甘草素、甘草素和甘草苷)的方法。考察了MEKC的分离条件和富集体系的优化条件,其中样品基质、水塞进入时间、进样时间对目标化合物的富集效果有较大的影响。在优化实验条件下,异甘草素、甘草素和甘草苷的富集倍数分别提高了110、120、300倍,检出限分别为0.015、0.014、0.011mg/L。该方法用于中药制剂中甘草素、异甘草素和甘草苷含量的测定,回收率在90.6%～107%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于4.5%(n=3)。实验证明,该方法可成功地应用于实际样品中甘草素、异甘草素和甘草苷含量的测定     

阴离子选择性耗尽进样-胶束扫集毛细管电泳法对痕量醋酸氢化可的松的测定

联用阴离子选择性耗尽进样和胶束扫集两种在线富集技术,建立了胶束毛细管电泳方法测定化妆品中醋酸氢化可的松的方法。讨论了SDS浓度、样品基体、进样电压、进水时间和进样时间对富集和分离的影响。优化的实验条件:以120 mmol/L SDS-20 mmol/L NaH2PO4(pH2.2)-10%(体积分数)甲醇为缓冲体系,分离电压-20 kV,进样电压-20 kV,进样时间80 s,进水时间200 s,测量波长250 nm。在该实验条件下,醋酸氢化可的松的富集倍数比普通毛细管电泳法提高了约173倍。方法的线性范围为0.05~5.0 mg/L,检出限为12.6μg/L。该方法用于化妆品中醋酸氢化可的松含量的测定,回收率为98%~105%,相对标准偏差均小于4.0%(n=4)。     

气质联用法测定饮用水中29种挥发性有机物

挥发性有机物(VOCs)具有高挥发性、类脂物可溶性、易被皮肤、粘膜吸收等特点,对环境和人体有较大的影响和危害.新<生活饮用水卫生标准>(GB/T 5749-2006)[1]中VOCs的检测项目从原来的2项增加到25项.顶空气相色谱是过去测定水中VOCs的常用方法,但该法灵敏度较低,不适于数十种挥发性有机物同时检测[2].新技术吹扫捕集-气质联用法(P&T-GC-MS)能同时分析测定多种物质,前处理方式也较简便,因此成为测定水中VOCs的推荐方法[3-6].     

毛细管电泳在线电推扫测定蔬菜中3种氯化烟碱类农药残留

以采用电动进样模式的毛细管电泳在线电推扫技术建立了测定蔬菜中吡虫啉、啶虫脒和噻虫嗪残留的新方法.研究了缓冲液浓度、pH值、十二烷基硫酸钠浓度、分离电压和进样量对峰高的影响,优化后缓冲液为40 mmol/L硼酸盐、60 mmol/L十二烷基硫酸钠、pH 7.8,进样电压10 kV,进样时间120 s,分离电压25 kV.在此条件下,吡虫啉、啶虫脒和噻虫嗪的富集倍数可达626,788和443倍;检出限分别为5.6,2.9和2.5 μg/kg;相对标准偏差为1.65%,1.92%和0.96%;平均加标回收率为87.4%～102.5%,95.3%～103.1%和78.7%～93.9%.本方法可满足相关标准中的残留限量要求,已用于蔬菜中这3种农药残留的检测.
