在固定床中考察了不同温度下神府煤焦催化热解中K2CO3的转变形态,以及在TG-DSC分析仪上研究了K2CO3添加方式和粒径对其气化速率的影响。结果表明,随着气化温度的升高,催化剂的添加方式对煤焦气化反应速率的影响减弱;对热解残渣的SEM/EDX谱图显示,随着温度升高,K催化剂在煤焦中能展现更好的分散性;在热解过程中,煤焦中的碳通过与K2CO3反应释放出CO2和CO,生成的气体量与温度相关;在较低温度650℃下,不同粒径对气化效果影响差别较大,粒径越小气化反应性越好。K2CO3的流动性随着温度升高而增强,催化活性也越强;低于700℃时,要考虑添加方式对气化反应性的影响。  相似文献

Eu/FeVO_4新型光催化剂的制备及其光催化性能   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以偏钒酸铵(NH4VO3)、硝酸铁(Fe(NO3)3.9H2O)、硝酸铕(Eu(NO3)3)为原料,采用浸渍法制备了Eu/FeVO4新型光催化剂,并利用XRD,SEM,BET,DRS和XPS等手段对其进行了表征。结果表明:Eu/FeVO4仍为三斜型晶体,其晶粒粒径大小未有显著变化;SEM显示掺杂后晶体表面附着较多细小颗粒,其比表面积得到了提高;并且其光吸收性能在200~500 nm之间增强。在12 W节能灯照射下,以甲基橙的光催化剂降解为模型反应,研究了该新型光催化剂的光催化活性。结果发现,与纯FeVO4样品相比,Eu/FeVO4样品光催化活性大幅提高,且当掺杂量为0.5%(质量分数)时,对甲基橙溶液的脱色率比纯FeVO4提高24%左右。  相似文献

In this paper, the controllable band width, resolution and sample loading were investigated by the injection system of free-flow electrophoresis (FFE) with gratis gravity. Two general injection methods were described herein. The first method was the one in which sample injection fluxes were variable with constant background flux, while the second was the one in which the background fluxes were flexible with stable sample flux. With methyl green and crystal violet as two viewable model compounds, a series of experiments were performed, and the experimental results revealed that (1) the sample band width could be under desiring control through the regulation of ratios between sample and background fluxes, (2) the separative resolution could be also adjusted elaborately via the regulation of flux ratios during the separation of methyl green and crystal violet with only one charge disparity, and (3) the sample loading could be conveniently controlled via the flux ratios and an approximate maximum sample loading could be selected under the condition of just completed separation of two adjoining solutes. In addition, it was observed that the flux ratio had soft influence on the separative resolution of two solutes. These results were of significance to the designs on band width, resolution and sample loading in the newly developed FFE device with gratis gravity.  相似文献

以聚(ε-己内酯-b-L-丙交酯)/聚乙二醇单甲醚(P(CL-b-LLA)-b-mPEG)和聚(ε-己内酯-b-D,L-丙交酯)/聚乙二醇单甲醚(P(CL-b-DLLA)-b-mPEG)两种两亲嵌段共聚物为载体,选择了物理状态完全不同、而疏水性相近的吲哚美辛和维生素E为模型药物,研究了药物包载对高分子胶束形态的影响.发现两种药物在高分子胶束内部的增溶均会导致胶束形态发生显著改变,变化行为与胶束内核的结晶性和药物疏水性有关.另外,还研究了两种嵌段共聚物的载药性能,发现非结晶性疏水内核共聚物的药物包载率明显大于可结晶疏水内核的共聚物.  相似文献

The influence of tensile stress on the changes in hyperfine parameters obtained by Mössbauer spectroscopy of the ferromagnetic amorphous NANOPERM-type Fe80Nb3Cu1B16 alloy has been investigated. The bulk changes are obtained by Mössbauer spectroscopy in a transmission geometry using γ-rays; the surface properties are studied in a scattering geometry using conversion electrons. The Mössbauer spectra are analyzed by two distributions of hyperfine inductions, which result in high-field and low-field components corresponding with a model of clusters formed by predominantly iron atoms and intermediate phase containing mainly the Nb, Cu and B atoms. The obtained results are completed by the bulk and surface magnetic measurements, with observations of surface morphology by AFM and microstructure by SEM. The investigations yield approximately linear increase of hyperfine parameters and slight deterioration of the bulk as well as surface magnetic characteristics with tensile loading.  相似文献

Layer‐by‐layer (LbL) assembly was conducted on CaCO3 microparticles pre‐doped with polystyrene‐block‐poly(acrylic acid) (PS‐b‐PAA) micelles, and resulted in micelles encapsulation in the microcapsules after core removal. Distribution of the micelles in the templates and capsules was characterized by transmission electron microscopy and confocal laser scanning microscopy. The micelles inside the capsules connected with each other to form a chain and network‐like structure with a higher density near the capsule walls. The hydrophobic PS cores were then able to load small uncharged hydrophobic drugs while the negatively charged PAA corona could induce spontaneous deposition of water‐soluble positively charged drugs such as doxorubicin.

在双向测试系统上进行了不同纵向应变与不同横向应变的双向松弛实验,研究了在双向拉伸载荷作用下单向尼龙6-橡胶复合材料的应力松弛特性.为了预测尼龙6-橡胶复合材料的应力松弛规律,提出了一个松弛型本构模型.当试件承受双向拉伸载荷作用时,将松弛型本构模型获得的理论曲线和实验数据进行了对比,二者取得了较好的一致性.  相似文献

The solution for a circular inhomogeneity embedded in an infinite elastic matrix with a multilayered interphase plays a fundamental role in many practical and theoretical problems. Therefore, improved analysis methods for this problem are of great interest. In this paper, a new procedure is presented to obtain the exact stress fields within the inhomogeneity and the matrix under thermomechanical loadings, without the need of solving the full multiphase composite problem. With this short-cut method, the problem is reduced to a single linear algebraic equation and two coupled linear algebraic equations which determine the only three real coefficients of the stress field within the inhomogeneity. In particular, the average stresses within the inhomogeneity can be calculated directly from the three real coefficients. Further, the other three unknown real coefficients associated with the stress field in the matrix can be determined subsequently. Hence, the influence of the stepwise graded interphase on the stress fields is manifested by its effect on the six real coefficients. All these results hold for stepwise graded interphase composed of any number of interphase layers. Several examples serve to illustrate the method and its advantages over other existing approaches. The explicit solutions are used to study the design of harmonic elastic inclusions, and the effect of a compliant interphase layer on thermal-mismatch induced residual stresses. This paper extends an analytical method for static analysis of general cross-ply piezolaminated rectangular plates with any combination of clamped/simply-supported boundary conditions under uncoupled thermo-electro-mechanical loadings. This method is based on the novel superposition method and the first-order shear deformation theory (FSDT). The FSDT enables this expanded method to consider the effect of shear deformation of the plate. The process of applying electrical and thermal resultants causes some advantages due to its simplicity and less computational process. In this analysis displacement components are written in terms of unknown force and moment resultants. Using Fourier series for displacement components, mechanical, thermal, and/or electrical stress resultants, the complex governing differential equations of the plate are reduced to a set of linear algebraic equations with non-trivial solution. The obtained equations may be solved analytically to determine the unknown stress resultants. Several examples are proposed, and their obtained numerical results are compared with those available in the literature to verify the convergence, high accuracy, and the capability of the present method to analyze the static behavior of piezolaminated plates. It is found that there is high agreement between the present results with those obtained by other investigators.  相似文献
