Reaction of CuI with 1 or 2 equivalent(s) N,N′‐Bis(diphenylphosphino)‐2,6‐diaminopyridine (BDDP) gives two different complexes, [Cu(I)μ‐(BDDP‐κP,Npy)]2 ( 1 ) and [Cu(BDDP‐κP,Npy)2]I ( 2 ), in high yields. The determination of the molecular structure show that both CuI atoms are tetrahedrally coordinated, rather than a square‐planar geometry reported for Cr0, NiII‐BDDP complexes before, which contains a planar tridentate chelate ring system. The introduction of AuCl(tht) (tht = tetrahydrothiophene) into [Cu(BDDP‐κP,Npy)2]I leads unexpectedly to the formation of a digold complex 2,6‐[(ClAuPh2P)HN]2C5H3N and dimeric [Cu(I)μ‐(BDDP‐κP,Npy)]2. 相似文献

Reaction of [Pt(PEt(3))(3)] with the primary and secondary phosphine-borane adducts PhRPH x BH(3) (R=H, Ph) resulted in oxidative addition of a P-H bond at the Pt(0) center to afford the complexes trans-[PtH(PPhR x BH(3))(PEt(3))(2)] (1: R=H; 2: R=Ph). The products 1 and 2 were characterized by (1)H, (11)B, (13)C, (31)P, and (195)Pt NMR spectroscopy, and the molecular structures were verified by X-ray crystallography. In both cases, a trans arrangement of the hydride ligand with respect to the phosphidoborane ligand was observed. When 2 was treated with PhPH(2) x BH(3), a novel phosphidoborane ligand-exchange reaction occurred which yielded 1 and Ph(2)PH x BH(3). Treatment of 2 with one equivalent of depe (depe=1,2-bis(diethylphosphino)ethane) resulted in the formation of the complex cis-[PtH(PPh(2) x BH(3))(depe)] (3), in which the hydride ligand and the phosphidoborane ligand are in a cis arrangement. Treatment of 3 with PhPH(2) x BH(3) was found to result in an exchange of the phosphidoborane ligands to give the complex cis-[PtH(PPhH x BH(3))(depe)] (4) and Ph(2)PH x BH(3). Complex 4 was found to undergo further reaction in the presence of PhPH(2) x BH(3) to give meso-cis-[Pt(PPhH x BH(3))(2)(depe)] (5) and rac-cis-[Pt(PPhH x BH(3))(2)(depe)] (6). 相似文献

Reaction of carboxamides with Cu2O in the presence of t-butyl isocyanide gave new chelated copper(I) complexes, which probably are formed by the insertion of t-butyl isocyanide into the coppernitrogen bond of copper(I) amide isonitrile complexes, which were initially produced from the carboxamides and Cu2Ot-butyl isocyanide complex. The same chelated copper(I) complexes were prepared more readily by the reaction of the corresponding N-trimethylsilyl-carboxamides with Cu2Ot-butyl isocyanide complex. Crosslinked films consisting of the acrylamide-acrylamidophenylboronic acid copolymer that are imprinted with recognition sites for β-nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+), β-nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate NADP+, and their reduced forms (NAD(P)H), are assembled on Au-coated glass supports. The binding of the oxidized cofactors NAD+ or NADP+ or the reduced cofactors NADH or NADPH to the respective imprinted sites results in the swelling of the polymer films through the uptake of water. Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) spectroscopy is employed to follow the binding of the different cofactors to the respective imprinted sites. The imprinted recognition sites reveal selectivity towards the association of the imprinted cofactors. The method enables the analysis of the NAD(P)+ and NAD(P)H cofactors in the concentration range of 1×10−6 to 1×10−3 M. The cofactor-imprinted films associated with the Au-coated glass supports act as active interfaces for the characterization of biocatalyzed transformations that involve the cofactor-dependent enzymes. This is exemplified with the characterization of the biocatalyzed oxidation of lactate to pyruvate in the presence of NAD+ and lactate dehydrogenase using the NADH-imprinted polymer film. 相似文献

The reaction of either Li2PPh or Li2AsPh with the diborane(4) derivative B2(NMe2)2Br2 affords the compounds [PhP(BNMe2)2]2 ( 1 ) or [PhAs(BNMe2)2]2 ( 2 ) in good yield. Both 1 and 2 have cyclic structures featuring non-planar P2B4 or As2B4 six-membered rings which have chair configurations. Although all four borons in each ring have planar coordination, the two phosphorus or arsenic centers have different degrees of pyramidalization. Bond distances within the rings indicate that the B? B, B? P or B? As bonds are single, whereas the exo-B? N bond lengths are consistent with significant π-bonding. The ring structures of 1 and 2 are in sharp contrast to the related boron-nitrogen species (t-BuN)2N4Me4 which has a nido-N2B4 framework. The attempted synthesis of the nitrogen analogue of 1 or 2 by using a similar approach did not result in the isolation of [PhN(BNMe2)2]2, instead the tetramino diborane(4) species [B(NMe2)NHPh]2 ( 3 ), which has a structure similar to other tetramine diborane(4) compounds, was isolated. 相似文献

Tetraarylesters of μ-Imido-Diphosphoric Acid and its Thio Derivatives — Structure Investigations New O,O′,O″,O?-tetratolyl- and ditolyl-diphenylesters of the μ-imido-diphosphoric acid and its mono and dithio derivatives were synthesized, compared with the corresponding tetraphenylesters and investigated by 1H, 13C, and 31P NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystal structure analysis. Structures of the O,O′,O″,O?-tetrakis-(2-methyl-phenyl)-μ-imidodiphosphate, 1b , as well as of the corresponding ortho-, meta- and para-tolylesters of the μ-imido-monothiodiphosphoric acid ( 2a , 2b , 2c ) were determined. All the compounds form dimers via N? H…?O hydrogen bonds in the crystal as well as in nonpolar solvents. The distances around the phosphorus atoms rise with decreasing electronegativity of the phosphorus substituents. Signs of the 2JP? N? P coupling constants were determined by 13C{1H, 31P} triple resonance experiments for some compounds. These constants become more negative owing to substitution of a phosphoryl by a thiophosphoryl group. 相似文献
