Essential oil composition of Plectranthus asirensis grown in Saudi Arabia was chemically analysed for the first time by various gas chromatography techniques (GC–MS, GC–FID, Co–GC, LRI determination and database and literature searches) using two different stationary phase columns (polar and nonpolar). This analysis led to the characterisation of a total of 124 components representing 98.5% of the total oil composition. The results revealed that P. asirensis oil was mainly dominated by monoterpenoids (90.7%) in which most representative constituents were thymol (66.0 ± 0.36%), γ-terpinene (14.0 ± 0.18%), p-cymene (5.2 ± 0.06%) and β-caryophyllene (3.0 ± 0.03%). It is worth mentioning here that this is the first report on the phytochemical constituents of P. asirensis. 相似文献

In this paper, we propose a discrete virus dynamics model with Holling type‐II infection function. By constructing Lyapunov function, we prove that if , then the infection‐free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable; whereas if , then sufficient conditions are established for global stability of the infection equilibrium. 随着人口老龄化的不断加剧,衰老相关疾病已成为全球关注的问题.神经系统功能的退行性改变居于衰老相关疾病的首位,其机制尚不明了.该文旨在通过核磁共振磷谱(~(31)P NMR)检测不同月龄大鼠脑组织中小分子物质的改变,明确能量相关的含磷化合物随大鼠年龄增长的变化,从而揭示脑组织中年龄相关代谢物的变化规律.该研究萃取了不同年龄(幼年、中年及老年)Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠脑组织中的小分子物质,进行了~(31)P NMR检测分析.结果显示:老年大鼠脑组织中能量代谢相关物质——磷酸肌酸的含量显著升高,而磷脂酰胆碱及磷酸肌醇含量显著降低,并且出现了磷酸化葡萄糖.这一发现有助于理解衰老相关的脑结构和功能下调,为神经退行性疾病的发生提供依据. 相似文献

Efforts are aimed at finding a method that could serve TL dosimetric measurements in the range of low-dose but carried out in an environment with elevated temperature. The temperature at the position of the maximum intensity of LiF:Mg,Cu,P was about 280 °C when annealed at 460 °C. LiF:Mg,Cu,P with a maximum intensity at 280 °C should present good thermal stability. The TL intensity of LiF:Mg,Cu,P with a maximum intensity at 280 °C was about 54% of the standard LiF:Mg,Cu,P, it should have a minimum measurable dose in the range of micro-Gy. LiF:Mg,Cu,P with a maximum intensity at 280 °C could be re-used by the 660 °C/30 min annealing, followed by 270 °C/20 min, 240 °C/10 min and 460 °C/30 min. It's possible for LiF:Mg,Cu,P to be extended application for low dose test in an environment with elevated temperature. 相似文献

This study describes the simultaneous determination of phosphonate, phosphate, and diphosphate by CE with direct UV detection, based on in-capillary complexation with Mo(VI). When a mixture of phosphonate, phosphate, and diphosphate was injected into a capillary containing 3.0 mM Mo(VI), 0.05 M malonate buffer (pH 3.0) and 45% v/v CH3CN, three well-defined peaks, due to the migration of the corresponding polyoxomolybdate anions, were separated. The respective calibration graphs were linear in the concentration range of 2 x 10(-6)-2 x 10(-4) M for phosphonate, 1 x 10(-6)-5 x 10(-5) M for phosphate, and 1 x 10(-6)-2 x 10(-4) M for diphosphate; the correlation coefficients were better than 0.9990. The present CE method is successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of phosphonate, phosphate, and diphosphate in tap water. 相似文献
