α－葡萄糖基甜菊糖的酶促合成反应（Ⅱ）

研究了以球形纤维素弱阴离子交换剂作载体，固定化葡萄糖基转移酶ＧＴ－１转化甜菊糖为α－葡萄糖基甜菊糖反应的各种影响因素。结果表明，甜菊糖的酶促转化到达一定程度后，继续增大酶用量及淀粉用量，对转化结果没有太多改善，固定化酶重复使用８次，活力下降较少，说明固定化效果良好。     

4-Aryldihydropyridines,a New Class of Highly Active Calcium Antagonists

The aryldihydropyridines first prepared by Hantzsch almost 100 years ago have recently been found to be highly effective calcium antagonists with suitable pharmacological profiles. An illustrative example is dimethyl-l,4-dihydro-2,6-dimethyl-4-(o-nitrophenyl)pyridine-3,5-dicarboxylate (Nifedipine) which is already employed therapeutically. This substance lowers the frequency of attack of angina pectoris and reduces blood pressure. The discovery of the therapeutic activity of this class of substances initiated renewed investigation of the Hantzsch condensation and the synthesis of numerous 4-aryldihydropyridines and related compounds. Qualitative and quantitative structure/activity relationships of these substances can be deduced from their biological data.     

Application of thermal analysis to study of the synthesis of K0.5Bi0.5Tio3 ferroelectric

Synthesis of potassium bismuth titanate ferroelectric by heating of mixtures prepared using oxide precursors, i.e. Bi₂O₃, TiO₂ and K₂CO₃ was investigated. DTA, TG, XRD and SEM methods were used to study the formation of intermediate compounds and the final product. Usage of associated homogenization and grinding of precursors mixture permits to decrease the temperature of formation of K_0.5Bi_0.5TiO₃. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

One-step synthesis and photochromic properties of a stable triangle terthiophene

A new photochromic compound based on the hexatriene backbone was prepared by one-step coupling. The photochromic backbone, composed of three thiophene ring, undergoes reversible ring-opening and ring-closing photoisomerization reactions when irradiated with ultraviolet and visible light, respectively. It exhibited fatigue resistance and thermally irreversible photochromic properties. The ring-open form exhibits appreciable fluorescence, while quenched by the ring-closed form.

Effects of <Emphasis Type="Italic">L</Emphasis>-Carnitine on Sucrose-Induced Hyperlipidaemia

Summary. L-Carnitine, L-(−)-β-hydroxy-γ-trimethylaminobutyrate, plays an important role as a factor necessary for the transport of long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria. In order to investigate the influence of L-carnitine on hyperlipidaemias, the experimental model of the sucrose-induced hypertriglyceridaemia of the rat was used. In these experiments L-carnitine in the dose of 11 mg per day and 100 g body weight (over the period of 1 week) was able to antagonize the sucrose-induced hypertriglyceridaemia and the increase of serum free fatty acid level in female rats of the Wistar strain. Carnitine administration did not change the activities of lipogenic enzymes and fatty acid synthesis in the liver. However, L-carnitine increases the rate of hepatic fatty acid oxidation. Our results indicate a hypotriglyceridemic and free fatty acid lowering effect of L-carnitine, and suggest the use of this compound in the therapy of hyperlipidaemias.     

From solution-phase to solid-phase enyne metathesis: crossover in the relative performance of two commonly used ruthenium pre-catalysts

A crossover in the ability of two distinct ruthenium-based metathesis pre-catalysts to effect the synthesis of dialkenylboronic esters in solution and on the solid-phase was observed. Specifically, while the Grubbs 2nd generation pre-catalyst 3 affords a greater degree of conversion to product than the Hoveyda-Grubbs pre-catalyst 2 in a solution-phase enyne-metathesis reaction, this trend is reversed in the solid-phase variant. Systematic investigation showed this trend to be general, regardless of variations in the homoallylic alcohol and alkynylboronic ester components of the reaction, as well as in the type of solid support employed. Experiments to determine a mechanistic hypothesis for this trend highlighted the significance of the ruthenium remaining bound to the substrate after metathetic rearrangement and found the presence of phosphine ligand to be detrimental to the success of the solid-phase reaction. Therefore, these results suggest an expanded role for phosphine-free pre-catalysts, such as 2, in challenging solid-phase metathesis reactions.     

3,4-二氢-3-甲基-4-氧代咪唑[5,1-d]并[1,2,3,5]四嗪-8-甲酸苯磺酰基呋咱氮氧基酯的合成

以3,4-二氢-3-甲基-4-氧代咪唑[5,1-d]并[1,2,3,5]四嗪-8-甲酰胺和苯磺酰基呋咱氮氧化物为原料,通过肖滕-鲍曼法合成了5种新的咪唑四嗪衍生物——3,4-二氢-3-甲基-4-氧代咪唑[5,1-d]并[1,2,3,5]四嗪-8-甲酸苯磺酰基呋咱氮氧基酯,其结构经1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析确证。     

Solid-phase synthesis of metal-complex containing peptides

We report the synthesis of Fmoc protected single amino acid chelates (SAAC) and their metal complexes. The modified amino acids are suitable for solid-phase peptide synthesis. The use of 4-hydroxymethylbenzoic acid AM (HMBA-AM) resin allows the nucleophilic cleavage of the peptide-metal complexes from the resin without decomplexation.
