Let R be a commutative ring with identity, Tn （R） the R-algebra of all upper triangular n by n matrices over R. In this paper, it is proved that every local Jordan derivation of Tn （R） is an inner derivation and that every local Jordan automorphism of Tn（R） is a Jordan automorphism. As applications, we show that local derivations and local automorphisms of Tn （R） are inner.

For a right R-module N, we introduce the quasi-Armendariz modules which are a common generalization of the Armendariz modules and the quasi-Armendariz rings, and investigate their properties. Moreover, we prove that NR is quasi-Armendariz if and only if Mm(N)Mm(R) is quasi-Armendariz if and only if Tm(N)Tm(R) is quasi-Armendariz, where Mm(N) and Tm(N) denote the m×m full matrix and the m×m upper triangular matrix over N, respectively. NR is quasi-Armendariz if and only if N[x]R[x] is quasi-Armendariz. It is shown that every quasi-Baer module is quasi-Armendariz module.

A graph G is induced matching extendable if every induced matching of G is included in a perfect matching of G. A graph G is generalized induced matching extendable if every induced matching of G is included in a maximum matching of G. A graph G is claw-free, if G dose not contain any induced subgraph isomorphic to K1,3. The k-th power of G, denoted by Gu, is the graph with vertex set V（G） in which two vertices are adjacent if and only if the distance between them is at most k in G. In this paper we show that, if the maximum matchings of G and G3 have the same cardinality, then G3 is generalized induced matching extendable. We also show that this result is best possible. As a result, we show that if G is a connected claw-flee graph, then G3 is generalized induced matching extendable.

In this paper, we introduce Green＇s .-relations on semirings and define [left, right] adequate semirings to explore additively non-regular semirings. We characterize the semirings which are strong b-lattices of [left, right] skew-halfrings. Also, as further generalization, the semirings are described which are subdirect products of an additively commutative idempotent semiring and a [left, right] skew-halfring. We extend results of constructions of generalized Clifford semirings （given by M. K. Sen, S. K. MaRy, K. P. Shum, 2005） and the semirings which are subdirect products of a distributive lattice and a ring （given by S. Ghosh, 1999） to additively non-regular semirings.

In this paper, we study the closeness of strongly （∞）-hopfian properties under some constructions such as the ring of Morita context, direct products, triangular matrix, fraction ring etc. Also, we prove that if M[X] is strongly hopfian （resp. strongly co-hopfian） in R[X]-Mod, then M is strongly hopfian （resp. strongly co-hopfian） in R-Mod.

In a pushout-pullback diagram,which consists of four morphisms f : A → B,g : A → C,α : C → D and β : B → D,we give some relations among the covers of these four modules.If kerf ∈ I(L ),then g : A → C is L -covering if and only if β : B → D is L -covering.If every module has an L -precover and kerf ∈ I(L ),then A and C have isomorphic L -precovers if and only if B and D have isomorphic L -precovers.     

The valuation of convertible bonds with numeraire changes

The changes of numeraire can be used as a very powerful mean in pricing contingent claims in the context of a complete market. We apply the method of nurmeraire changes to evaluate convertible bonds when the instantaneous growth and variance of the value of issuer and those of zero-coupon bonds follow a general adapted stochastic process in this paper. A closed-form solution is derived when the instantaneous growth and variance of the value of issuer and those of zero-coupon bonds are deterministic function of time. We also consider a special case when the asset price follows GBM （Geometric Brownian Motion） and interest rate follows Vasicek＇s model.

本文研究了单值群的可解性与Fuchsian方程可积性之间的关系.利用可解群及GL(n,K)的性质,获得GL(n,K)中一类准可解子群的结构定理,并将之心用于Fuchsian系统的可积性研究之中.
