超高交联树脂的功能基化及应用研究进展

作为一类新型的复合功能吸附材料,含功能基的超高交联树脂以其较高的比表面积、刚性的骨架、良好的亲水性、较高的机械强度、可调的孔径结构、良好的选择吸附性和易再生的优势已在许多领域得到广泛应用。本文综述了近年来不同功能基修饰的超高交联复合功能树脂的合成方法、功能基对目标吸附质的选择性机理以及该类新吸附材料在废水处理、药物分离提纯、化学分析等领域的应用研究进展,最后对超高交联复合功能树脂的进一步推广应用中面临的问题提供了建议和展望。     

可视化蛋白芯片检测牛奶中庆大霉素的方法研究

本文采用间接竞争免疫法,研究了可视化蛋白芯片快速检测牛奶中庆大霉素的方法。在固定有庆大霉素人工抗原的醛基修饰芯片的反应区内,加入庆大霉素单克隆抗体和游离的庆大霉素或牛奶样品混合物,待抗原抗体反应完全后依次加入纳米银标记的二抗(羊抗鼠)及银增强显色剂进行可视化检测,结果采用可视化生物芯片检测系统进行定量分析。通过设计制备内标点及建立的内标曲线,可在同一孔内定量检测游离的庆大霉素。该法庆大霉素的线性检测范围为0.1~200ng/mL,检测限为0.1ng/mL,样品的加标回收率为95%~112%。     

优化迭代步长的两种改进增量谐波平衡法

增量谐波平衡法(IHB法)是一个半解析半数值的方法, 其最大优点是适合于强非线性系统振动的高精度求解. 然而, IHB法与其他数值方法一样, 也存在如何选择初值的问题, 如初值选择不当, 会存在不收敛的情况. 针对这一问题, 本文提出了两种基于优化算法的IHB法: 一是结合回溯线搜索优化算法(BLS)的改进IHB法(GIHB1), 用来调节IHB法的迭代步长, 使得步长逐渐减小满足收敛条件; 二是引入狗腿算法的思想并结合BLS算法的改进IHB法(GIHB2), 在牛顿-拉弗森(Newton-Raphson)迭代中引入负梯度方向, 并在狗腿算法中引入2个参数来调节BSL搜索方式用于调节迭代的方式, 使迭代方向沿着较快的下降方向, 从而减少迭代的步数, 提升收敛的速度. 最后, 给出的两个算例表明两种改进IHB法在解决初值问题上的有效性.      

一种数据缺失时的卫星钟稳定度计算策略及对BDS-3评估

针对在GNSS卫星钟频率稳定性分析中,数据缺失对稳定度计算结果造成影响及相应处理策略研究不足的问题,分析了不同卫星钟差数据缺失量对频率稳定度计算结果的影响,提出一种数据缺失条件下的卫星钟频率稳定度计算策略。在计算卫星钟频率稳定度时,当所用数据缺失率低于4%时,可以通过拟合一次多项式模型来补充缺失历元的频率数据,然后基于补充后的连续完整频率数据计算该时间段的稳定度;否则,不使用该数据计算稳定度结果。最后,基于所提策略对BDS-3卫星钟频率稳定性进行了评估和分析。结果表明,BDS-3氢钟和铷钟天稳定度比BDS-2铷钟高出一个数量级,BDS-3在轨卫星钟性能在当前所有GNSS中处于先进水平,有效保证了其先进性和高质量的服务水平。     

Bifurcation Control of Current-Mode Buck Converter via TDFC

Considering the TDFC controlled current-mode Buck converter featuring periodicity we propose a Fourier-decomposition based method for the bifurcation analysis of this system, hence the theoretical range of control gain of TDFC is determined. In addition, the power-stage experiment circuit is built and the control part is realized in a digital controller. The experimental results show that either bifurcation or chaos in the current-mode Buck converter can be controlled into the expectant period-1 orbit rapidly.     

闭环式教学模式在《固体物理》中的实践和探索

Fabrication of high-quality submicron Nb/Al--AlOx/Nb tunnel junctions

Nb/Al-AlOx/Nb tunnel junctions are often used in the studies of macroscopic quantum phenomena and superconducting qubit applications of the Josephson devices. In this work, we describe a convenient and reliable process using electron beam lithography for the fabrication of high-quality, submicron-sized Nb/Al-AlOx/Nb Josephson junctions. The technique follows the well-known selective Nb etching process and produces high-quality junctions with Vm=100 mV at 2.3 K for the typical critical current density of 2.2 kA/cm^2, which can be adjusted by controlling the oxygen pressure and oxidation time during the formation of the tunnelling barrier. We present the results of the temperature dependence of the sub-gap current and in-plane magnetic-field dependence of the critical current, and compare them with the theoretical predictions.     

STUDY OF HIGH-LYING EXCITED STATES OF RARE-EARTH ELEMENT Dy BY LASER RESONANCE IONIZATION SPECTROSCOPY

This paper describes the investigation of high-excited states of Dy. which includes the measurement of high Rydberg states and autoionizing states, by means of laser resonance ionization spectroscopy (LRIS). Two high Rydberg series (n>40), 4f¹⁰(⁵I₈) 6sns and 4f¹⁰(⁵I₈) 6snd, have been obtained by exciting the state of 4f¹⁰(⁵I₈) 6s6p (³P⁰₂) ⁵I⁰₈ using two-step laser excitation-electric field ionization method. With the data obtained, we determined the first ionization potential of Dy. It is 47901.7±0.6 cm^-1, that is. about one order more accurate than the results given in the literature. Using the same technique, we found 97 autoionizing states by exciting the state of 4f⁹5d6s(⁷H⁰₇).     

Preparation and reaction of bis (perfluoroalkanesulfonyl) methyl halides

Halogenation of the potassium or silver salts of bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)methane (CF3SO2)2CH2 and its cyclo analogues 1 with N-fluoro-bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imine [(CF3SO2)2-NF], chlorine or bromine gave good yields of the corresponding α-halo disulfone (CF3SO2)2CHX and cyclo analogues 9, 10. The chemical transformation of these fluorinated α-halo-disulfones are described.
