主族金属有机超分子化学进展

以有机主族金属化合物为基本单元进行的超分子自组装是近年来超分子化学的研究方向之一。本文主要对6种主族p区重金属(铟、铊、锡、铅、锑及铋)的典型有机金属超分子的自组装进行探讨和总结。     

半开口立方烷型簇合物[WOS3Cu3I(4-bpy)3]·0.25EtOH的合成及晶体结构(4-bpy=4-叔丁基吡啶)

Reaction of (NH₄)₂[WOS₃] with CuI and 4-tert-butylpyridine (4-bpy) in EtOH afforded a tetranuclear neutral cluster [WOS₃Cu₃I(4-bpy)₃]·0.25EtOH. This compound was characterized by elementary analysis, IR, ¹H NMR, TGA, and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. It belongs to monoclinic, space group P2/c with a=2.220 9(2) nm, b=1.364 66(11) nm, c=2.490 6(2) nm, β=104.953(2)°, V=7.292 9(12) nm³, Z=4. The title compound may be viewed as having a half-open cubane-like structure in which three [Cu(4-bpy)]⁺ units are linked by a triply-bridging [WOS₃]^2- unit and a doubly-bridging iodine atom. CCDC: 266412.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of an Incomplete Cubane-like Heterobimetallic Cluster [(η~5-C_5Me_5)_2Mo_2(μ_3-S)(μ-S)_3(CuCl)]

The reaction of [(η5-C5Me5)2Mo2(μ3-S)4(CuCl)2] 1 with Na2S in MeCN produced a trinuclear cluster [(η5-C5Me5)2Mo2(μ3-S)(μ-S)3(CuCl)] 2. 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 15.563(3), b = 8.9547(18), c = 17.846(4) , β = 101.29(3)o, V = 2438.9(9) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.878 g/cm3, T = 193(2) K, C20H30ClCuMo2S4, Mr = 689.60, F(000) = 1376, μ(MoKα) = 2.335 mm–1, S = 1.050, R = 0.0305 and wR = 0.0688 for 4033 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). In the structure of 2, one [(η5-C5Me5)2Mo2(μ-S)2S2] moiety and one CuCl unit are assembled into an incomplete cubane-like [Mo2S4Cu] core framework, in which the Cu center adopts a distorted tetrahedral geometry coordinated by one μ3-S atom, two μ-S atoms and one terminal chloride. The two Mo…Cu contacts are 2.7519(7) and 2.7689(8) , respectively.     

Synthesis and Structural Characterization of [Cu(DMF)_6][(η~5-C_5Me_5)WS_3(CuBr)_3]_2·Et_2O

1 INTRODUCTION In the last decade, we have been interested in the synthesis of [PPh4][(h5-C5Me5)MS3] (M = Mo, W)[1, 2] , Whose organometallic trisulfido anions show high reactivity towards various transition metals[3~6] . 氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定天然水及化妆品中痕量铅

氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法应用于天然水及化妆品中痕量铅的测定,对分析的条件进行了试验并予以优化,所用的铁氰化钾在配制溶液时须用酸洗的活性碳处理以除去试剂中可能存在的包括铅在内的杂质.在0.25 mol·L-1的硝酸介质中,当硼氢化钾浓度为30 g·L-1时,荧光强度与铅(Ⅱ)浓度之间在1 000 μg·L-1以内呈线性关系,其检出限为0.62 μg·L-1,在此浓度区间,测得的RSD值(n=8)在1.25%～1.29%之间,所得的回收率试验的结果在90.4%～104.4%之间.     

Non-Isothermal Kinetics of the Decomposition Reaction of Cluster [Ag3WS3Br]（PPh3）3 and [Cu3WS3Br]（PPh3）3

The thermal behaviors of clusters [Ag3WS3Br](PPh3)3 and [Cu3WS3Br](PPh3)3 (PPh3=triphenyl phosphine) in a nitrogen atmosphere were studied under the non-isothermal conditions by simultaneous TG-DTG-DSC and EDS techniques. The results showed that the evolution of PPh3 generally proceeded before the release of the other moiety in one or two step-mode. The mechanisms, the kinetic and the thermodynamic parameters for decomposition of PPh3 of both clusters were determined and calculated by jointly using several methods, which showed that its evolution was controlled by Avrami-Erofeev equation. The results also showed that there was no new stable phase composed of W-Ag(Cu)-S-Br after release of organic moiety PPh3 and that CVD method was not applicable to their further processing.     

卤离子导向合成配位聚合物[Hg2X4（ppt）]n（X=I和Br;ppt=1-（4-吡啶基）-吡啶铵-4-硫醇盐）及不同的一维链状结构和三阶非线性光学响应

通过HgX2(X=I,Br)与4,4’-二吡啶基二硫化物(dpds)在乙腈中的溶剂热反应,得到二个含1-(4-吡啶基)-吡啶铵-4-硫醇盐(ppt)的一维配位聚合物:[Hg2I4(ppt)]n(1)和[Hg2Br4(ppt)]n(2).在化合物1和2结构中ppt配体是由dpds在溶剂热反应条件下通过dpds的S—S键和S—C键切断然后进行重排在原位形成的.化合物1具有非中心对称的一维Z字型链状结构,化合物2则具有中心对称的一维Z字型链状结构.用飞秒简并四波混频法测定了1和2溶液的三阶非线性光学性质,化合物1具有较强的非线性光学响应,而化合物2却没有非线性光学响应,这种性质的差异可能由于碘离子是较溴离子更好的电子授体,化合物1有较小的HOMO-LUMO能级,更易发生电子在体系间跃迁,更有效使用三线激发态吸收.     

溴化分离-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定高纯锡中的16种杂质元素

高纯锡样品经HCl和H2O2消解,HBr挥发分离,去除基体Sn,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定其中的16中杂质元素。通过溴化分离基体锡,有效克服了基体对所测杂质元素的干扰和对仪器进样系统的污染。在选定的实验条件下,方法检出限(3σ)介于0.001～0.004μg/g之间;相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.3%～5.6%;加标回收率在95.2%～103.6%范围内。本方法简单实用,能够满足纯度为99.99%和99.999%的高纯锡中16种杂质元素的测定要求。     

微波样品消解-氢化物发生-双通道原子荧光光谱法同时测定家禽内脏中硒和锗

应用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法同时测定家禽内脏中的硒和锗含量。采用微波消解法用硝酸和过氧化氢对样品进行消解,以硫脲作为预还原剂,以溶于5g·L-1氢氧化钾溶液中的20g·L-1硼氢化钾溶液作为还原剂。硒、锗的质量浓度均在500μg·L-1范围内与其荧光强度呈线性关系,检出限(3s/k)分别为0.001 08μg·L-1和0.017 1μg·L-1。硒、锗的加标回收率分别在98.9%~102%,97.4%~102%之间。     

功能化纳米粒子作为药物载体的研究

将合成的含有羧基侧基官能团的己内酯类聚合物, 用溶剂挥发与超声乳化相结合的方法制备成表面可供修饰的纳米粒子. 利用扫描电镜(SEM)研究了纳米粒子在水溶液中的形态. 使用5-氟脲嘧啶(5-FU)作为模型药物制备了载药纳米粒子, 利用紫外分光光度计法、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、X射线衍射法(XRD)研究了纳米粒子的载药及释放性能. 研究表明, 载药纳米粒子可以控制5-FU的释放速率. 释放时间可持续至96 h 以上, 符合Higuchi 动力学方程.
