Experimental identification of a comb-shaped chaotic region in multiple parameter spaces simulated by the Hindmarsh–Rose neuron model

A comb-shaped chaotic region has been simulated in multiple two-dimensional parameter spaces using the Hindmarsh-Rose （HR） neuron model in many recent studies, which can interpret almost all of the previously simulated bifurcation processes with chaos in neural firing patterns. In the present paper, a comb-shaped chaotic region in a two- dimensional parameter space was reproduced, which presented different processes of period-adding bifurcations with chaos with changing one parameter and fixed the other parameter at different levels. In the biological experiments, different period-adding bifurcation scenarios with chaos by decreasing the extra-cellular calcium concentration were observed from some neural pacemakers at different levels of extra-cellular 4-aminopyridine concentration and from other pacemakers at different levels of extra-cellular caesium concentration. By using the nonlinear time series analysis method, the determin- istic dynamics of the experimental chaotic firings were investigated. The period-adding bifurcations with chaos observed in the experiments resembled those simulated in the comb-shaped chaotic region using the HR model. The experimental results show that period-adding bifurcations with chaos are preserved in different two-dimensional parameter spaces, which provides evidence of the existence of the comb-shaped chaotic region and a demonstration of the simulation results in dif- ferent two-dimensional parameter spaces in the HR neuron model. The results also present relationships between different firing patterns in two-dimensional parameter spaces.     

三星LG转求量子点技术

Impact of CHFa Plasma Treatment on A1GaN/GaN HEMTs Identified by Low-Temperature Measurement

We investigate the impact of CHFa plasma treatment on the performance of AIGaN/GaN HEMT （F-HEMT） by a temperature-dependent measurement in the thermal range from 6 K to 295 K. Tlle temperature dependence of the transconductance characteristics in F-HEMT declares that the Coulomb scattering and the optical phonon scattering are effectively enhanced by the fluorine ions in the A1GaN layer. The fluorine ions not only provide immobile negative charges to deplete 2DEG, but also enhance the Schottky barrier height of the metal gate. Thermal activation of the carrier traps induced by CHF3 plasma for F-HEMT contributes to the negative shift of the threshold voltage by -3.4mV/℃ with the increasing temperature. The reverse gate-leakage current of F-HEMT is decreased by more than two-order magnitude in comparison with that of conventional A1GaN/GaN HEMT （C-HEMT） without fluorine ions.     

植物生长调节剂生物筛选方法的初步构建

通过对13种植物生长调节剂的试验，建立了用于筛选植物生长调节剂的生物检测方法，该方法第1步采用萝卜、黄瓜、小麦、油菜4种幼苗生长法联合筛选，第2步采用萝卜子叶扩张法、黄瓜子叶生根法联合筛选，这样能保证有生长调节剂活性的化合物在普筛中不被漏筛，而且方法简便，测试周期短。     

“产品包邮”策略下电商供应链的决策研究

在"产品包邮"策略下,考虑电商平台服务水平以及物流成本的影响,构建了分散决策和联合决策的电商供应链运作模型,研究了最优决策并设计了"佣金联合物流价格"协调机制,最后采用数值算例证明了结论.研究表明:1)分散决策下,销售价格随佣金和物流成本的增加而增加;服务水平随佣金的增加而提升,但与物流成本的变化无关;物流费用随佣金的增加而减少,随物流成本的增加而增加;制造商以及物流运营商的利润随佣金和物流成本的增加而减少;电商平台的利润随佣金的增加而增加,随物流成本的增加而减少.2)联合决策下,销售价格和服务水平与佣金的变化无关;但是销售价格随物流成本的增加而增加;服务水平随物流成本的增加而下降.3)联合决策是系统最优的一种运行模式,与分散模式相比,产品销售价格较低,电商平台的服务水平较高,电商供应链系统的总利润较高.借助设计的"佣金联合物流价格"协调机制可以实现这种模式.     

短视型创新企业最优定价研究

率先创新使企业拥有时间和产品竞争力上的优势,获得先动优势;而模仿创新减少企业的研发成本,更能满足顾客的需求,从而可以获得更高的成功率,使模仿创新企业获得后进优势.针对短视型创新企业行为,研究以原始创新产品进入市场、模仿创新产品进入市场、原始创新产品的升级换代产品进入市场为分隔点的产品生命周期不同阶段下率先创新企业对产品的最优定价,以及模仿创新企业采用不同价格策略下的产品均衡定价.结论表明:无论企业采用什么价格策略,升级换代产品进入市场的最优时间都应满足升级换代产品进入市场前创新企业的阶段末瞬时利润率与进入市场后的初始瞬时利润率相等.
