THE DISTRIBUTION OF BETA-ADRENERGIC RECEPTORS IN GUINEA PIG LUNGS AND THEIR CHANGES IN EXPERIMENTAL ALLERGIC ASTHMA

In this paper, the distribution of pulmonary beta-adrenergic receptors (beta-receptors) innormal and experimental allergic asthmatic guinea pigs was determined using autoradiograph-ic method. The results showed that the distribution of beta-receptors in the lung sections waswidespread. There was a significant decrease of beta-receptor density in several tissue struc-tures of asthmatic guinea pig lungs compared with the controls, a 23.73% decrease in beta-recep-tor binding sites in bronchiolar smooth muscles and a 18.65% decrease in bronchial smoothmuscles; a 23 .53%. a 14.23% and a 17. 16% decrease in bronchiolar epithelium, in bronchialepithelium and in alveolar epithelium respectively. The results indicated that the beta-recep-tor decrease in smooth muscles in experimental asthmatic guinea pig lungs might be one ofthe important factors which made the tension of smooth muscles increase. The relationshipbetween the beta-receptor decrease of other sites and bronchial asthma needs to be studiedfurther.     

聚呲咯的研究

本文研究了不同电化学氧化聚合条件下所得聚吡咯的红外光谱,X射线光电子能谱、元素分析、X射线衍射图及扫描电子显微镜图等。对聚吡咯的电导性、电导率的依赖性、化学结构及结晶性等进行了讨论。     

14种钯抗癌络合物初步筛选的荧光法研究

本文提出抗癌络合物初步筛选的荧光新方法,对所合成的14种钯(Ⅱ)/邻菲咯啉/氨基酸/氯离子(Pd(Ⅱ)/phen/aa/Cl)络合物作为非顺铂抗癌药物进行了体外筛选及结合作用研究,发现荧光筛选法结果与其它如甲烯蓝试管法、苔盼蓝染料排斥法基本一致,其中络合物[Pd(phen)(lys)]Cl,[Pd(phen)(arg)]Cl,[Pd(phen)(pro)]Cl对小鼠S-180瘤株抑瘤率分别为56％,50％,48％,这同它们与DNA结合常数7.96×10~6,4.52×10~6,1.0×10~6顺序相一致,表明荧光筛选法具有一定可靠性,并且荧光法具有操作简便、耗费低廉、周期较短等优点,适于抗癌络合物的初步筛选。

ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE COMPOSITE PREPARED BY ELECTROCHEMICAL POLYMERIZATION OF PYRROLE IN POLY-(p- PHENYLENE TEREPHTHALAMIDE) MATRIX

The preparation of PPy/PPTA conductive composite films by electrochemical method is presented.The first step is to cast a thin layer of poly (p-phenylene-terephthalamide) (PPTA) on a slice of Pt working electrode. The second step is to electrochemically polymerize pyrrole on the PPTA/Pt working electrode. Both of the electrical conductivity and the mechanical properties of the PPy/PPTA composite film are better than those of the pure PPy film, and the film has excellent flexibility at low temperature, even in liquid nitrogen.The SEM picture of the cross-section of PPy,/PPTA composite film showed that the two components were well mixed.Cyclic voltammograms of PPy,/PPTA film in aqueous solution showed that the conductive films could be reduced and reoxidized.     

中空多壳层CoFe2O4的制备及锂离子电池性能研究

以二元金属氧化物CoFe₂O₄为研究对象,通过次序模板法制备了CoFe₂O₄中空多壳层结构(HoMS)材料;对其形貌、结构进行了表征;考察了壳层结构与电化学性能之间的关系.电化学测试结果表明,双壳层-核CoFe₂O₄中空球具有最高的放电比容量(1354.4 mA·h/g)、优异的倍率性能和循环稳定性,其独特的结构优势和最优的空腔体积占有率使其在多次循环过程中能始终保持结构和电化学性质的稳定.     

维生素B6在维生素B12修饰电极上的电化学行为及其分析应用

采用循环伏安法研究了维生素B6在维生素B12修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为,建立了测定痕量维生素B6的新方法.在pH 8.6的NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液中,维生素B6在修饰电极上产生一个灵敏的氧化峰,采用差分脉冲伏安法测定,其氧化峰电流与维生素B6的浓度在8.0×10-7～2.0×10-4 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为2.0×10-7 mol/L.该修饰电极具有良好的选择性、灵敏度及稳定性,用于片剂中维生素B6的定量分析,结果令人满意.     

用Co(naph)2-Al2(C2H5)3Cl3-P(OPh)3催化体系合成中乙烯基液体聚丁二烯

为获得适中乙烯基含量的液体聚丁二烯为目的, 对Co(naph)2-Al2(C2H5)3Cl3-P(OPh)3催化体系进行了较为系统的研究, 考察了该体系的催化剂配比、浓度及供电子试剂对分子量、微观结构和转化率的影响. 实验结果表明, 该体系在一定的条件下可以制备出分子量在700~3500、1,2结构含量在35%~40%且转化率高于55%的液体聚丁二烯.
