HgBa2CuO4+δ中载流子分布的研究

我们根据一种结构分块模型,计算了与超导转变温度Tc密切相关的块之间相互作用能,讨论了HgBa2CuO4 δ中载流子分布对相互作用能的影响.通过计算不同氧缺陷下,空穴在不同平面以及空穴在Cu-O平面不同位置上对相互作用能的影响,研究了它们与超导电性的关联.计算表明,空穴在Cu-O面上的位置不仅明显地影响到相互作用能的大小,而且影响相互作用能随氧含量的变化趋势,该结果为我们了解载流子在Cu-O面上分布是否均匀提供了一定的线索.结果还表明,HgBa2CuO4 δ中的载流子主要分布在Cu-O平面上.

On the error term in Weyl’s law for the Heisenberg manifolds (Ⅱ)

In this paper we study the mean square of the error term in the Weyl’s law of an irrational (2l + 1)-dimensional Heisenberg manifold. An asymptotic formula is established.     

A computational analysis of binding modes and conformation changes of MDM2 induced by p53 and inhibitor bindings

Molecular dynamics (MD) simulations followed by principal component analysis were performed to study the conformational change of MDM2 induced by p53 and two inhibitor (P4 and MI63a) bindings. The results show that the hydrophobic cleft of MDM2 is very flexible and adaptive to different structural binding partners. The cleft tends to become wider and more stable as MDM2 binds to the three binding partners, while unbound MDM2 shows a narrower and pretty flexible cleft, which agrees with recent experimental data and theoretical studies. It was also found that the binding of P4 and p53 stabilizes the motion of the loop L2 linking the helix α2 and β strand (β3), but the presence of MI63a makes the motion of L2 disordered. In addition, the binding free energies of the three partners to MDM2 were calculated using molecular mechanics generalized Born surface area to explain the binding modes of these three partners to MDM2. This study will be helpful not only for better understanding the functional, concerted motion of MDM2, but also for the rational design of potent anticancer drugs targeting the p53–MDM2 interaction.     

Trapping and releasing of single microparticles and cells in a microfluidic chip

A microfluidic device was designed and fabricated to capture single microparticles and cells by using hydrodynamic force and selectively release the microparticles and cells of interest via negative dielectrophoresis by activating selected individual microelectrodes. The trap microstructure was optimized based on numerical simulation of the electric field as well as the flow field. The capture and selective release functions of the device were verified by multi-types microparticles with different diameters and K562 cells. The capture efficiencies/release efficiencies were 95.55% ± 0.43%/96.41% ± 1.08% and 91.34% ± 0.01%/93.67% ± 0.36% for microparticles and cells, respectively. By including more traps and microelectrodes, the device can achieve high throughput and realize the visual separation of microparticles/cells of interest in a large number of particle/cell groups.

Synthesis of New Naphthaline-type Chromophores with Strong Green-emitting or the Blue-emitting in β-Cyclodextrin

Three new naphthaline-type chromophores end-capped with different (p-substituted amino) styryl groups on the both sides (named as BPASN, BHMASN and BMASN) have been synthesized. Under excitation of 380nm, strong green light-emitting locating at 517nm with the fluorescence quantum yield of 0.88 in CH2Cl2 has been obtained.In the presence of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD), strong blue-emitting at 456nm in DMF was also recorded.     

催化剂对煤着火特性的影响 Ⅱ.不同催化剂对煤催化着火的影响

通过测定煤的着火点研究了不同催化剂对大同烟煤和晋城无烟煤的催化着火的影响。结果表明,催化剂化学组成是决定催化作用大小的一个重要的因素,具有同一碱金属离子,不同阴离子的催化剂酸性越强,催化作用越弱,其催化活性顺序为OH~->CO_3~(2-)>Cl~->SO_4~(2-);具有同一阴离子,不同碱金属或碱土金属阳离子的催化作用可用“电子转移学说”来解释,其催化作用的大小,随相应的碱金属,碱土金属的第一电离能的减少而增加。     

吸光度比值K系数法同时测定撒痛风注射液中的三组分

本文阐述了吸光度比值K系数法的基本原理及实验方法。试用本法测定撒痛风注射液的含量。样品可不经分离,直接测定三个波长处的吸光度,便能同时求出水杨酸钠,咖啡因和安替比林的含量,其平均回收率及变异系数分别为100.9%,0.41%;99.94%,0.38%;99.47%.0.31%。本法操作简单,计算方便,为不经分离直接测定相互干扰的多组分体系分析,提供了可行的途径。
