巯基修饰寡聚DNA诱导的具有光学各向异性的金纳米粒子组装体

Two complemental 2′-phosphorothioate oligo-DNA compounds were used as linker molecules to provide the necessary symmetry-breaking mechanism to direct the assembly of 13 nm Au nanoparticles into aggregates with anisotropic optical properties.     

Molecular clouds associated with compact HII regions in Galactic plane

13CO (J = 1 - 0) emission of massive star forming region including 15 ultracompact and 4compact HII regions in Galactic plane was mapped with the 13.7 m millimeter wave telescope of Purple Mountain Observatory. The present observations provide the first complete structure of the clouds in 13CO with a higher spatial resolution and a wide-field coverage of 28′×45′. Combined with the images of far-infrared emission and dust color temperature obtained from ISSA, various possible dynamical connections between the compact HII regions and associated clouds were found. We presente some reasons to explain the formation of new dense cold core and molecular emission cavity in the massive star formation and early evolution. The luminosities of excitation stars for all HII regions and the main parameters of associated clouds are also derived. The results show that the newborn stars' luminosities are correlated with the 13CO column densities, masses (in 55"beam) and 13CO velocity widths obviously.``     

PAN—聚氨酯泡沫塑料富集ICP—AES同时测定天然水中铜锌镉锰…

研究了１－（２－吡啶偶氮）－２－萘酚（ＰＡＮ）在聚氨酯泡沫塑料上的吸附特征，对Ｃｕ＾２＾＋，Ｚｎ＾２＾＋，Ｃｄ＾２＾＋，Ｍｎ＾２＾＋，Ｆｅ＾２＾＋，Ｃｏ＾２＾＋和Ｐｂ＾２＾＋７种离子的吸附性能，以及富集体积，流速，基体元素的影响。建立了ＰＡＮ－聚氨酯泡塑料富集ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ同时测定天然水样中上述７种元素的分析方法，获得满意结果。     

十六烷基三甲基溴化铵光度滴定法测定硫酸外国佬骨素钠盐

建立一种测定硫酸软骨素的新方法。十六烷基三甲基溴化铵在KH2PO4-Na2HPO4缓冲溶液中、乳化剂OP共存下与硫酸软骨素反应形成离子对缔合物，溶液转变成稳定的乳化液。用光度滴定法测定硫酸软骨素。用标准加入法做加收试验，回收率为99.9%-100.2%，相对标准偏差0.32%-0.40%。方法应用于外贸样品测定，结果满意，方法准确、简便、快速。     

用碱性艳蓝BO分光光度法测定水中十二烷基苯磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠

四川轮环藤根中两种海岛轮环藤-N-氧化物的分离鉴定

从中国特有植物四川轮环藤(Cyclea sutchuenensis Gagnep.)根中分得两种海岛轮环藤碱-N-氧化物。采用波谱分析和化学方法鉴定, 证明分别为海岛轮环藤碱-2β-N-氧化物(3)和海岛轮环藤碱-2'β-N-氧化物(4)。二者均为新生物碱, 是首尾氧桥双苄基异喹啉生物碱-N-氧化物。从该植物根中还分得已知的海岛轮环藤碱(1)和海岛轮环藤酚碱(2)。本文首次详细报道并分析了2的1^H NMR和13^C NMR数据。经三种人癌细胞实验, 证明2具有显著的抗癌活性。     

Effects of annealing process on characteristics of fully transparent zinc tin oxide thin-film transistor

Annealing effect on the performance of fully transparent thin-film transistor （TTFT）, in which zinc tin oxide （ZnSnO） is used as the channel material and SiO2 as the gate insulator, is investigated. The ZnSnO active layer is deposited by radio frequency magnetron sputtering while a SiO2 gate insulator is formed by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition. The saturation field-effect mobility and on/off ratio of the TTFT are improved by low temperature annealing in vacuum. Maximum saturation field-effect mobility and on/off ratio of 56.2 cm2/（V.s） and 3×10^5 are obtained, respectively. The transfer characteristics of the ZnSnO TPT are simulated using an analytical model and good agreement between measured and the calculated transfer characteristics is demonstrated.     

MS-KF融合算法用于锥套跟踪

针对无人机自主空中加油过程中锥套跟踪,提出一种均值漂移-卡尔曼滤波(mean shift-Kalman filter, MS-KF) 融合算法。分析了基于均值漂移算法的锥套目标模型、相似性度量、锥套目标定位的锥套定位原理;引入卡尔曼滤波器对锥套运动状态进行预测,将锥套运动信息融合到均值漂移算法中,以保证锥套跟踪算法的稳定性和鲁棒性;给出了MS-KF融合算法用于锥套识别跟踪的流程;搭建了锥套跟踪半物理实验验证系统,分别进行MS-KF融合算法用于锥套跟踪的半物理实验验证及数值仿真分析。实验结果表明:MS-KF融合算法可以对锥套精确定位跟踪,无人机3个轴向的跟踪误差保持在0.3 m的范围内,保证了无人机自主空中加油的顺利进行。     

用电化学方法研究显影过程——pH对菲尼酮-对苯二酚体系中亚硫酸盐添加效应的影响

应用旋转环盘电极(RRDE)等电化学方法研究了在不同pH条件下,在银/溴化银电极上,亚硫酸盐(SO₃^2-)对菲尼酮-对苯二酚超加合体系(P-H₂Q体系)显影反应速率的影响.结果表明,显影液中的亚硫酸盐不仅起保护显影剂的作用,而且影响显影反应速率.在较低pH下亚硫酸盐起抑制显影的作用,而在较高的pH下,会促进显影反应.这种现象可以认为主要是由于亚硫酸盐存在时,不同pH条件下,对苯二酚的氧化还原性质不同而引起的.
