A prepared transparent HA solution was coated on Ti6Al4V substrates by a spin-coating technique. The crystallization of the sol-gel-derived HA coated on the metallic substrates could be done at relatively low firing temperatures (as low as 600°C). The characteristics of the HA-coated layer were dependent on the surface roughness of substrates and heating conditions such as firing temperature, holding time, heating rate, and atmosphere. The heat treatment at a slow heating rate (<2°C/min.) and a long heating time (>10 hrs) at 600°C in air produced the uniform surface and improved the crystallinity. The HA layer coated on 20 m grit-blasted substates was more uniform and had fever cracks after firing, compared with that coated on 100 m grit-blasted rougher substrates.  相似文献

 采用水热合成和离子交换法相结合制备了不同Ti/(Ti+Ca)摩尔配比的羟基磷灰石负载二氧化钛(TiO2/HAP)光催化剂. 用X射线衍射、拉曼光谱、红外光谱、紫外-可见漫反射光谱和微型连续光反应技术研究了催化剂的晶体结构、表面构造、光响应性能以及光催化降解甲醛和乙醛的性能. 结果表明, Ti/(Ti+Ca)配比是影响TiO2/HAP晶体结构、表面构造和光响应性能的重要因素, Ti/(Ti+Ca)摩尔比为 0.2时, TiO2/HAP为锐钛矿型TiO2和HAP的混合相, TiO2与HAP之间形成了 Ti-O-P 键,二者得到了有效的复合. 复合材料相对于TiO2在漫反射光谱吸光带边上有明显的红移,扩展了材料的吸光域. 在合适的条件下, TiO2/HAP光催化降解甲醛和乙醛的转化率分别达89.2%和82.7%, 矿化率达92.1%和75.2%.  相似文献

用X射线衍射、激光拉曼光谱以及等离子体原子发射光谱等技术研究了电化学沉积钙磷陶瓷过程中 ,电流密度对电沉积层组成和结构的影响 .实验表明阴极表面得到的沉积物是几种钙磷盐组成的混合物 ,且其成份随电流密度的改变而发生较大的变化 .在电解液温度为 75℃条件下 ,当控制电流密度较低时 ,沉积层主要由CaHPO4· 2H2 O (DCPD)和Ca8H2 (PO4) 6· 5H2 O (OCP)组成 ;随着电流密度的增加 ,阴极表面逐渐生成Ca3 (PO4) 2 ·nH2 O (TCP)和Ca10 (PO4) 6(OH) 2 (HAP) .当电流密度大于 5mA/cm2 时 ,电沉积层的主要成份为羟基磷灰石 (HAP) .  相似文献

Stainless steel 306 is implanted with various doses of nitrogen ions using a 2?MV pelletron accelerator for the improvement of its surface biomedical properties. Raman spectroscopy reveals incubation of hydroxyapatite (HA) on all the samples and it is found that the growth of incubated HA is greater in higher ion dose samples. SEM profiles depict uniform growth and greater spread of HA with higher ion implantation. Human oral fibroblast response is also found consistent with Raman spectroscopy and SEM results; the cell viability is found maximum in samples treated with the highest (more than 300%) dose. XRD profiles signified greater peak intensity of HA with ion implantation; a contact angle study revealed hydrophilic behavior of all the samples but the treated samples were found to be lesser hydrophilic compared to the control samples. Nitrogen implantation yields greater bioactivity, improved surface affinity for HA incubation and improved hardness of the surface.  相似文献

Modulus–porosity relationships are critical for engineered bone tissue scaffold materials such as hydroxyapatite (HA), where porosity is essential to biological function. Resonant ultrasound spectroscopy (RUS) measurements revealed that the Young's modulus, E, and shear modulus, G, of both alumina and HA decrease monotonically with increasing volume fraction porosity, P, for 0.06 < P < 0.39 (alumina) and 0.05 < P < 0.51 (HA). Although the elastic moduli of porous materials have been measured by a number of different ultrasonic resonance techniques (of which the RUS technique is one example) and over the last decade the elastic moduli of many solids have been measured by the RUS technique, this study is the first systematic RUS study of porous materials. Comparison of E versus P data for alumina (which has been studied extensively) with literature data from several measurement techniques indicates the RUS technique is effective for modulus–porosity measurements. Another key result is that although the HA specimens included in this study have a unimodal pore size distribution, the details of the decrease in E and G with increasing P agree well with literature data for HA with both unimodal and bimodal pore size distributions. In addition, Poisson's ratio exhibits a local minimum in the porosity range of 0.2 < P < 0.25 for both HA and alumina, which may be related to the pore morphology evolution during sintering.  相似文献

Release of heavy metal onto the water and soil as a result of agricultural and industrial activities may pose a serious threat to the environment. In this study, the adsorption behavior of nano hydroxyapatite with respect to Pb2+, Cd2+ and Ni2+ has been studied in order to consider its application to purity metal finishing wastewater. The batch method has been employed, using metal concentrations in solution ranging from 100 to 400 mg/L. The uptake capacity and distribution coefficients (Kd) were determined for the adsorption system as a function of sorbate concentration. The Langmuir, Freundlich, and Dubinin–Kaganer–Radushkevich (DKR) isotherms applied for sorption studies showed that the amount of metal sorbed on nano hydroxyapatite. It was found that the adsorption phenomena depend on charge density and hydrated ion diameter. According to the equilibrium studies, the selectivity sequence can be given as Pb2+ > Cd2+ > Ni2+. These results show that nano hydroxyapatite holds great potential to remove cationic heavy metal species from industrial wastewater.  相似文献

羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖-庆大霉素(HA/CS-G)缓释材料为骨髓炎的定点缓释给药提供了一种有效的局部药物缓释体系。为了研究抗生素对羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖材料性能的影响,采用共沉淀法制备了HA/CS-G缓释材料。利用红外光谱(IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对材料进行了表征。以不载药的羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖(HA/CS)为对照,研究了庆大霉素对HA/CS复合材料抑菌性能、力学性能和降解性能等的影响。实验结果表明,HA/CS-G有良好的抑菌效果。负载庆大霉素后HA/CS的机械强度明显增强,而材料的降解速率有所下降。本文采用的二次成型技术显著增大了材料的机械强度。  相似文献

Polyacrylamide hydrogel is a biomaterial and nondegradable water based polymer which is used as tissue filler. Mineralization of hydroxyapatite (HAp) in a UV polymerized acrylamide gel matrix was investigated by varying the concentration of precursors and pH in the range 8, 9 and 10. During polymerization, diammonium hydrogen phosphate ions were impregnated in the gel matrix and subsequently, immersed in the calcium nitrate solution. Thin laminated macroporous structures, embedded with nanospheres and ribbons of HAp were mineralized. The HAp was found to be oriented along c‐axis, which could lead to the preferential binding of the acidic proteins on it's surface. In addition, there was an enlargement of pore sizes with an increase in pH. The laminated structures showed resorbable nature whereas, flake like structures obtained at higher concentrations were found to be bioactive.
