一种光学平台的力学稳定性分析

光学平台稳定性使用要求很高，结构形式复杂，使用环境苛刻，受不同类型载荷作用，对结构设计和加工工艺的要求非常严格。介绍了利用ANSYS结构分析软件对该光学平台在不同的简化结构条件下的计算机数值模拟结果，为其工程研制提供了理论依据。

Effect of Substrates on CuInSe2 Nanoparticle Thin Films by Radio Frequency Reactive Sputtering

CuInSe2(CIS) nanoparticle thin films have been prepared by radio frequency reactive magnetron sputtering from compound ternary fan-shaped targets on low-temperature substrates with pure argon gas as the atmosphere.The stoichiometry of the ternary compound semiconductor quantum dots can easily be controlled by the ratios of the ternary elements and sputtering parameters.CIS nanoparticle thin films regularly shaped and distributed reasonably uniform in size on substrates of 7059 glass etc can be grown in this way.The average particle diameter can be varied between 40-80 nm by an appropriate choice of the substrate temperature,power density and total CIS coverage.the optical and electrical properties of the CIS films have also been studied.     

含磷糖生物缀合物的合成

糖生物缀合物具有许多重要的生物功能.因而,建立化学合成各种新型糖类缀合物的方法,进一步研究其结构与生物功能之间的关系,对于探索其生物学功能具有十分重要的理论意义和实际应用价值.本文通过改进的化学方法合成了56种结构新颖的糖基-1-磷酰氨基酸甲酯衍生物,所有目标化合物的结构均被NMR和MS等方法确认,并研究了它们NMR谱学特征和在质谱中的裂解规律.     

β-蒎烯和马来酸酐的反应及产物表征

研究了β-蒎烯和马来酸酐的烯反应、溶剂中自由基共聚反应和本体热共聚反应,得到了β-蒎烯和马来酸酐烯反应产物和共聚产物,并用IR、1H NMR、13C NMR、GPC、DSC进行表征,研究了引发剂浓度、溶剂体系、单体配比、温度等因素对产物的影响.对聚合物进行皂化改性,测量了皂化物浓度对水表面张力的影响.     

纳米CoHCF修饰电极的制备及其对血红蛋白的电化学测定研究

A cobalt hexacyanoferrate （CoHCF） nanoparticle （size ca. 60 nm） chemically modified electrode （CME） was fabricated and the electrochemical behavior of hemoglobin （Hb） at this nanosized CoHCF CME was studied. In comparison with a bare glassy carbon electrode （GCE） and a general CoHCF CME electrodeposited in a traditional manner, the present nanosized CoHCF CME performed efficiently electrocatalytic reduction for Hb with relatively high sensitivity, stability, and longlife, Combined with liquid chromatography （LC）, the nanosized CoHCF CME was used as the electrochemical detector of Hb in the established flow injection analysis-electrochemical determination （FIA-ECD） system. The peak current was a linear function of concentrations in the range from 2.5×10^-8 to 5.0×10^-6mol/L for Hb, with detection limit of 1.4×10^-8 mol/L. The FIA-ECD system has been successfully applied to assess the Hb content of clinic blood samples with advantages of sensitiveness, speediness, easy control and small sample-consumption.
