对承受疲劳载荷的海洋平台K型管节点首先进行了静力测试,确定了沿着焊缝的热应力区的应力分布及热应力区最大应力点的位置,从而判断裂纹产生的位置;然后通过专用测试设备提供循环疲劳载荷,用ACPD(Alternating Current Potential Drop,即交流电流势能落差法)技术检测裂纹的产生和增长过程,得到裂纹最深点,用S-N曲线估算其疲劳寿命.对已有裂纹的K型管节点,用应力强度因子估计其剩余寿命.同时用测试的结果验证了S-N的准确性和可靠性. 相似文献

Complex function method and multi-polar coordinate transformation technology are used here to study scattering of circular cavity in right-angle planar space to SH-wave with out-of-plane loading on the horizontal straight boundary. At first, Green function of right-angle planar space which has no circular cavity is constructed; then the scattering solution which satisfies the free stress conditions of the two right-angle boundaries with the circular cavity existing in the space is formulated. Therefore, the total displacement field can be constructed using overlapping principle. An infinite algebraic equations of unknown coefficients existing in the scattering solution field can be gained using multi-polar coordinate and the free stress condition at the boundary of the circular cavity. It can be solved by using limit items in the infinite series which can give a high computation precision. An example is given to illustrate the variations of the tangential stress at the boundary of the circular cavity due to different dimensionless wave numbers, the location of the circular cavity, the loading center and the distributing range of the out-of-plane loading. The results show the efficiency and effectiveness of the method introduced here. 相似文献

利用复变函数法、多极坐标及傅立叶级数展开技术求解了二维直角平面内固定圆形夹杂对稳态入射反平面剪切(shearing horizontal, SH)波的散射问题。首先构造出介质内不存在夹杂时的入射波场和反射波场,然后建立介质内存在夹杂时由夹杂边界产生的能够自动满足直角边应力自由条件的散射波解,从而利用叠加原理写出介质内的总波场。利用夹杂边界处位移条件和傅立叶级数展开方法列出求解散射波中未知系数的无穷代数方程组,在满足计算精度的前提下通过有限项截断,得到相应有限代数方程组的解,最后通过算例具体讨论了二维直角平面水平边界点的位移幅度比和相位随量纲一波数、入射波入射角及夹杂位置的不同而变化的情况,结果表明了算法的有效实用性。 相似文献

Polar functionalized isotactic and syndiotactic polypropylenes (PPs) are synthesized by direct, masking-reagent-free propylene and amino–olefin (AO, CH2=CH(CH2)xNnPr2, x=2, 3, 6) copolymerizations using the activated precatalysts rac-[Me2Si(indenyl)2]ZrMe2 and [Me2C(Cp)(fluorenyl)]ZrMe2, respectively. Polymerization activities at 25 °C are as high as 4208 and 535 kg/(mol h atm) with AO incorporation up to 4.0 mol % and 1.6 mol %, respectively. Remarkably, introducing the amino-olefin comonomers significantly enhances stereoselection for both isotactic (mmmm: 59.5 %→91.0 %) and syndiotactic (rrrr: 66.3 %→81.3 %) products. 相似文献

In this study, a fully self-consistent method was developed to obtain the wave functions of the positron and electrons in molecules simultaneously. The wave function of a positron at room temperature, with a characteristic energy of approximately 0.04 eV [1], was used to analyse the experimental results of its annihilation in helium, neon, hydrogen, and methane molecules. The interactions between the positron and molecule provide a significant correction in the gamma-ray spectra of the annihilating electron–positron pairs. It was also observed that high-order correlations offered almost no correction in the spectra, as the interaction between the low-energy positron and electrons cannot drive the electrons into excited electronic states. More accurate studies, which consider the coupling of the positron–electron pair states and vibration states of nuclei, must be undertaken. 相似文献

Preclinical cardiac MR is challenging and time-consuming. A fast and comprehensive acquisition protocol and standardized image post-processing may improve preclinical research, reducing acquisition time, costs and variability of results. In the present study, we evaluated the feasibility of a contrast-enhanced 3D IntraGate steady-state cine sequence (ce-3D-IG-cine) with short acquisition time (11 min) for a single-shot combined characterization of left ventricle (LV) remodeling and infarct size (IS) in a mouse model of acute ischemia-reperfusion injury.Sixteen male C57BL/6N mice underwent 7T cardiac MR (Bruker, BioSpec 70/30) including optimized ce-3D-IG-cine (total scan time 11 min) at day 1, 5 and 28 after surgery. LV end-diastolic volume (EDVMR) and ejection fraction (EFMR) extracted from MR were compared to ones from short-axis (SA-EDVecho, SA-EFecho) and parasternal long-axis (LA-EDVecho, LA-EFecho) echocardiography. IS was manually and semiautomatically segmented from ce-3D-IG-cine using different standard deviation (SD +2, +3, +4, +5, +6 in respect to a reference tissue).Mice were sacrificed at day 28, immediately after imaging. IS at day 28 was compared to injury burden at histology.MR and echocardiographic morpho-functional parameters were compared, as IS from MR and histology. Bland-Altman plots were used to assess the agreement in ischemic burden segmentation.Volumetric and functional parameters measured on ce-3D-IG-cine correlated to the correspondent echocardiographic parameter (EDVMR vs SA-EDVecho: ρ = 0.813; EDVMR vs LA-EDVecho: ρ = 0.845; EFMR vs SA-EFecho ρ = 0.612; EFMR vs LA-EFecho ρ = 0.791; p < 0.001 in all cases).Manually segmented IS strongly correlated with the scar at histology (ρ = 0.904, p < 0.001). A threshold of +3SD showed the highest performance for semiautomatic assessment of IS compared to manual segmentation (ρ = 0.965, p < 0.001), with an overall reproducibility of 73%, and a peak reproducibility of 80% at day 1.The ce-3D-IG-cine sequence, manually or semiautomatically segmented using 3SD threshold, allows fast and comprehensive LV morpho-functional and structural characterization in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury model. 相似文献

In this paper, the commercial monodisperse TiO2 nanoparticles with the size of 8–10 nm were successfully applied to the photoelectrode for dye-sensitized solar cells (DSCs) and the influence of the thickness of the TiO2 thin films on the photovoltaic performance of the DSCs was investigated. The result revealed that the DSCs with the TiO2 thin film thickness of 3.6, 8.0, 11.6 and 20.0 μm gave the photoelectric conversion efficiency of 3.67%, 5.92%, 6.71% and 7.03%, respectively, under the illumination of simulated AM 1.5 sunlight (100 mW cm−2). 相似文献
