Ternary Pt–Te–Ru catalysts with different atomic ratios were synthesized by reducing the precursor with formic acid. The physical and electrochemical characterization of the Pt3TeRu0.25/C catalyst was performed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy equipped with TEM (TEM-EDX), X-ray photoelectron spectrometer, ethanol oxidation, and CO stripping. In TEM images, the Pt3TeRu0.25/C nanoparticles with an average particle size of around 2.9 nm were well dispersed on the carbon support. The Pt3TeRu0.25/C catalyst was superior to the Pt3Te/C catalyst in respect of catalytic activity, durability, and CO tolerance. The positive effect of the Ru presence in the Pt3TeRu0.25/C catalyst was ascribed to the interactions of Ru or Ru oxides.  相似文献

Platinized platinum based hydrogen gas electrodes, Pt(Pt)|H2(g)|H+(aq), and silver‐silver chloride electrodes, Ag|AgCl|Cl? (aq), make up the Harned cell, without transfer, working in the potentiometric mode at Cl? concentrations and ionic strengths, I, below 0.1 mol kg?1, for assigning primary pH values to reference pH buffer solutions. This work reports on experiments performed at higher I and Cl? solutions up to 0.7 mol kg?1, aiming at addressing seawater conditions with results of equally high quality. In the course of measurements, the occasional occurrence of highly unstable potentials denoted electrode malfunction; Pt metal surfaces observed by SEM/EDS and XRD exhibit strong Ag and Cl peaks corresponding to the presence of AgCl crystals deposited at both surfaces.  相似文献

The determination of quercetin and rutin by flow injection analysis (FIA) and capillary electrophoresis (CE) using electrochemical detection was described. These flavonoids were determined at normal (unheated) and hot platinum microelectrodes using cyclic voltammetry. When quercetin or rutin is reaching the platinum electrode, a change of the current in the region of the platinum oxide formation is observed. Integration of the current changes in this in this region creates analytical signals in the form of peaks. An increase of temperature to about 76 ?C in a small zone adjacent to the microelectrode causes an increase of the analytical signal by more than 6 times under FIA conditions. This method enables the use of hot microelectrodes as detectors in HPLC or CE. In CE the improvement of the analytical signal at hot microelectrodes is smaller than in FIA and increase only 1.3–3.4 times. Heated microelectrodes were used for analysis of the flavonoids in natural samples of the plant (extract of sea buckthorn) and a pharmaceutical preparation (Cerutin).  相似文献

Abstract

The immobilization of the dinuclear platinum(II) sulfido complex [Pt2(μ-S)2 (PPh3)4] on solid supports has been investigated. Reaction with haloalkyl functionalized polymers [Merrifield's resin (chloromethylated polystyrene), chloropropyl silica, chloropropyl controlled pore glass, and bromopropyl polysiloxane] gives complexes immobilized through alkylation of one of the sulfide ligands, forming a μ-thiolate ligand acting as an anchor to the polymer support, akin to well-established reactions of [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4] with molecular alkylating agents. The model complex [Pt2(μ-S)(μ-SCH2SiMe3)(PPh3)4]PF6 was prepared as the first molecular silicon-containing derivative of [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4] and was fully characterized by NMR spectroscopy, electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Immobilization of [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4] by phosphine exchange reactions was also achieved using commercial polystyrene-grafted triphenylphosphine or a new immobilized phosphine [derived by sequential functionalization of Merrifield's resin with a polyether amine and then Ph2PCH2OH].  相似文献

Abstract

The binding of pyrenesulfonic acid and pyrenebutyric acid to poly(vinyl benzyl trimethylammonium) chloride was investigated by UV and fluorescence spectroscopy. It was found that the binding constant was 7.5 × 104 and 3.5 × 104M?1, respectively. The addition of the polyelectrolyte quenches the fluorescence of the pyrene group, and at the same time the typical excimer emission appears. This emission originates in pre-formed ground state aggregates of the pyrene derivatives incorporated into the polyion domain. Similar effects were observed when anionic polyelectrolytes, poly(styrene sulfonic), and poly(vinyl sulfonic) acids were added to cationic pyrene derivatives. The binding constants depend on the length of the aliphatic sidechain of the derivatives.  相似文献

铂纳米颗粒在汽车行业中被广泛用作汽车尾气催化剂。随着铂纳米颗粒在工业生产中的广泛应用,它在环境中广泛分布并可能从植物累积进入食物链中。因此,建立一种在农产品中的定量分析方法是至关重要的。以酶消解的前处理方法结合单颗粒-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(Single particle ICP-MS,SP-ICP-MS)测定农产品中纳米铂颗粒(PtNPs)粒径分布及颗粒数量浓度。通过优化前处理提取条件,当Macerozyme R-10酶为10 mg、柠檬酸缓冲溶液浓度为5 mmol/L、提取时间36 h时,农产品中PtNPs提取效果较高。PtNPs粒径检出限为20 nm,颗粒浓度检出限为5×105 particle/L,铂颗粒浓度回收率在(81±3)%~(91±4)%,加标后平均粒径(41±3)~(47±2)nm,与50 nm PtNPs标准溶液粒径接近。方法操作简单、检出限低、准确度高,适用于农产品中PtNPs定量分析,为客观评价农产品铂纳米毒性效应提供可靠的分析技术。  相似文献

The current research focused on the development of Platinum–Rhodium alloy coating (Pt– Rh) on SS304 and its applications in antibacterial studies. Electrodeposition is considered to be one of the most suitable methods because it enhances the therapeutic effects of noble metals (Pt–Rh alloy). The electrodeposited coating is an economical and time-saving alternative to existing coating methods. The newly developed Pt–Rh coating was investigated using a scanning electron microscope (SEM) and an atomic force microscope (AFM). Using the agar Petri plate and broth culture method, the antibacterial effect of the platinum-rhodium alloy was investigated against Gram-negative Escherichia coli and Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus saprophytes, Bacillus Subtilis, and Enterococcus faecalis. The Pt–Rh alloy coated samples obtained by Direct current (DC) and Pulse coating (PC 50% and PC 75%) were examined for antibacterial study. The PC 75% Pt–Rh alloy coating exhibits significant antibacterial activity, demonstrating a maximum zone of inhibition while leaving the rest of the coated samples by DC and PC 50% duty cycles. The study also found that when the concentration of Pt–Rh solution rises from 5 μL to 15 μL, so does the antibacterial activity. The findings of the study showed that electrodeposited platinum-rhodium alloy metal ions may be handy bacteriostatic in the coming years.  相似文献

The synthesis of Cl2Pt[NH2(CH2)nCOOH]2 (n = 5, 10) and the reactions of their carboxylic groups with H2N(CH2)17CH3, d ‐glucosamine, and (R,R)‐1,2‐diaminocyclohexane to give complexes with amino acid amides as ligands, are reported.
