头盔用复合材料抗侵彻性能研究进展

对头盔用复合材料抗冲击性能的研究及其主要成果进行了总结和评述,包括所用材料的冲击动力学性能、头盔结构在冲击下的损伤和破坏特点、其能量吸收机制的理论分析和数值模拟等几方面,提出了一些亟待深入的研究方向．     

基于粗糙集理论的舰船研制方案总体评价

以系统评价思想为指导,提出了基于粗糙集理论的多目标评价方法,对舰船研制方案综合评价问题进行了研究,建立了综合评价模型,并通过算例表明,该方法用于舰船研制方案的总体评价比现行方法有明显的优越性.     

关于复数主辐角的准确表达的讨论

中学课本中关于复数的辐角主值,很明确地指出,是一种“规定”,即“适合于0≤θ<2π的辐角θ的值,叫做辐角的主值,记做agz”。在这个规定之下,一个自然的结论是:“每一个不等于零的复数有唯一的模与辐角的主值,并且可由它(这个不等于零的复数)的模与辐角的主值唯一确定”。但是,另一方面课本又指出:“当然,把一个复数表示成三角形式时,辐角θ不一定要取主值。”我们在钻研教材时,体会到识本此处说明了两层意思。其一,一个非零数表成三角形式(或指数形式)时,取辐角的主值表达,是唯一确定的;其二,复数用三角形式(或者指数形式)

STRUCTURE IN THE PRECORE REGION OF HEPATITIS B CORE GENE AFFECTING ITS EXPRESSION IN E.coil

Restriction fragments of HBV-DNA, cleaved by endonuclease HhaI,containing HBcAg gene were trimmed by BAL-31 exonuclease to remove different lengths of the precore sequence.They were inserted into plasmid pUR222 at EcoRI site through synthetic linker ligation. Transformants in E.coli BMH7118 showing different levels of HBcAg gene expression were screened and analyzed for their nucleotide sequences in the junction region both by Maxam and Gilbert's chemical degradation method and by M13 chain termination method. Results of sequence analysis of different transformants revealed a partial palindromic (loop and stem) structure, at -7 to -35 nucleotide with regard to ATG of the HBcAg gene as position +1, which has dramatic effect on the level of expression of the inserted gene using the same promoter,SD sequence and identical N-terminus.The amount of HBcAg synthesized differed from 9% in the high expressing plasmid to less than 0.01% of the total cell proteins in the low expressing transformants.The findings w     

Investigation of Impurity Ion Transport with Laser Blow-off in HL-2A Tokamak

Non-recycling impurities are injected into ohmic HL-2A plasma for the first time. The impurities of titanium and aluminium are injected in the discharges with varying plasma density and current. The convection and diffusion process of the injected impurity ions during the inward phase are qualitatively investigated. The results show that the transport of impurities is much slower in the central region of the plasma than outside of it and that it is greatly enhanced during sawtooth crashes.     

High-Density Read-Only Memory Disc with Ag11In12Sb51Te26 Super-Resolution Mask Layer

A novel read-only memory (ROM) disc with an Ag11ln12Sb51Te26 super-resolution mask layer is proposed and investigated for the first time to our knowledge. The carrier-to-noise ratio of more than 40 dB could be obtained from small pits (380nm), which are below the readout resolution limit (400nm), in our dynamic setup with a wavelength of 632.8 nm and numerical aperture of 0.40. Dependences of carrier-to-noise ratio on readout power,readout velocity and film thickness are studied. The results show that the optimum film thickness is 20-50nm and the corresponding carrier-to-noise ratio is more than 40dB at readout power of 4mW and readout velocity of 2m/s in our experiment. The super-resolution readout mechanism for this ROM disc is also discussed.     

激光频带宽度对二次谐波时空分辨结构的影响

本文报道用条纹相机在沿与激光光轴成90°方向拍摄的二次谐波发射的时空分辨结构,宽频带激光打靶与窄频带激光打靶表现出明显的差异,用孤立波产生理论进行分析,得出与实验基本相符的结果。 关键词：     

高纯度烟草过氧化物酶（TOP I）光谱特性研究

采用交换吸附脱色及柱层析新技术，成功地从烟叶中分离和纯化了一种烟草过氧化物酶同工酶(TOP I)，并对其进行了一系列光谱特性研究。基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)测得TOP I分子量为21888．5，等电点pI为3．5；氨基酸组成分析表明TOP I为一含血红素的酸性蛋白酶。光谱学分析揭示，在402nm处有一典型的Soret带，在498和636nm处有特征吸收峰(α，β带)，酸度和变性剂对TOP I在紫外可见区的特征吸收峰均产生一定的影响，TOP I的荧光光谱测定结果说明TOP I分子中含有Trp残基和Tyr残基以及其自身的独特的光谱学特性。     

一种新的超分辨记录点的读出技术

提出一种新的超分辨记录点的读出技术—超分辨反射膜技术，详细分析了其原理。用该技术，以Sb为超分辨反射膜，SiN为介电层，在激光波长为632．8nm和光学头的数值也径为0．40的读出光学系统中实现了直径为380nm的超分辨记录点的读出。同时研究了Sb薄膜厚度对读出信噪比的影响规律，发现最佳的Sb薄膜厚度为28～30nm，所得的信噪比为38～40dB。
