X-射线荧光光谱法在线分析硅石中8种元素的含量

以四硼酸锂—偏硼酸锂混合熔剂熔融制备样品，利用X-射线荧光光谱法实现了硅石中硅、铝、钙、镁、磷、钾、钛、铁等元素的在线分析，分析速度快，结果准确。     

二氧化硅负载的胂钯(0)配合物作为丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酰胺芳基化反应高活性和高立体选择性的催化剂

A silica-supported arsine palladium(O) complex has been prepared from y-chloropropyltriethoxysilane via immobilization on fumed silica, followed by reaction with potassium diphenylarsenide and palladium chloride, and then reduction with hydrazine hydrate. The complex has been characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and it is a highly active and stereoselective catalyst for arylation of butyl acrylate and acrylamide with aryl halides, affording a variety of tram-butyl cinnamates and trans-cinnamamides in high yields.     

中性红掺杂SiO2纳米粒子修饰的酶阵列传感器同时测定葡萄糖、乳酸和L-谷氨酸的研究

本文以中性红为核，二氧化硅为壳，利用反相微乳液技术，通过正硅酸四乙酯的水解制备了掺杂有中性红的二氧化硅纳米粒子，并用TEM技术进行了表征。核中性红能够催化测定葡萄糖，乳酸和L-谷氨酸的反应，而壳二氧化硅不仅克服了电活性物质中性红易流失的缺点，且具有高的生物亲和性。分别与葡萄糖氧化酶、乳酸氧化酶以及L-谷氨酸氧化酶混合后，修饰在碳阵列电极表面。最后在该酶阵列电极表面滴加一层Nafion, 防止电活性物质抗坏血酸、尿酸等的干扰。该酶阵列传感器与流动注射分析技术(FIA)相结合，可应用于同时检测大鼠血样中的葡萄糖，乳酸和L-谷氨酸浓度。该方法无需通过传统的色谱柱的分离，大大简化了实验条件，为这一领域的研究提供了有效的分析方法。     

Properties of Zero Dispersion Wavelengths in Silica Strands and Photonic Crystal Fibres

To design and calculate the zero-dispersion wavelength is one of the important aspects for highly nonlinear photonic crystal fibres. By using the air filling fraction f defined as f = （ 6d） / （ 2π∧ ） here for the cladding effective index, and the step effective index model, the relationship between the properties of chromatic dispersion and the two different structures has been analysed. It is pointed that the variation of the zero dispersion wavelength is insensitive to the core diameter change in one range of core diameter D, while keeping the air filling fraction f constant. In the other range of core diameter D, the photonic crystal fibres have the best nearly-zero ultraflattened dispersion. These properties are significant to the design of chromatic dispersion and zero dispersion wavelength in photonic crystal fibres.     

分光光度法同时测定硅石中的铁和铝

在邻二氮菲(Phen)、铬天青S(CAS)和十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(TDMBA)的共同存在下,于pH 5～6的酸性介质中,铁、铝分别生成Fe-Phen和Al-CAS-TDMBA络合物,用同一份试液,在波长510 nm测定铁,在625 nm测定铝,两种络合物互不干扰。用该法可同时测定硅石中的铁和铝。     

溶胶-凝胶法Ba2TiSi2O8铁电薄膜的制备及结构表征

采用溶胶-凝胶工艺在Si(100)衬底上制备了Ba2 TiSi2O8(BTS)薄膜.通过XRD衍射、傅立叶红外(FT-IR)、拉曼(Raman)散射光谱和原子力显微镜(AFM)对薄膜的显微结构进行了表征.AFM分析显示,BTS薄膜表面光滑,晶粒尺寸在0.30～0.50μm.薄膜结构分析表明:随着退火温度的增加,BTS薄膜的结晶度增加,薄膜结构变得更加致密.同时,随着退火温度的升高,晶胞尺寸出现了收缩,导致了BTS薄膜的四方比c/a从0.613上升到0.618,将对薄膜的压电性能产生影响.
