Optical and Electronic Properties of InGaN／GaN Multi—Quantum—Wells Near—Ultraviolet Lighting—Emitting—Diodes Grown by Low—Pressure Metalorganic Vapour Phase Epitaxy

The near-ultraviolet lighting-emitting-diodes (UV-LEDs) with the InGaN/GaN multi-quantum-well (MQW) structure were grown by low-pressure metalorganic vapour phase epitaxy. The double crystal x-ray diffraction revealed a distinct second-order satellite peak. The near-ultraviolet InGaN/GaN MQW LEDs have been successfully fabricated to emit at 401.2nm with narrow FWHM of 14.3nm and the forward voltage of 3.6 V at 20 mA injection current at room temperature. With increasing forward current from l 0 mA to 50 mA, the redshift of the peak wavelength was observed due to the band-gap narrowing caused by heat generation.     

含μ_3-S的铁—钴—钼异核簇羰基衍生物的质谱研究

本文报导了四个含μ_3-S的铁,钴,钼异核簇羰基衍生物([FeCo_2S(CO)_9],[H_2Fe_2CoS(CO)_9],[FeCoMosCp(CO)_8]和[FeCoMos(Cp’COCH_3)(CO)_8],Cp=C_5H_5,Cp’C_5H_4)的质谱,并基于第一无场区亚稳跃迁和同位素峰丰度分布等数据讨论了其主要的断裂行为,发现在电子轰击下这些化合物的簇骼键的断裂反应与共价金属离子半径和μ_3-S配体存在有关。     

生物合理设计光系统Ⅱ抑制剂研究(Ⅴ)——取代苯甲酰胺基丙烯酸乙酯和新型嘧啶酮类化合物的合成及其Hill反应抑制活性

基于Dl蛋白结构模型,设计并合成了取代苯甲酰胺基丙烯酸乙酯及有关成环化合物嘧啶酮,通过X射线衍射确定了2-芳基-5-乙氧甲酰基-6-甲硫基-4-嘧啶酮的结构.生物活性测定结果表明,部分化合物显示出一定的Hill反应抑制活性.     

两亲型羧甲基壳聚糖衍生物的合成及体外药物释放

通过羧甲基壳聚糖与醛和乳糖反应制得N-烷基乳糖基-O,N-羧甲基壳聚糖,并以戊二醛为交联剂制成水凝胶;以人血清蛋白作为模型药物,初步探讨了该水凝胶对蛋白类药物的释放规律。结果表明:该水凝胶具有亲水-疏水两亲性和不同于壳聚糖的pH敏感性,有望应用于蛋白类药物的控制释放。     

席夫碱类三明治型铽/镝金属配合物的合成、表征及磁性

以N,N′-二(4-甲氧基水杨基)邻苯二胺(H2L)为配体合成了2个新的稀土配合物[M_2L_3(H_2O)](M=Tb (1),Dy (2)),并对它们进行了红外分析、元素分析和单晶结构分析。单晶衍射结果表明,配合物1和2均为三明治型双核配合物。此外还研究了配合物1和2的磁学性质,结果表明配合物1和2都表现出反铁磁性作用和场诱导效应引起的慢弛豫行为。配合物2的有效能垒和驰豫时间分别为35.45 cm-1和2.7×10~(-10) s。

一种控制掺铒光纤激光器超混沌的方法——非线性延时反馈参数调制法

提出一种非线性延时反馈参数调制法来控制混沌/超混沌，给出了利用这种方法控制处于超混沌状态的双环掺铒光纤激光器的方案.数值模拟表明，只要延时时间和反馈强度合适就可以把双环掺铒光纤激光器从超混沌状态成功地控制到不同的周期状态. 关键词： 掺铒光纤激光器 超混沌 非线性延时反馈参数调制 混沌控制     

AEROMAGNETIC SURVEY AND GEOLOGICAL STRUCTURE OF OFFSHORE CHINA

This paper discusses the characteristics of the regional geological structure of the Bohai Sea, the Huanghai Sea, the East China Sea and the South China Sea on the basis of the data achieved by aeromagnetic surveys over the past years.The Huanghai Sea is an intercontinental sea which is tectenically similar, and can be connected, to the adjacent continental parts. It is a submerged part of the continent. Aeromagnetic survey shows that the deep structures in this area strike E-W, belonging to the Pal-Asiatic Tectonic Domain. The South China Sea is a typical marginal sea of the Western Pacific Ocean, resulting from the fracturing of the continental margin and the sea floor spreading from the Mid-Oligocene to the Miocene.
