Abstract

Radiation chemistry of aminoalkylthiols and some derivatives (aminoalkyl-S-thiophosphates and aminoalkyl-S-thiosulfates among which are most effective radioprotectors) in aqueous solutions has been studied in order to establish the relation between the structure of these compounds and their radiation-chemical properties. Increase in the number of methylene groups between the sulfur atom and nitrogen atom in the aminothiol molecule from 2 to 4 and substitution of the amino group hydrogene by an alkyl radical has been found to be without appreciable effect both on the “spectra” of radiolisis products and rate constants for interaction of H, e? aq and OH with aminothiols  相似文献

In this work, we synthesized a novel organic–inorganic semitelechelic polymer from polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) and poly(acrylate amide) (PAA) via reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization. The organic–inorganic semitelechelic polymers have been characterized by means of nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis, and dynamic mechanical thermal analysis. It was found that capping POSS groups to the single ends of PAA chains caused a series of significant changes in the morphologies and thermomechanical properties of the polymer. The organic–inorganic semitelechelics were microphase‐separated; the POSS microdomains were formed via the POSS–POSS interactions. In a selective solvent (e.g., methanol), the organic–inorganic semitelechelics can be self‐assembled into the micelle‐like nanoobjects. Compared to plain PAA, the POSS‐capped PAAs significantly displayed improved surface hydrophobicity as evidenced by the measurements of static contact angles and surface atomic force microscopy. More importantly, the organic–inorganic semitelechelics displayed typical shape memory properties, which was in marked contrast to plain PAA. The shape memory behavior is attributable to the formation of the physically cross‐linked networks from the combination of the POSS–POSS interactions with the intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions in the organic–inorganic semitelechelics. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Two types of novel fluorinated diimide‐diacid monomers—[2,2′‐(4,4′‐(3′‐methylbiphenyl‐2,5‐diyl)bis(oxy)bis(3‐(trifluoromethyl)‐4,1‐phenylene))bis(1,3‐dioxoisoindoline‐5‐carboxylic acid)] (III) and [2,2′‐(4,4′‐(3′‐(trifluoromethyl)biphenyl‐2,5‐diyl)bis(oxy)bis(3‐(trifluoromethyl)‐4,1‐phenylene))bis(1,3‐dioxoisoindoline‐5‐carboxylic acid)] (IV)—were respectively designed and prepared by the condensation of diamines I and II with two molar equivalents of trimellitic anhydride. From both diimide‐diacids, two series of novel poly(amide‐imide)s (PAIs) (IIIa–IIIe and IVa–IVe) bearing different pendant groups were prepared by direct polymerization with various aromatic diamines (a–e). All the PAIs had a high glass transition temperatures (Tgs, 232–265 °C), excellent thermal stability (exhibiting only 5% weight loss at 493–542 °C under nitrogen) and good solubility in various organic solvents due to the introduction of the bulky pendant groups. The cast films of these PAIs (80–90 μm) had good optical transparency (73–81% at 450 nm, 85–88% at 550 nm and 87–89% at 800 nm) and low dielectric constants (2.65–2.98 at 1 MHz). The spin‐coated films of these PAIs presented a minimum birefringence value as low as 0.0077–0.0143 at 650 nm and low optical absorption at the near‐infrared optical communication wavelengths of 1310 and 1550 nm. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this work, we investigate the influence of the amide solvent chemical structure on the properties of poly(3‐hexylthiophene) (P3HT) prepared via direct arylation polymerization (DArP). Our findings indicate that for successful polymerization the amide must possess an acyclic aliphatic structure since cyclization of an amide results in a complete shutdown of DArP reactivity as evidenced by failed polymerization in N‐methylpyrrolidone, whereas the presence of an aromatic motif renders the amide solvent susceptible to C? H activation and leads to incorporation of the solvent structure into the P3HT backbone, as demonstrated on the example of N,N‐diethylbenzamide. Additionally, we observed that the steric bulk of alkyl substituents on both the nitrogen atom and the carbonyl group within the amide structure has to be delicately balanced for optimal DArP reactivity. In the optimal cases, P3HT is obtained in high yield, with high molecular weight and contains a minimal amount of structural defects. The obtained polymer samples were comprehensively studied in terms of their chemical structure, optical, thermal and solid‐state properties in thin films using GPC analysis, 1H NMR, MALDI, UV–vis, GIXRD spectroscopy, and DSC. Hydrogenation of amides in the presence of [Ru(acac)3] (acacH=2,4‐pentanedione), triphos [1,1,1‐tris‐ (diphenylphosphinomethyl)ethane] and methanesulfonic acid (MSA) produces secondary and tertiary amines with selectivities as high as 93 % provided that there is at least one aromatic ring on N. The system is also active for the synthesis of primary amines. In an attempt to probe the role of MSA and the mechanism of the reaction, a range of methanesulfonato complexes has been prepared from [Ru(acac)3], triphos and MSA, or from reactions of [RuX(OAc)(triphos)] (X=H or OAc) or [RuH2(CO)(triphos)] with MSA. Crystallographically characterised complexes include: [Ru(OAc‐κ1O)2(H2O)(triphos)], [Ru(OAc‐κ2O,O′)(CH3SO3‐κ1O)(triphos)], [Ru(CH3SO3‐κ1O)2(H2O)(triphos)] and [Ru2(μ‐CH3SO3)3(triphos)2][CH3SO3], whereas other complexes, such as [Ru(OAc‐κ1O)(OAc‐κ2O,O′)(triphos)], [Ru(CH3SO3‐κ1O)(CH3SO3‐κ2O,O′)(triphos)], H[Ru(CH3SO3‐κ1O)3(triphos)], [RuH(CH3SO3‐κ1O)(CO)(triphos)] and [RuH(CH3SO3‐κ2O,O′)(triphos)] have been characterised spectroscopically. The interactions between these various complexes and their relevance to the catalytic reactions are discussed.  相似文献

The asymmetric syntheses of novel dihydroxyhomoprolines have been achieved using the doubly diastereoselective conjugate additions of the antipodes of lithium N-benzyl-N-(α-methylbenzyl)amide to a set of four chiral α,β-unsaturated esters (derived from d-pentoses) as one of the key steps. A full account of the diastereoselectivity observed in these conjugate additions is presented and the stereochemical outcomes of these reactions have been established unambiguously via a combination of hydrogenolytic chemical correlation and single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. A tandem hydrogenolysis/intramolecular reductive amination reaction was then used to create the corresponding enantiopure pyrrolidines, providing access to (2′S,3′S,4′R)-dihydroxyhomoproline and (2′S,3′R,4′S)-dihydroxyhomoproline after deprotection.  相似文献

Chiral propargyl amines are valuable synthetic intermediates for the preparation of biologically active compounds and functionalized amines. Catalytic methods to access propargyl amines containing vicinal stereocenters with high diastereoselectivity are particularly rare. We report an unprecedented strategy for the synthesis of enantioenriched propargyl amines with two stereogenic centres. An iridium complex, ligated by a phosphoramidite ligand, catalyzes the hydroalkynylation of β,β‐disubstituted enamides to afford propargyl amides in a highly regio‐, diastereo‐, and enantioselective fashion. Stereodivergent synthesis of all four possible stereoisomers was achieved using this strategy.  相似文献

Short and concise total asymmetric syntheses of (−)-isoretronecanol and (−)-trachelantamidine are reported. Oxidative cleavage of tert-butyl (S,S,S,Z)-7-[N-benzyl-N-(α-methylbenzyl)amino]cyclohept-3-ene-1-carboxylate, followed by hydrogenolysis promoted in situ cyclisation/reduction, which provided rapid access to the bicyclic core within (−)-isoretronecanol. Analogous treatment of the C(1)-epimer gave (−)-trachelantamidine. Overall, the syntheses of (−)-isoretronecanol and (−)-trachelantamidine were completed in eight and seven steps and 20 and 9.5% yield, respectively, from commercially available starting materials.  相似文献

Primary aromatic amides can be synthesized from aldehydes and hydroxylamine hydrochloride in the presence of Cs2CO3. Various aromatic aldehydes (include some heteroaromatic aldehydes) are able to generate the corresponding aromatic amides in moderate to excellent yields.  相似文献
