卟啉类自组装膜在电分析化学中的应用

评述了卟啉及其金属配合物自组装膜在电分析化学领域的应用研究进展,并简要介绍了卟啉的结构及其金属配合物的特点。对卟啉类自组装膜在电分析化学领域内的应用作了展望。     

Photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue on Fe3+-doped TiO2 nanoparticles under visible light irradiation

Fe³⁺-doped TiO₂ composite nanoparticles with different doping amounts were successfully synthesized using sol-gel method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and ultravioletvisible spectroscopy (UV-Vis) diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS). The photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue was used as a model reaction to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of Fe³⁺/TiO₂ nanoparticles under visible light irradiation. The influence of doping amount of Fe³⁺ (ω: 0.00%–3.00%) on photocatalytic activities of TiO₂ was investigated. Results show that the size of Fe³⁺/TiO₂ particles decreases with the increase of the amount of Fe³⁺ and their absorption spectra are broaden and absorption intensities are also increased. Doping Fe³⁺ can control the conversion of TiO₂ from anatase to rutile. The doping amount of Fe³⁺ remarkably affects the activity of the catalyst, and the optimum efficiency occurs at about the doping amount of 0.3%. 不同引发核树枝状大分子的合成

含不同分支官能团树枝状大分子的合成是目前研究的一个热点。文献报道的有两方向引发核、三方向引发核、四方向引发核、六方向引发核等结构新颖的树枝状分子。本文综述了不同引发核及其衍生物在树枝状大分子合成中的应用。     

Study on the Anion Recognition Properties of Synthesized Receptors （Ⅲ）： Convenient Synthesis and Anion Recognition Property of Bisthiosemicarbazone Derivative

A new series of bisthiosemicarbazone derivative receptors(1,2 and 3)have been synthesized by simple steps ingood yields.Their anion recognition properties were studied by UV-Vis and ~1H NMR spectroscopy.The resultshowed that the receptors 1,2 and 3 all had a better selectivity to F~-,CH_3COO~- and H_2PO_4~-,but no evidentbinding with Cl~-,Br~-,I~-,NO_3~- and HSO_4~-.Upon addition of the three anions to the receptors in DMSO,thesolution acquired a color change from colorless to dark yellow that can be observed by the naked-eyes,thus the re-ceptors can act as fluoride ion sensors even in the presence of other halide ions.The data showed that it was regularthat the three receptors had different binding ability with the three anions.For the same anion,the association con-stants followed the trend:receptor 1>3>2.The UV-Vis data indicates that a 1:1 stoichiometry complex isformed through hydrogen bonding interactions between compound 1,2 or 3 and anions.     

5-氟尿嘧啶-1-乙酸合铜(Ⅱ)的合成及其与DNA的作用

The 5-fluorouracil-1-acetic acid (5FuAA) and its Cu(Ⅱ) complex (5FuAACu) were synthesized and the date for the crystal complex was obtained. The interaction of 5-fluorouracil-1-acetic acid (5FuAA) and its Cu(Ⅱ) complex (5FuAACu) with DNA was also investigated by using spectral, viscometric, electrochemical and agarose gel electrophoresis methods. The results of interaction with DNA suggest that both 5FuAA and 5FuAACu can bind to DNA in a static electricity attraction mode. But the attraction of 5FuAACu is greater than that of 5FuAA.     

水介质中N-芳基-N'-(2-苯并呋喃甲酰基)硫脲及1-芳甲酰基-4-(2'-苯并呋喃甲酰基)氨基硫脲的合成

苄基三乙基氯化铵(TEBA)存在的水介质中, 2-苯并呋喃甲酰氯、硫氰酸铵与芳胺或芳甲酰肼在室温条件下经一步反应合成N-芳基-N'-(2-苯并呋喃甲酰基)硫脲或1-芳甲酰基-4-(2'-苯并呋喃甲酰基)氨基硫脲, 其中前者尚未见文献报道. 与其它合成方法相比, 该法操作简单、反应条件温和、环境友好.     

Electrical potential oscillation in an anionic surfactant system with barbitone in octanol as an oil phase

Studies were made on oscillations across a liquid membrane consisting of an oil layer, octanol containing barbitone, between two aqueous layers: one containing 8 mM SDS with alcohol and the other containing 0.1 M NaCl. The effects of various concentrations of chemical components in this system on the patterns of electrical oscillation were examined. The oscillations may be explained by the mechanism of repetitive formation and destruction of monolayer structures of the dodecyl sulfate anion at the interface between the organic and the aqueous phases, with the effect of proton penetration. This study of potential oscillation across a membrane containing a drug provides the possibility of further investigations in pharmacological activity.     

(BN)n(n≤12)团簇的结构及成键性质

利用遗传算法和Gastreich提出的经验势函数研究了(BN)_n(n≤12)团簇的可能稳定结构, 并对能量较低的异构体在HF/6-31G(d)水平进行优化, 得到了(BN)_n(n≤12)团簇的线状、蒲扇形、单环、双环、三环和笼状结构, 讨论了各种结构的特征及相对稳定性. 分析了BN团簇中原子的成键性质, 在单环结构中, N原子以sp2杂化成键, B原子以sp杂化成键, 而在节点处B原子以sp2杂化成键. (BN)6是唯一没有张力的单环结构.     

Catalytic oxidation of alcohols with polymer-supported ruthenium complex under mild conditions

Polymer-supported ruthenium-containing complex PS–Phen–Ru was synthesized (where PS = chloromethyl polystyrene resin, Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) and was characterized by FT-IR, ICP, and XPS. The supported complex was used to catalyze the oxidation of primary aliphatic alcohols as well as aromatic alcohols in the presence of iodosylbenzene. The oxidations were carried out in acetonitrile solution, affording the corresponding aldehydes or ketones in high substrate conversion and high selectivities under mild reaction conditions. The catalyst can be easily prepared and can be recycled.
