碱性模式氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定铁矿石中砷

建立了碱性模式氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定铁矿石中砷的最佳仪器和实验条件。采用微波消解分解样品，在硫脲和L-半胱氨酸存在下将As（Ⅴ）还原为As（Ⅲ），以1mol／L KOH作为介质，以0．75mol／L H3PO4作为载流，原子荧光光谱法测定样品中的砷。方法检出限为0．35μg／L，RSD在2．0％。9．4％之间，加标回收率95％～103％。对标准样品进行分析验证，结果与标准值相符。应用于铁矿样品的测定，结果满意。     

Studies on Chemical Constituents of Polygonum Ciliinerve Ohwi

Three new apianen lactones Maomailiaoine I ( 1 ), Maomailiaoine II ( 2 ) and Maoimaliaoine III ( 3 ), together with one known apianen lactone, five known flavonoids and three other known compounds were isolated from Polgonum ciliinerve Ohwi. Their structures were deduced from spectroscopic methods and 2D NMR techniques.     

高分子填料在生物法处理废水中的应用进展

对生物法处理废水用的高分子填料进行了综述。首先,从无机高分子填料、有机高分子填料两方面介绍了其应用特点及对废水中有机物的作用机理和去除效果;其次,介绍了新型生物填料,主要从生物亲和亲水磁性填料和酶促生物填料两方面介绍其在废水处理中的应用。

综述了聚合物固体电解质基体的设计原理、分类和研究进展，并对今后在聚合物基体设计方面的研究前景作了展望。     

低聚水溶性壳聚糖修饰阿魏酸及细胞毒活性研究

阿魏酸（Ferulic acid，FA），化学学名为4-羟基3-甲氧基苯丙烯酸，是当归、川芎、木贼、升麻、樟白皮等中药材水溶性提取物中主要的单体活性成份，属天然酚酸类化合物，由于其优良的抗氧化性，故对一些肿瘤表现出抑制作用，但活性不是很好。另外，由于FA的稳定性差，在人体内不参与肝肠循环等缺陷也影响其药效的发挥。     

The 4s 24p 3-4s4p 4 transition in AsI-like AgXV

Some terms of the 4s4p ⁴ configuration in RuXII, RhXIII and PdXIV ions can be improved and all the energy values of the configuration in AgXV can be predicted theoretically by means of a configuration-interaction ab initio analysis for the level structure of the 4s4p ⁴ configuration along the AsI sequence of KrIV-AgXV ions. Calculations of the wavelengths and oscillator strenghts are presented for the 4s ²4p ³-4s4p ⁴ transition in AgXV.     

巯基卟啉自组装膜的制备及应用研究进展

详细介绍了巯基卟啉自组装膜的几种制备方法,评述了不同制备方法的优缺点;对卟啉自组装膜在电荷转移、分子氧电催化、分子光电器件等领域的研究进展进行了评述,引用文献54篇。     

4'-磺酰腙苯并-15-冠-5的合成及阴离子识别研究

由苯并-15-冠-5经磺酰化、肼解两步合成了4’-磺酰肼苯并-15-冠-5(2).后者与芳香醛在室温下发生缩合制得了一系列未见文献报道的冠醚化磺酰腙类化合物3a～3h,产物经元素分析,IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,MS确证了其结构.利用紫外-可见吸收光谱考查了其对不同阴离子的识别作用,结果表明,化合物3d,3e,3h对碱性较强的阴离子有较强的选择性识别作用.     

稀土金属离子与人血清白蛋白的相互作用

本文用荧光光谱、紫外-可见吸收光谱法和循环伏安法研究了稀土金属离子Eu(Ⅲ)、Pr(Ⅲ)与人血清白蛋白(HSA)的相互作用。实验发现：Eu(Ⅲ)和Pr(Ⅲ)对HSA有较强的荧光猝灭作用。用Stern-Volmer方程分别对实验数据进行处理，结果发现：HSA与Eu(Ⅲ)、Pr(Ⅲ)发生反应生成了新的复合物，发生了分子内的非辐射能量转移。Eu(Ⅲ)、Pr(Ⅲ)对HAS的荧光猝灭作用，属于静态荧光猝灭。荧光猝灭图表明：Eu³⁺和Pr³⁺在HSA分子中至少有两类结合位点，Eu³⁺与HSA形成2.76∶1的复合物，结合常数lgK分别为12.03和9.05；Pr³⁺与HSA形成2.2∶1的复合物，结合常数lgK分别为9.89和6.97。同时用圆二色谱及同步荧光光谱法探讨了 Eu(Ⅲ)和Pr(Ⅲ)对HSA构象的影响。     

Kinetic determination of ascorbic acid by the BZ oscillating chemical system

A new analytical method for the determination of ascorbic acid by the perturbation caused by different amounts of ascorbic acid on the BZ oscillating chemical system involving the Ce(IV)-catalyzed reaction between potassium bromate and malonic acid in a acidic medium is proposed. The method relies on the linear relationship between the change in the oscillation amplitude of the chemical system and the concentration of ascorbic acid, which is in this work exposed for the first time. The calibration curve is linearly proportional to the concentration of ascorbic acid over the range 3.5x10(-6)-4.7x10(-4) M, with the regression coefficient is 0.9975. Two different methodologies were used to address the determination. Some aspects of the potential mechanism of action of ascorbic acid on the BZ oscillating chemical system are discussed in detail.
