Excitation Properties of the Biological Neurons with Side-Inhibition Mechanism in Small-World Networks

We have studied the excitation properties of biophysical Hodgkin-Huxley neurons with the side-inhibition mechanism in small-world networks. The result shows that the excitation properties in the networks are preferably consistent with the characteristic properties of a brain neural system under external constant stimuli, such as fatigue effect, extreme excitation principle, and the brain neural excitation response induced by different in- tensity of noise and coupling. The results of the study might shed some light on the study of the brain nerve electrophysiology and epistemological science.

We consider a singularly perturbed semilinear convection-diffusion problem with a boundary layer of attractive turning-point type. It is shown that its solution can be decomposed into a regular solution component and a layer component. This decomposi-tion is used to analyse the convergence of an upwinded finite difference scheme on Shishkin meshes.

淋洗液发生器离子色谱抑制电导法测定甜味剂

采用淋洗液发生器阴离子交换-抑制电导检测法,同时分离和检测阿思巴甜、甜蜜素、安赛蜜和糖精4种常见的甜味剂.由于采用了淋洗液发生器,使背景电导大大降低,可以实现甜味剂的高灵敏度检测和分离.该方法具有良好的重现性、线性关系和较低的检测限.阿思巴甜、甜蜜素、安赛蜜和糖精的检测限分别是:1.27、0.045、0.033、0.063 mg/L;样品测定的回收率分别为99.7%、102.8%、98.6%、103.5%.

研究了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定磷矿石中微量铅，探讨了熔样过程，基体效应，共存元素及载气流速等干扰，并进行了干扰抑制试验，提出了最优方式对磷矿石中微量铅进行测定，回收率为90．5％～107．0％。
