针对理论-实验教学相融合的微助教辅助实验教学实践——以滴定分析实验教学为例

研究生助教培养是高校化学本科生实验教学的重要组成部分,对提高实验课程的教学水平具有重要的推动作用。为解决助教培训时间仓促、定位不清、内容不连续、工具性倾向明显,以及在助教聘用、考核、激励、教学质量评估等方面规范性和系统性不足等问题,仪器分析实验室以《GB/T 19028–2018质量管理人员参与和能力指南》为理论依据,探索提高研究生助教深度参与实验教学的方法。连续三年追踪助教培养改进效果反馈数据表明,实验室采取的一系列改进措施有效提升了研究生助教的教学能力,促进了教学质量的提高,实现助教管理的改革创新与“过程增值”。     

铜基串联催化剂电催化CO2还原的研究进展

化石燃料的燃烧和其他人类活动排放了大量的CO₂气体,引发了诸多环境问题。电催化CO₂还原反应(CO₂RR)可以储存间歇可再生能源,实现人为闭合碳循环,被认为是获得高附加值化学品和燃料的有效途径。电催化CO₂RR涉及多个电子-质子转移步骤,其中^*CO通常被认为是关键中间体。铜由于对^*CO具有合适的吸附能,已被广泛证明是唯一能够有效地将CO₂还原为碳氢化合物和含氧化合物的金属催化剂。然而,纯Cu稳定性差、产品选择性低、过电位高,阻碍了工业级多碳产品的生产。构筑Cu基串联催化剂是提高CO₂RR性能的一种有前途的策略。本文首先介绍电催化CO₂RR的反应路线和串联机理。然后,系统地总结铜基串联催化剂对电催化CO₂RR的最新研究进展。最后,提出合理设计和可控合成新型电催化CO₂RR串联催化剂面临的挑战和机遇。     

随机多群体SIRI传染病模型的动力学行为

本文研究具有随机多群体SIRI传染病模型的动力学行为.首先建立一类具有随机白噪声的多群体SIRI传染病模型,并给出模型正解的全局存在唯一性;然后,借助基本再生数和不可约矩阵性质,通过构造一系列新的Lyapunov函数,我们获得随机模型的解分别在时间均值意义下围绕无病平衡点和地方病平衡点做随机振动的渐近行为,并给出随机振动的幅度估计;进一步地,我们得到了系统的平稳分布和遍历性,所得结果推广和改进已有工作.
