非晶态硒化镉薄膜瞬态光电特性

本文报道用真空热蒸发法淀积的非晶态硒化镉薄膜作光敏介质制备超快光电导探测器。用对撞脉冲锁模Nd:YAG激光器产生的超短光脉冲序列对探测器的响应时间进行检测,结果表明a-CdSe薄膜对皮秒(10^-12秒)级的超短光脉冲作用具有良好的瞬态响应光电特性,探讨a-CdSe薄膜快速弛豫过程的内在机理。     

对加速器驱动洁净核能系统散裂靶问题的探讨

简述了加速器驱动洁净核能靶系统的研究现状和存在的问题，对进一步可开展的工作提出了建议． The present status of the study on the neutron production rate, the neutron energy spectrum and the radiative nuclear production from the target spallation in accelerator driven clean nuclear system is presented. The Monto Carlo simulation and the related physics are also discussed. Their further improvement and the suggestions for the work to be done in China are proposed.

利用“一锅法”合成了标题化合物，经元素分析，IR和^1H NMR确定了结构，并对产物进行了初步的生物活性测定。     

STRONG LAW OF LARGE NUMBERS AND ASYMPTOTIC EQUIPARTITION PROPERTY FOR NONSYMMETRIC MARKOV CHAIN FIELDS ON CAYLEY TREES

Some strong laws of large numbers for the frequcncies of occurrence of states and ordered couples of states for nonsymmetric Markov chain fields(NSMC)on Cayley trees are studied.In the proof,a new technique for the study of strong liinit theorems of Markov chains is extended to the case of Markov chain fields.The asymptotic equiparti- tion properties with almost everywhere(a.e.)convergence for NSMC on Cayley trees are obtained.     

光纤环形外腔半导体激光器频偏特性研究

本文给出了在环形光纤外腔光反馈之下半导体激光器频偏特性的小信号分析理论.分析表明,尤其在千兆赫以下的调制频段中,耦合腔相移、内外腔光耦合强度及内外腔光场相位失谐对频偏功率比均有显著影响.可望用作强度调制直接检测高速率、长距离光纤通信系统中的光源.     

AN ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC STUDY ON CELL REFORMATION OF CHIROCEPHALUS YOLK GRANULES CULTURED IN VITRO

The reformation of nuclei and cells on the basis of yolk granules in vitro has been examined under electron microscope by using the mature ooeytes of the middle female intersex of Chirocephalus nankinensis. And it has been shown that the forms of reformed nuclear and cellular structures vary, which may be related to the developmental stages of the middle female intersex, types of reforming process, culturing times as well as internal and external conditions of yolk granules. We have also studied the structural changes of yolk granules and some transition forms during the reformation of nuclei and cells. The results are fairly in agreement with those of our previous reports, i. e. the time-lapse microcinematographic and phase contrast studies on the cell reformation of yollk granules in vitro and the electron microscopic investigations on the cell reformation of yolk granules of mature oocytes in situ.     

ZnO粉体的两种不同制备途径

本文用沉淀法和气相沉积法两种方法制备了ZnO粉体，对所得样品用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和红外吸收光谱(IR)进行了鉴定和表征，初步探讨了气相沉积法制备的ZnO微粒的生长机理，并对所用的两种制备方法作了简要的比较。     

铬（Ⅲ）邻菲咯啉,8—羟基喹啉配合物／Y型分子筛的制备及苯酚催化羟化

制备了铬（Ⅲ）邻菲咯啉，８－羟基喹啉配合物／Ｙ型分子筛，利用元素分析，ＳＥＭ，ＵＶ－ＶｉｓＢＥＴ及ＸＲＤ等方法确定了分子筛选笼中金属配合物的生在及其晶体结构，考察了实验参数对苯酚转化率及产物选择性的影响。     

硝酸肼的量热研究

用精密自动绝热量热计测定了在220 K—370 K温度范围内硝酸肼的热容、熔化热、熔化温度和熔化熵。所得热容数据的精密度以百分偏差的均方根值表示为±0.2％。三次熔化热测定的相对偏差为±0.1％。为验证结果的可靠性, 用该装置测定了冰的熔化热和熔化温度, 其结果与文献值一致; 又用法国SETARAM公司的高温量热计测定了硝酸肼的熔化热和熔化温度, 其结果与我们用量热法测定的结果一致; 从量热结果计算出了该试样的纯度, 该结果亦与化学分析的结果一致。这些均可说明我们所测得的数据是可靠的。
