We report the exploration of the stabilization effect of the in situ generated N-alkylated DABCO (DABCO = 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane) cation in the family of bromoplumbates and a 1-D bromoplumbate, (Et2DABCO)2n(Pb3Br10)n (1), has been prepared by solvothermal conditions. Optical diffuse reflectance determination shows the band gap of 1 is 3.69 eV, which manifests that 1 is a wide band gap semiconductor. Compared with the band gap of bulk PbBr2 (3.84 eV), 1 exhibits 0.15 eV red shift of absorption edge. While for the reported iodo analogs of this compound, (MPDA)2n(Pb3I10)n and (Et2DABCO)2n(Pb3I10)n, they exhibit 0.53 and 0.47 eV blue shift of the energy gaps compared with the measured value of 2.30 eV for bulk PbI2, respectively. The photoluminescent study of 1 shows that it exhibits a broad emission band centered at 697 nm upon photoexcitation by 345 nm (amount to 3.59 eV). The calculated density of states manifests the theoretical value of the band gap of 1 is 3.422 eV and the origination of photoluminescence can be ascribed to the transition of bonding electrons of Br– anion to the empty orbits of Pb(II) ion. 相似文献

Wild ginseng has better pharmacological effects than cultivated ginseng. However, its industrialization is limited by the inability to grow wild ginseng on a large scale. Herein, we demonstrate how to optimize ginseng production through cultivation, and how to enhance the concentrations of specific ginsenosides through fermentation. In the study, we also evaluated the ability of fermented cultured wild ginseng root extract (HLJG0701-β) to inhibit acetylcholinesterase (AChE), as well as its neuroprotective effects and antioxidant activity. In in vitro tests, HLJG0701-β inhibited AChE activity and exerted neuroprotective and antioxidant effects (showing increased catalyst activity but decreased reactive oxygen species concentration). In in vivo tests, after HLJG0701-β was orally administered at doses of 0, 125, 250, and 500 mg/kg in an animal model of memory impairment, behavioral evaluation (Morris water maze test and Y-maze task test) was performed. The levels of AChE, acetylcholine (ACh), blood catalase (CAT), and malondialdehyde (MDA) in brain tissues were measured. The results showed that HLJG0701-β produced the best results at a dose of 250 mg/kg or more. The neuroprotective mechanism of HLJG0701-β was determined to involve the inhibition of AChE activity and a decrease in oxidative stress. In summary, both in vitro and in vivo tests confirmed that HJG0701-β administration can lead to memory improvement. 相似文献

It remains a challenge to use a simple approach to fabricate a multi-shape memory material with high mechanical performances. Here,we report a triple crosslinking design to construct a multi-shape memory epoxy vitrimer(MSMEV), which exhibits high mechanical properties,multi-shape memory property and malleability. The triple crosslinking network is formed by reacting diglycidyl ether of bisphenol F(DGEBF) with4-aminophenyl disulfide, γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTS) and poly(propylene glycol) bis(2-aminopropyl ether)(D2000). The triple crosslinking manifests triple functions: the disulfide bonds and the silyl ether linkages enable malleability of the epoxy network; the silyl ether linkages impart the network with high heterogeneity and broaden the glass transition region, leading to multi-shape memory property; a small amount of D2000 increases the modulus difference between the glassy and rubbery states, thereby improving the shape fixity ratio. Meanwhile,the high crosslinking density and rigid structure provide the MSMEV with high tensile strength and Young's modulus. Moreover, integrating carbon fibers and MSMEV results in shape memory composites. The superior mechanical properties of the composites and the recyclability of carbon fiber derived from the dissolvability of MSMEV make the composites hold great promise as structural materials in varied applications. 相似文献

Creep tests at constant stress are performed for the carbon-fiber reinforced epoxy composite at various temperatures and initial stresses. A nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive model is developed, and its material parameters are determined by fitting it to creep test data. Model results are found to agree very well with the experimental data at low temperature and low stress conditions. However, the agreement deteriorates at high temperatures, particularly in the vicinity of the glass transition temperature.An alternative model based on an artificial neural network (ANN) is developed to predict the stress relaxation of the polymer matrix composite. The ANN model is trained and validated with 9000 experimental data sets obtained from stress relaxation tests performed at various constant strain (initial stress) and constant temperature conditions. Training of the ANN employs a scaled conjugate gradient method. The optimal brain surgeon algorithm is employed to optimize the topology. The optimal ANN configuration has 88 processing elements (3 in the input layer, 45 in the first hidden layer, 39 in the second hidden layer, and 1 in the output layer) and 410 links. The predictions of the ANN model are found to be more accurate over a wider range of stress and temperature conditions than those of the explicit nonlinear viscoelastic model, in particular near the glass transition temperature. 相似文献

The air bubble rise velocity in still water depends mainly on the bubble size and is basically influenced by buoyancy, viscosity and surface tension. In high-speed flows the number of forces acting on air bubbles increases with turbulence, non-hydrostatic pressure gradient, shear forces, bubble clouds and free-surface entrainment. Air bubbles in these flows are used for cavitation protection of hydraulic structures such as chutes, spillways and bottom outlets. Here, air is normally added by means of aerators upstream of regions where the cavitation number falls below a critical value mainly to reduce the sonic velocity of the fluid and cushion the cavitation bubble collapse process. The distance between successive aerators depends basically on the bubble rise velocity. Until today, the bubble rise velocity in high-speed flows was not thoroughly investigated because of limited laboratory instrumentation. The present project focused on the streamwise development of air concentrations in high-speed flows along a 14 m long model chute. The bubble rise velocity was indirectly derived from the air detrainment gradient of the air concentration contour lines downstream of an aeration device. It accounts for the main hydraulic parameters chute slope, Froude number and air concentration. It is demonstrated that the bubble rise velocity in high-speed flow and stagnant water differ significantly due to fracturing processes, turbulence, and the ambient air concentration. 相似文献

大多数结构用铝合金通常要经过热处理或加工硬化以得到更高的力学性能.这种合金焊接后,焊接热会使焊缝附近局部区域(称为热影响区HAZ)强度降低.这一特点使得焊接铝合金梁构件极限承载力的研究与焊接钢梁构件相比变得更为复杂.由于我国目前还没有关于铝合金结构的设计规范,为此本文对两种典型的纵向焊接工字型截面铝合金梁构件进行了试验研究,并在参考国外规范的基础上,提出了适用于静力设计的纵向焊接铝合金梁设计公式的建议.通过对试验构件进行数值分析,验证了有限元分析焊接梁的可靠性.在此基础上进行了大量的数值分析,并将试验结果及有限元计算结果与公式计算结果进行了比较,可以看出建议公式计算结果富有较大安全度,从而验证了其适用性,为我国《铝合金结构设计规范》的编制提供了依据和参考. 相似文献

One is a microscopic polycrystal structure and the other a macroscopic elastic plastic continuum. We measure crystal morphologies by using the SEM-EBSD apparatus with a unit of about 3.8 μm voxel, and define a three dimensional (3D) representative volume element (RVE) for the micro polycrystal structure, which satisfy the periodicity condition of crystal orientation distribution. A “micro” finite element modeling technique is newly established to minimize the total number of finite elements in the micro scale. Next, the “semi-implicit” crystallographic homogenization FE code, which employs the SEM-EBSD measured RVE, is applied to the 99.9% pure-iron uni-axial tensile problem to predict the texture evolution and the subsequent yield loci in the various strain paths. These “semi implicit” results reveal that the plastic strain induced anisotropy in the micro and macro levels can be predicted by our FE analyses. The kinematical hardening law leads a distinct plastic strain induced anisotropy. Our “dynamic-explicit” FE code is applied to simulate the limit dome height (LDH) test problem of the mild steel DQSK, the high strength steel HSLA and the aluminum alloy AL6022 sheet metals, which were adopted as the NUMISHEET2005 Benchmark sheet metals (Smith, L.M., Pourboghrat, F., Yoon, J.-W., Stoughton, T.B., 2005. Von Kármán was the first to present a quantitative model of the “vortex street” wake as a double row of point vortices, to determine which configurations propagate in the direction of the rows, and to consider the linear stability theory for such states. In the early literature one works with infinite rows of vortices. The vortex street is assumed to continue to infinity both upstream and downstream. Another analytical approach is to use periodic boundary conditions in the direction of the wake. This representation was used by Domm in his analysis of the instability of the Kármán vortex street. Birkhoff and Fisher in 1959 were the first to treat vortices in a periodic strip as a dynamical system in its own right. We have used the periodic system to address problems of vortex wake patterns, in particular vortex wakes that are more complicated than the traditional two-vortices-per-strip configurations. We use the term “exotic” for such wakes. We submit that this approach can yield a number of insights, including results of direct relevance to experiments, in the same sense that von Kármán's analysis has been helpful to the understanding of the regular vortex street wake, and we present the results obtained to date following this program. 相似文献
