颗粒超导体中静电效应的非对角项对有序转变的影响

本文用有限温自洽类声子近似,对引入静电能的非对角项后颗粒超导体中相有序转变的影响进行了计算。发现比不考虑非对角项时,其相有序转变温度T_c~*降低,相有序的出现临界值α_c提高。     

STUDIES ON RESPONSE CHARACTERISTICS OF DRUG ISE''''S (Ⅳ) SELECTIVITY OF, DRUG ISE''''S WITH HETERO-POLY ACID ANION SITE TOWARD METAL IONS

The relationship between the selectivity of six drug ion-selective electrodes with anionic species of hetero-poly acid as exchange site and the structural and thermodynamical parameters of the metal ion has been investigated experimentally and theoretically. The electrode selectivity is controlled mainly by the extractibility or hydrophobicity of the metal ion, but not by the ion-association-complex formation process. Linear relationship exists between the pK_(ij) value and the structural parameter z~2/(r + 0.85) and the thermodynamic parameter of hydration (△G_h) of the metal ion. Better correlation is obtained for the pK_(ij)vs. (z~2/r)~(-k) relationship.     

Comparative Characterization of InGaN/GaN Multiple Quantum Wells by Transmission Electron Microscopy, X-Ray Diffraction and Rutherford Backscattering

The composition, elastic strain and structural defects of InCaN/CaN multiple quantum wells （MQWs） are comparatively investigated by using x-ray diffraction （XRD）, transmission electron microscopy and Rutherford backscattering/channelling. The InGaN well layers are fully strained on CaN, i.e. the degree of relaxation is zero. The multilayered structure has a clear defined periodic thickness and abrupt interfaces. The In composition is deduced by XRD simulation. We show how the periodic structure, the In composition, the strain status and the crystalline quality of the InGaN/GaN MQ, Ws can be determined and cross-checked by various techniques.     

耀州窑青瓷白色中间层和化妆土的微观结构

采用体视显微镜和偏光显微镜,对比观察了耀州窑北宋青瓷白色中间层和唐代、五代青瓷化妆土之间的微观结构.结果显示,在体视显微镜下中间层和化妆土层均为白色薄层,但在偏光显微镜下明显可见化妆土层,未见中间层.并探讨了这些现象与二者的化学组成和形成机理的关系.     

关于伪压缩映象不动点迭代的一点注记

设$K$是自反的并且具有一致Gateaux可微范数的Banach空间$E$的非空有界闭凸子集.设$T:K\rightarrow K$是一致连续的伪压缩映象.假设$K$的每一非空有界闭凸子集对非扩张映象具有不动点性质.设$\{\lambda_n\}$是$(0,\frac{1}{2}]$中序列满足: (i) $\lim_{n\rightarrow \infty}\lambda_n=0$; (ii) $\sum_{n=0}^{\infty}\lambda_n=\infty$.任给$x_1\in K$,定义迭代序列$\{x_n\}$为:$x_{n+1}=(1-\lambda_n)x_n+\lambda_nTx_n-\lambda_n(x_n-x_1),n\geq 1.$若$\lim_{n\rightarrow \infty}\|x_n-Tx_n\|=0$, 则上述迭代产生的$\{x_n\}$强收敛到$T$的不动点.

用NH_4~+型阳离子交换树脂从等电点结晶母液中吸附谷氨酸Ⅱ.

本文研究了用NH_+型阳离子交换树脂在不同条件下从等电点结晶母液中吸附谷氨酸时该树脂的交换容量和一定条件下的交换速度。在相同pH、谷氨酸浓度与温度下测定的不同表观流速(u)和固定床交换区高度(hz)的关系为:hz=130u~(0.716)。一定液体流速下,固定床多级连续试验验证了交换区高度测定的结果。连续吸附的谷氨酸吸附率>95％。     

Magnetic anisotropy manipulation and interfacial coupling in Sm3Fe5O12 films and CoFe/Sm3Fe5O12 heterostructures

The magnetic anisotropy manipulation in the Sm₃Fe₅O₁₂ (SmIG) films and its effect on the interfacial spin coupling in the CoFe/SmIG heterostructures were studied carefully. By switching the orientation of the Gd₃Ga₅O₁₂ substrates from (111) to (001), the magnetic anisotropy of obtained SmIG films shifts from in-plane to out-of-plane. Similar results can also be obtained in the films on Gd₃Sc₂Ga₃O₁₂ substrates, which identifies the universality of such orientation-induced magnetic anisotropy switching. Additionally, the interfacial spin coupling and magnetic anisotropy switching effect on the spin wave in CoFe/SmIG magnetic heterojunctions have also been explored by utilizing the time-resolved magneto-optical Kerr effect technique. It is intriguing to find that both the frequency and effective damping factor of spin precession in CoFe/SmIG heterojunctions can be manipulated by the magnetic anisotropy switching of SmIG films. These findings not only provide a route for the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy acquisition but also give a further path for spin manipulation in magnetic films and heterojunctions.     

汽轮机静叶栅内平行通道除湿特性研究

火电汽轮机低压级组和核电汽轮机/船用核动力汽轮机全级都处于湿蒸汽区,湿蒸汽凝结流动长期以来是影响汽轮机经济性和安全性的难题.针对White叶栅,在吸力面和压力面间设计了一个连接相邻的汽流通道的平行通道,采用双流体模型对原型叶栅和改型叶栅内湿蒸汽凝结特性和气动性能进行研究.以总压损失系数、湿汽损失为评价指标,研究了平行通道开设位置对叶栅性能的影响.研究表明:吸力面开设位置(D点)越靠近叶栅尾缘,改型叶栅除湿性能越好;压力面开设位置(C点)对改型叶栅除湿性能影响不大;C点和D点越靠近叶栅尾缘,总压损失系数越大.     

基于ABAQUS的微细电火花超声振动主轴 仿真研究*

微细电火花技术凭借自身的特点和优势,在航空航天、医疗器械等领域发挥着重要的作用。超声振动辅助电火花加工在传统电火花加工中引入超声振动,加工精度和加工效率明显提高。作为核心部件,超声振动主轴的设计尤为重要。但传统设计过程,大大延长了研发周期和增加了成本,,因此,采用仿真方式进行研究具有重要的意义。本文对设计的微细电火花超声振动主轴的进行了仿真研究,通过ABAQUS进行了模态分析和谐响应分析,得到了超声振动主轴的谐振频率和输出振幅等参数。超声振动主轴的测试实验验证了仿真结果的正确性。
