基于蕴涵算子族L-λ-G的模糊推理三I支持算法

提出了基于蕴涵算子族L -λ-G的模糊推理的思想,这将有助于提高推理结果的效果.针对蕴涵算子族L-λ-G 给出了模糊推理的FMP模型及FMT模型的三I支持算法、α-三I支持算法.     

氯化3-氰-2-羟丙基三甲铵的拆分

研究了利用N-乙酰-L-谷氨酸为拆分试剂，成功的对氯化3-氰-2-羟丙基三甲胺进行光学拆分，一次拆分光学纯度为92％，产率为37％；二次拆分光学纯度达95％，产率为29．1％。     

Sequence-specific Hydrolysis of Single-stranded DNA by PNA-Cerium （Ⅳ） Adduct

A novel artificial site specific cleavage reagent, with peptide nucleic acid （PNA） as sequence-recognizing moiety and cerium （IV） ions as “scissors” for cleaving target DNA, was synthesized. Subsequently, it was employed in the cleavage of target 26-mer single-stranded DNA （ssDNA）, which has 10-mer sequence complementary with PNA recognizer in the hybrids, under physiological conditions. Reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatogram （RPHPLC） experiments indicated that the artificial site specific cleavage reagent could cleave the target DNA specifically.     

L-型模糊格蕴涵代数

This paper introduced the concept of L-fuzzy sub lattice implication algebra and discussed its properties. Proved that the intersection set of a family of L-fuzzy sub lattice implication algebras is a L-fuzzy sub lattice implication algebra, that a L-fuzzy sub set of a lattice implication algebra is a L-fuzzy sub lattice implication algebra if and only if its every cut set is a sub lattice implication algebra, and that the image and original image of a L-fuzzy sub lattice implication algebra under a lattice implication homomorphism are both L-fuzzy sub lattice implication algebras.     

解强刚性块线代数方程组的两类L-收敛迭代法

对解强刚性块线代数方程组X=(A(?)J)X φ,本文提出了L-收敛的最佳单参数迭代法(L-OOPI)和L-收敛的多参数迭代直接法(L-MPID),并给出了数值例子．数例表明,对于强刚性块线代数方程组,该二迭代法是有效的．     

L-拓扑空间中的β-闭性

在L-拓扑空间中借助于β-开L-集合和它们的不等式给出了β-闭性的一种新形式,这里L是完备的DeMorgan代数。它也能够借助于β-闭L-集和它们的不等式刻画。当L是完全分配的DeMorgan代数时,它的许多刻画被给出了。     

邻苯二甲醛的荧光光度法测定

在 p H11.0的缓冲介质中 ,邻苯二甲醛与 l-组氨酸形成的复合物在 5 4 0 nm处发射出强烈荧光 ,由此建立了邻苯二甲醛的荧光光度分析新方法 ,并系统的研究了邻苯二甲醛与 l-组氨酸结合的反应条件。本法检出限为 1.2× 10 -8mol/ L,荧光强度与浓度在 4 .0× 10 -8— 4 .0× 10 -6 mol/ L范围内呈良好的线性关系。将该法用于消毒剂中邻苯二甲醛的测定 ,回收率为 95 .8%— 10 6.5 %。

Synthesis and Biological Activities of N—Phosphory Branched Peptides

A series of N-phosphoryl branched peptides were synthesized by coupling of various N-phosphoryl amino acids to L-Lysine methyl ester,and their structures were confirmed by ^31PNMR,^1H NMR,MS and elemental analysis.The results of cell biological tests indicated that compound 1d and 1e obviously inhibites the growth of both k562 and A2780 cells.
