Bisphenol A (BPA) is an environmental endocrine‐disrupting chemicals that is widely used in common consumer products. There is an increasing concern regarding human exposure to BPA owing to the potential adverse effects associated with its estrogenic activity. For assessing environmental exposure to BPA, it is essential to have a sensitive, accurate and selective analytical method, especially one that can detect low BPA levels in complex sample matrices. In this study, we developed and validated an accurate, sensitive, and robust liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry method for simultaneous quantification of free BPA and BPA β‐d ‐glucuronide (BPA‐gluc) concentrations in human urine with only a single injection. Calibration curves were linear over a concentration range of 1–100 ng/mL for BPA and 10–1000 ng/mL for BPA‐gluc. The levels of the analytes were determined quantitatively with HPLC/ESI‐MS/MS by using negative electrospray ionization in the select ion monitoring mode and a pentaflouraphenyl propyl column. 采用简单高温煅烧法成功制备了磁性钴镍基氮掺杂三维碳纳米管与石墨烯复合材料(CoNi@NGC),将其作为吸附剂用于水体中6种双酚类化合物(BPs)的吸附性能和机理研究。将CoNi@NGC复合纳米材料用作萃取介质,运用酸碱泡腾片的CO2强力分散作用,开发了泡腾反应强化的分散固相微萃取前处理方法,结合高效液相色谱-荧光检测(HPLC-FLD)快速定量饮料中痕量BPs。采用扫描电镜、透射电镜、傅里叶红外光谱、氮气吸脱附、X射线光电子能谱和磁滞回线等技术手段对材料形貌结构进行表征,结果显示:该吸附剂成功实现氮元素的掺杂,且具有较大的比表面积(109.42 m2/g)、丰富的孔径及较强的磁性(17.98 emu/g)。吸附剂投加量、pH、温度、时间等因子优化试验表明:当pH=7,在初始质量浓度为5 mg/L的BPs混合溶液中投加5 mg CoNi@NGC, 298 K反应5 min,对双酚M(BPM)、双酚A(BPA)的吸附率分别高达99.01%和98.21%。作用90 min时对双酚Z(BPZ)、BPA、BPM的吸附率近100%。在吸附过程中,BPs与CoNi@NGC之间的整个吸附过程主要受氢键、静电作用和π-π共轭作用共同控制。整个吸附过程符合Freundlich吸附等温线模型和准二级动力学方程,吸附自发进行。进一步将CoNi@NGC作为萃取介质制备成磁性泡腾片,利用泡腾分散微萃取技术高效富集和提取6种盒装饮料中的BPs,优化了影响富集效果的泡腾片的存在与否、洗脱剂种类、洗脱时间、洗脱体积等关键因子,在最佳萃取条件下(pH=7,投加5 mg CoNi@NGC, 2 mL丙酮洗脱6 min),结合HPLC-FLD,新开发的泡腾分散微萃取方法提供的检出限为0.06~0.20 μg/L,定量限为0.20~0.66 μg/L,日内和日间精密度分别为1.44%~4.76%和1.69%~5.36%,在实际样品中不同水平下的加标回收率为82.4%~103.7%,在桃汁中检测到BPA和双酚B(BPB)分别为2.09 μg/L和1.37 μg/L。再生试验表明该吸附材料至少可以重复使用5次以上,显著降低了分析的试验成本。与其他方法相比,该方法具有灵敏度高、萃取速度快、环境友好等优点,在常规食品污染监测中具有较强的应用价值。  相似文献

在离子液体碳糊电极(CILE)表面上采用一步电还原法制备了纳米金(nAu)-石墨烯(GR)复合膜修饰电极(nAu-GR/CILE)。研究了双酚A(BPA)在nAu-GR/CILE上的电化学行为,BPA的电极反应过程为受吸附控制的不可逆过程;采用示差脉冲伏安法研究了BPA氧化峰电流和浓度之间的关系,在0.08~400.0μmol/L范围内,检出限为0.021μmol/L(3σ)。将nAu-GR/CILE用于塑料瓶中BPA的检测,与采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)进行对比,结果表明两种方法对BPA的检测结果相吻合。  相似文献

以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和正硅酸乙酯为原料,合成纯硅MCM-41介孔分子筛。 再利用九水硝酸铝为改性剂来嫁接改性纯硅MCM-41介孔分子筛,NH3-TPD结果表明,嫁接后的AlMCM-41产生了中强酸。 用改性后不同n(Si)/n(Al)的AlMCM-41催化合成双酚F,在n(苯酚)/n(甲醛)=30、反应时间5 h、反应温度90 ℃、m(甲醛)/m(AlMCM-41)=7的反应条件下,在一定范围内,双酚F的产率随Al含量增加而增加,但在n(Si)/n(Al)<50时,双酚F的产率反而下降,当n(Si)/n(Al)=50时,双酚F的产率最高,为42.28%。  相似文献

Phenoxy- and naphthoxy-substituted bisphenol-bridged cyclic phosphazenes were synthesized in 2 steps and their thermal, photophysical, and electrochemical properties were investigated. The structures of the cyclic phosphazene compounds were determined by ESI-MS mass spectrometry and 1 H, 13 C, and 31 P NMR spectroscopies. The photophysical studies of phenoxy- and naphthoxy-substituted bridged cyclophosphazenes were investigated by means of absorption and fluorescence spectroscopies in different solvents. Thermal and electrochemical properties of the target compounds were also studied. Furthermore, the excimer emissions through intramolecular interactions in solution and in solid state were investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy and the theoretical calculations were performed in detail using DFT.  相似文献

A straightforward two-step synthesis is used to obtain new phosphorus-containing ligands based on readily available bisphenol A type backbones. Five diphosphine ligands have been prepared in good yields. An X-ray crystallographic study is presented for ligand 5. Preliminary results on rhodium-catalyzed hydroformylation exemplify the use of these ligands for homogeneous catalysis.  相似文献

Our previous mechanistic discussion of network formation in chainwise crosslinking multiallyl polymerization was extended to stepwise crosslinking diepoxide/diamine polymerization, typically including bisphenol‐A diglycidyl ether (BADGE) and 4,4′‐diaminodiphenylmethane (DDM). In allyl polymerization a monomer chain transfer is an essential termination reaction, providing only oligomeric primary polymer chains. Therefore, crosslinking multiallyl polymerization could be in the category of a classical gelation theory. Thus, the gelation behavior was discussed by comparing the actual gel point with the theoretical one. Then the resulting network polymer precursors (NPPs) were characterized by size‐exclusion chromatography‐multiangle laser light scattering‐viscometry to clarify the stepwise crosslinking BADGE/DDM polymerization mechanism. Notably, the intrinsic viscosity ratio [η]NPP/[η]Linear tended to decrease with the progress of crosslinking and finally, it reached less than 0.2. This suggests that the structure of resulting NPP becomes dendritic at a conversion close to the gel point. These dendritic NPPs can collide with each other to form crosslinks between NPPs, eventually leading to gelation as a reflection of the high concentration of NPP. The dilution effect on gelation was marked in polar solvent; no gelation was observed at a dilution of 1/5. However, in nonpolar solvent the gelation was promoted by dilution; this is ascribed to enhanced crosslink formation between NPPs through hydrogen bonding due to abundant hydroxyl groups in the NPP generated by the polyaddition reaction. 建立了婴幼儿奶瓶中双酚A(BPA)迁移量的高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱(HPLC-ESI-MS/MS)测定方法。奶瓶食品模拟浸泡液经过弗罗里硅土玻璃层析柱净化,高效液相色谱分离,采用选择反应性监测模式(SRM)检测。以一级质谱得到的准分子离子m/z 227作为母离子,进行二级质谱(MS2)分析。选择MS2的碎片离子m/z 212、133、93定性确证,m/z 212作为定量离子定量。实验优化了质谱条件,并对二级质谱碎裂机理和特征离子进行了研究。测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于8.2%(n=7),回收率在87.7%~105%之间;检出限为2μg/L,能够满足欧盟、美国等对奶瓶中双酚A的限制要求。该法已成功应用于婴幼儿奶瓶中BPA迁移量的测定。  相似文献

Bismaleimide (BMI) resin is a high‐performance thermosetting polymer, but its inherent brittleness hinder a broader range of application. Therefore, it has aroused wide concern to improve the toughness of BMI resins without scarification of their thermal stability. This paper reported some studies on modified BMI resins based on diallyl bisphenol A, novel BMI monomers, e.g. 2‐[3‐(4‐maleimidophenoxy)phenyl]‐5‐(4‐maleimidophenyl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole (m‐Mioxd) or 2‐[4‐(4‐maleimidophenoxy)phenyl]‐5‐(4‐maleimidophenyl)‐1,3,4‐ oxadiazole (p‐Mioxd) in different proportions (0.87:1, 1:1, 1.2:1; mol/mol). The curing mechanism and kinetics of the copolymerized systems were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Thermogravimetric analysis was applied to study the thermal properties of the cured resins, and the results indicated that the modified resins had excellent thermal stability with high residual weight percentage at 700°C (>50%), temperatures for 5% weight loss around 400°C. Besides, N,N′‐4,4′‐bismaleimidodiphenylmethylene and O,O′‐diallyl bisphenol A resin blends were modified by m‐Mioxd and p‐Mioxd, respectively. We investigated the effects of mole concentration of m‐Mioxd or p‐Mioxd on the curing process, mechanical properties, fracture toughness, and heat resistance of the modified resins. The results revealed that the introduction of m‐Mioxd and p‐Mioxd could improve the impact property of the modified BMI resins. When their proportion was 0.07, the impact strength increased 123.8% and 108.3%, respectively. The novel chain‐extended BMIs could reduce the crosslink density of cured resins and improve the brittleness effectively. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
