Design,synthesis and in vivo anti-hyperglycemic activity of gem-dimethyl-bearing C-glucosides as SGLT2 inhibitors

A series of gem-dimethyl-bearing C-glucosides were designed and synthesized as SGLT2 inhibitors,with anhydrous aluminum chloride-mediated Friedel-Crafts alkylation to construct the gem-dimethyl functionality being the key step.The in vivo anti-hyperglycemic activity was evaluated with mice oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT),and all the synthesized compounds showed significant but less potent anti-hyperglycemic activity than the positive control dapagliflozin.     

Λ-Shaped optoelectronic materials based on Trger's base

Trger's base (TB) is a well-known chiral molecule with rigid concave shape that makes it applicable in different areas such as superamolecular chemistry,molecular recognition,biological labeling,and so on.In this article,we briefly summarize some recent research progress in the optoelectronic properties of novel TB analogues and their applications in optoelectronic field with emphasis on the developments achieved in our group.

Practical synthesis of new functionalized tetraphenylenes

The practical synthesis procedure of substituted tetraphenylene derivatives involving the synthesis of a precursor for 4, 7-dunethoxyisobenzofuran and Diets-Alder addition of 4, 7-dimethoxyisobenzofuran generated in situ to 5, 6, 11,12-te-tradehydrodibenzo[a,e]cyclooctene, followed by a low valent titanium mediated deoxygenation to give 1,4, 11, 14-tetra-methoxy-dibenzo[b, n] tetraphenylene, which can be further demethyiated to the corresponding phenolic compound, which was acetylated to afford 1,4,11,14-tetraacetoxy-dibenzo-[ b, n] tetraphenylene.     

Functoriality of automorphic L-functions through their zeros

Let E be a Galois extension of Q of degree , not necessarily solvable. In this paper we first prove that the L-function L(s,π) attached to an automorphic cuspidal representation π of GLm(EA) cannot be factored nontrivially into a product of L-functions over E. 微分电位溶出分析法应用于金膜电极的研究

本文介绍将微分电位溶出分析法应用于金膜电极,建立了相应的理论体系和应用条件。可使用的金膜厚度在1.8×10~(-7)～4.3×10~(-7)cm范围。检测限较原法降低近两个数量极。用本法测定花生乳中的铜,回收率在94～102%间。     

对溴偶氮氯膦流动注射分光光度法测定岩矿中的钪

本文研究了对溴偶氮氯膦与钪在盐酸介质中的显色反应。在波长740nm,络合物的摩尔吸光系数为7.0×10~4,7～18μg Sc_2O_3/25ml符合比尔定律。采用流动注射分光光度法,联合使用微型计算机,测出工作曲线的线性范围为5～45μg Sc_2O_3/25ml,比普通分光光度法扩大1.5倍。应用于测定岩矿中的微量钪,方法快速、准确。     

Partitioning series-parallel multigraphs intoν*-excluding edge covers

We prove that, for any given vertexν* in a series-parallel graph G, its edge set can be partitioned into k= min{k′(G) 1,δ(G)} subsets such that each subset covers all the vertices of G possibly except forν*, whereδ(G) is the minimum degree of G and k′(G) is the edge-connectivity of G. In addition, we show that the results in this paper are best possible and a polynomial time algorithm can be obtained for actually finding such a partition by our proof.
