A simple ultrasound-assisted dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction method combined with liquid chromatography was developed for the preconcentration and determination of six pyrethroids in river water samples. The procedure was based on a ternary solvent system to formatting tiny droplets of extractant in sample solution by dissolving appropriate amounts of water-immiscible extractant (tetrachloromethane) in watermiscible dispersive solvent (acetone). Various parameters that affected the extraction efficiency (such as type and volume of extraction and dispersive solvent, extraction time, ultrasonic time, and centrifuging time) were evaluated. Under the optimum condition, good linearity was obtained in a range of 0.00059–1.52 mg L−1 for all analytes with the correlation coefficient (r2) > 0.999. Intra-assay and inter-assay precision evaluated as the relative standard deviation (RSD) were less than 3.4 and 8.9%. The recoveries of six pyrethroids at three spiked levels were in the range of 86.2–109.3% with RSD of less than 8.7%. The enrichment factors for the six pyrethroids were ranged from 767 to 1033 folds. 相似文献

A porous perovskite BaCoxFeyZr0.9?x?yPd0.1O3?δ (BCFZ‐Pd) coating was deposited onto the outer surface of a BaCoxFeyZr1?x?yO3?δ (BCFZ) perovskite hollow‐fiber membrane. The surface morphology of the modified BCFZ fiber was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), indicating the formation of a BCFZ‐Pd porous layer on the outer surface of a dense BCFZ hollow‐fiber membrane. The oxygen permeation flux of the BCFZ membrane with a BCFZ‐Pd porous layer increased 3.5 times more than that of the blank BCFZ membrane when feeding reactive CH4 onto the permeation side of the membrane. The blank BCFZ membrane and surface‐modified BCFZ membrane were used as reactors to shift the equilibrium of thermal water dissociation for hydrogen production because they allow the selective removal of the produced oxygen from the water dissociation system. It was found that the hydrogen production rate increased from 0.7 to 2.1 mL H2 min?1 cm?2 at 950 °C after depositing a BCFZ‐Pd porous layer onto the BCFZ membrane. 相似文献

为探索水击现象的物理过程和机理,研制了自循环定常流动管路瞬态特性计算机控制试验装置,并利用该装置进行圆管流动水击压力波实验测量。用12只扩散硅压力传感器测定圆管流动水击压力波瞬态分布及最大、最小压力值,由试验数据拟合出水击波波形,揭示了水击压力波传播方式、特性及衰减规律。通过分析随机捕捉测量技术方法,理论上推断出测量数据达到可信精度。在归纳分析试验数据基础上,得出最大压力随关阀时间的关系曲线,对圆管流动直接水击等概念进行了探讨,用数值分析方法拟合出水击最大压力水力计算修正方程式。 相似文献

Although the herbicide atrazine has been reported to not react measurably with free chlorine during drinking water treatment, this work demonstrates that at contact times consistent with drinking water distribution system residence times, a transformation of atrazine can be observed. Some transformation products detected through the use of high performance liquid chromatography–electrospray mass spectrometry are consistent with the formation of N-chloro atrazine. The effects of applied chlorine, pH, and reaction time on the transformation reaction were studied to help understand the practical implications of the transformation on the accurate determination of atrazine in drinking waters. The errors in the determination of atrazine are a function of the type of dechlorinating agent applied during sample preparation and the analytical instrumentation utilized. When a reductive dechlorinating agent, such as sodium sulfite or ascorbic acid is used, the quantification of the atrazine can be inaccurate, ranging from 2-fold at pH 7.5 to 30-fold at pH 6.0. The results suggest HPLC/UV and ammonium chloride quenching may be best for accurate quantification. Hence, the results also appear to have implications for both compliance monitoring and health effects studies that utilize gas chromatography analysis with sodium sulfite or ascorbic acid as the quenching agent. 相似文献

采用浸渍法制备了 Pt/CexZr1-xO2 催化剂, 通过 X 射线衍射和程序升温还原等方法对催化剂进行了表征, 并在固定床反应器中评价了催化剂在合成气和含硫合成气中的水煤气变换活性. 结果表明, 铈锆固溶体的氧化还原能力强于 CeO2, Zr 的掺杂明显改善了 CeO2 的孔道结构, 其担载的 Pt 催化剂具有更高的金属分散度, 因而活性更高. 两种催化剂在含硫合成气中的催化活性较无硫合成气中的均有所降低, 且 H2S 浓度越大, 催化剂活性下降越多, 但这种因吸附硫而引起的失活是可逆的, 即催化剂重新暴露在无 H2S 重整气的还原性气氛下活性能基本恢复. 相似文献

建立了固相萃取-离子色谱(IC)/气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联合检测高矿化度油田水中低相对分子质量的有机酸和酚类化合物的方法。在中性pH条件下,样品经Waters Oasis HLB柱萃取后,萃取液经稀释、Ag2O沉淀和Ag-H柱处理除去大部分氯离子,再用IC测定有机酸;将萃取柱真空冷冻干燥,然后经甲基叔丁基醚/甲醇(9:1, v/v)脱附并用无水硫酸钠除水,再用GC-MS检测酚类化合物。在优化的实验条件下,4种低相对分子质量的有机酸以及5种酚类化合物的平均加标回收率达到80%以上,相对标准偏差(RSD, n=6)为2.38%~9.45%,定量限均低于88.9 μg/L。该方法测定结果准确可靠,适用于氯离子含量高达150 g/L左右水样中低相对分子质量的有机酸和酚类化合物的检测。 相似文献
