文章研究了如何兼顾质子注入型垂直腔面发射激光器的功率和阈值性能.从模拟和实验两方面分析了质子注入能量与器件功率和阈值特性的关系.发现注入能量过高时,损伤有源区,降低了功率性能.而能量过低则会减弱对注入电流的限制,增加阈值.计算和实验结果表明,对于文中的器件结构,315 keV的注入能量是合适的.在10μm的注入孔径下获得器件的阈值为4.3 mA,功率为1.7 mW.  相似文献

设计了导流系数1.53 P的电子枪,枪内场强低于22.1 kV/mm,阴极平均负载小于6.3 A/cm2;采用部分屏蔽流均匀场电磁聚焦系统,实现了对电子注的良好聚焦;设计了C波段/2模盘荷波导行波输出结构,采用CST软件对其色散特性、耦合阻抗进行了计算分析。首先以单间隙输出腔代替行波输出结构对5腔注-波互作用系统进行计算,确定了前4腔的设计参数,然后采用PIC模拟软件对具有盘荷波导结构的输出系统进行了三维模拟,获得了大于50 MW的输出功率,效率大于45%,饱和增益大于50 dB,盘荷波导结构间隙电压比单间隙输出腔下降30%,效率提高4%。  相似文献

使用1.54 μm的激光脉冲(脉宽约10 ns)诱导丹磺酰基标记的热敏性线性聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPAM)发生线团到小球的转变.当聚合物链中NIPAM单体与丹磺酰基基团的摩尔比由110增至300时,共价键合到聚合物主链上的丹磺酰基发色团对PNIPAM相转变行为的影响会随之减小.PNIPAM链塌缩经历成核过程(伴随着初始珍珠的形成,快弛豫时间τfast=0.1 ms)和珍珠的增长粗化阶段(慢弛豫时间τslow=0.5 ms),这与之前使用水溶性的1-苯胺-8-萘磺酸铵盐作为荧光探针研究PNIPAM在水溶液中的折叠动力学得到的结果类似.τfast在很宽的分子量范围内都与分子量无关,而τslow则随链长增加而略有增大.  相似文献

与腔内运行线偏振光的抖动陀螺相比,腔内运行圆偏振光的零闭锁激光陀螺对磁场更为敏感.为了减小零闭锁激光陀螺的磁敏感性,理论分析了其磁敏感特性.当左、右旋陀螺的比例因子修正相等时,陀螺零偏不随磁场的变化而变化,同时陀螺比例因子线性度也将得到改善.试验测试了零闭锁激光陀螺的磁敏感性,结果表明陀螺存在磁不敏感点.试验结果与理论分析吻合.与传统的被动磁屏蔽方法相比,通过主动控制使得零闭锁激光陀螺工作在磁不敏感点的方法对于降低该陀螺的磁灵敏度和提高准确度具有实用价值.  相似文献

Defect imaging using scanning laser source technique has been investigated for a plate with rounded defects and notch-type defects in our previous studies. This paper examines frequency dependence of the defect images with both calculations and experiments in order to acquire clearer images. Both calculation and experimental results for a straight notch revealed that clearer images of notch-type defects can be obtained in the range of low frequency-thickness product below about 200 kHz mm. Moreover, images of the defects of various shapes were obtained by synthesizing images from eight receiving transducers, and similarly to the case of the straight notches, they became more clearly in the low frequency range.  相似文献

We present the correction of a quadratic phase error in two-wavelength digital holographic interferometry using laser diodes. This phase error arises from numerical reconstructions of wavefronts from digital holograms based on the Fresnel diffraction integral. To correct the quadratic phase error, it is numerically produced by computer on the basis of the theoretical prediction and is subtracted from the phase difference map in two-wavelength digital holographic interferometry. Experimental results show that the method of correction in this paper is useful for two-wavelength digital holographic interferometry using laser diodes.  相似文献

The variable shape or variable diameter flattop beam shaping technique by using an adaptive weight FFT-based iterative algorithm (AWFFT-IA) and a phase-only liquid crystal spatial light modulator (PO-LCSLM) is demonstrated. The algorithm is used to design the phase distribution for tailoring central symmetric laser beam into the desired shape or diameter flattop beam, the PO-LCSLM serves as dynamically programmable phase filters, which depend on the designed phase distributions, to retard the incident wavefront as we would expect. The experimental results show that the technique can realize variable shape or variable diameter flattop beam shaping.  相似文献

Laser cutting of Kevlar laminates is carried out and thermal stress field developed in the cutting region is predicted using the finite element code. Temperature predictions are validated through the thermocouple data. The morphological changes in the cutting section are examined by incorporating optical and scanning electron microscopes. It is found that temperature predictions agree well with the thermocouple data. High values of von Mises stress are observed at the cutting edges and at the mid-thickness of the Kevlar laminate due to thermal compression formed in this region. The laser cut edges are free from whiskers; however, striation formation and some small sideways burning is observed at the kerf edges.  相似文献

Nowadays, the assembly of laser systems is dominated by manual operations, involving elaborate alignment by means of adjustable mountings. From a competition perspective, the most challenging problem in laser source manufacturing is price pressure, a result of cost competition exerted mainly from Asia. From an economical point of view, an automated assembly of laser systems defines a better approach to produce more reliable units at lower cost. However, the step from today's manual solutions towards an automated assembly requires parallel developments regarding product design, automation equipment and assembly processes.This paper introduces briefly the idea of self-optimizing technical systems as a new approach towards highly flexible automation. Technically, the work focuses on the precision assembly of laser resonators, which is one of the final and most crucial assembly steps in terms of beam quality and laser power. The paper presents a new design approach for miniaturized laser systems and new automation concepts for a robot-based precision assembly, as well as passive and active alignment methods, which are based on a self-optimizing approach. Very promising results have already been achieved, considerably reducing the duration and complexity of the laser resonator assembly. These results as well as future development perspectives are discussed.  相似文献
