A model black hole, holding a ‘quantum core’ characterized by the Planck order matter density, is revisited here. Based on the quantum improved Newton’s potential drawn out of the loop quantum cosmology we propose a Schwarzschild class, quantum improved black hole line-element that upholds the existence of Planck-dense quantum matter core. Causality is kept preserved in this proposal. Quite in a natural way the quantum core emerges closely homogeneous in its interior matter distribution. The radius of the quantum core turns out to be necessarily proportional to one-third power of the black hole mass. Hawking process of black hole evaporation leads to a shrinking quantum core, and as the mass of black hole approaches near about the Planck mass, the rate of evaporation diminishes rapidly and eventually leaves a cold remnant having a Planck order mass. Proposed model supports the standard quantum geometrical logarithmic correction to black hole entropy-area law. 相似文献

通过高温固相法制备了用于紫外激发的系列SrBPO_5:Dy~(3+)荧光粉,并对样品进行了XRD分析和发光性能测试。结果表明,合成样品为单一相的SrBPO_5材料;在388 nm紫外光激发下,样品的发射光谱包括485和575 nm两个发射峰。研究了Dy~(3+)浓度,Mg~(2+)加入量,烧结温度以及电荷补偿剂对发射光谱的影响。当Dy~(3+)掺杂摩尔浓度为4 mol%时发光强度最强;随着Mg~(2+)的加入量的增加B/Y峰的强度比不断增加;最佳烧结温度为1 100℃;Na~+作为电荷补偿剂效果最佳。该荧光粉有较强的黄色发射峰,可以增强UV激发的白光LED的黄光成分从而提高其穿透雾霾的能力。 相似文献

The temperature dependences of magnetostriction in Pr_(1 x)Dy_xFe_(1.9)(0 ≤ x ≤ 1.0) alloys between 5 K and 300 K were investigated.An unusual decrease of magnetostriction with temperature decreasing was found in Pr-rich alloys(0 ≤x≤ 0.2),due to the change of the easy magnetization direction(EMD).Dy substitution reduces the magnetostriction in high-magnetic field(10 kOe ≤ H≤90 kOe) at 5 K,while a small amount of Dy substitution(x = 0.05) is beneficial to increasing the magnetostriction in low-magnetic field between 10 K and 50 K.This makes the alloys a potential candidate for low temperature applications. 相似文献

稀土掺杂发光材料一直是科研领域研究的热点,被广泛应用于白光LED、温度传感、显示显像、新能源和激光等领域。基质的结构对于稀土离子光致发光特性有非常重要的影响,在众多发光基质材料中,硼酸盐具有透光范围宽、光学损伤阈值高、较好的热稳定性和化学稳定性等优点。碱土-稀土金属硼酸盐Sr3Y2(BO3)4具有出色的光学性能,对其发光性能的研究具有重要意义。稀土离子Eu3+具4f6电子层,是一种典型的下转换发光中心离子,常被选作红色发光材料的激活剂。Dy3+具4f9电子层,也是一种典型的下转换发光中心离子,在紫外光激发下,在蓝色光区和橙色光区有较强的荧光发射。采用高温固相法合成了Sr3Y2(BO3)4∶Eu3+/Dy3+荧光粉,通过XRD和SEM对样品的结构和形貌进行了表征,XRD结果表明,1 000 ℃烧结5 h,H3BO3过量20%为最佳制备条件,且少量的Eu3+和Dy3+掺杂并未改变Sr3Y2(BO3)4的晶格结构。SEM图像表明Sr3Y2(BO3)4基质的平均晶粒尺寸为2~4 μm,10%Eu3+单掺和5%Eu3+/5%Dy3+双掺样品与基质Sr3Y2(BO3)4的SEM图像相比,形貌和尺寸并没有发生明显的改变。Sr3Y2(BO3)4∶Eu3+荧光粉的发光结果表明,分别在395和466 nm激发下,浓度为5%,10%和15%的Eu3+单掺Sr3Y2(BO3)4荧光粉的主要发光位于593和613 nm的红光发射,峰强度随着Eu3+浓度的增加呈现先增加后降低的变化形式,掺杂浓度为10%时发光强度最大,说明存在浓度猝灭现象。色坐标结果显示,激发波长由395 nm变化到466 nm,Sr3Y2(BO3)4∶Eu3+荧光粉的发光颜色从橙红色向红色转变。引入Dy3+后,Sr3Y2(BO3)4∶Eu3+/Dy3+样品的发射光谱出现Dy3+的486 nm的蓝光发射(4F9/2→6H15/2)和576 nm的橙光发射(4F9/2→6H13/2),并且随着Dy3+浓度的增加,对Eu3+的5D0→7F1, 2, 3, 4跃迁有抑制作用。色坐标结果显示通过调整掺杂离子Eu3+和Dy3+的比例可实现Sr3Y2(BO3)4∶Eu3+/Dy3+荧光粉的颜色从红色区域向橙色区域转变,说明其在显示方面具有良好的应用前景。 相似文献

Abstract A Dy(III) ion‐selective membrane sensor has been fabricated from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) matrix membrane containing a new asymmetrical Schiff's base [(E)‐N‐(2‐hydroxybenzylidene)benzohydraide] or BBH as a neutral carrier, sodium tetraphenyl borate (NaTPB) as an anionic excluder and nitrobenzene (NB) as a plasticizing solvent mediator. The membrane sensor displays linear potential response in the concentration range of 1.0×10?2–1.0×10?6 M of Dy(III). The electrode exhibits a nice Nernstian slope of 20.1±0.8 mV/decade in the pH range of 3.0–8.0. The sensor has a relatively short response time in whole concentration ranges (<20 s). The detection limit of the proposed sensor is 8.0×10?7 M (~128 ng/mL), and it can be used over a period of six weeks. The selectivity of the proposed sensor with respect to other cations, (alkali, alkaline earth, transition and heavy metal ions) and especially lanthanid ions, is excellent. The practical utility of the sensor has been demonstrated by using it as an indicator electrode in the potentiometric titration of Dy(III) with EDTA. 相似文献

The purity and the concentrations of the constituents Sr, Ba, Nb and Cr were determined in single crystals of chromium-doped
Sr0.61Ba0.39Nb2O6 (SBN) by instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA) and X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF). Experiments with different
Cr concentrations CCr reveal constant Sr and Ba concentrations as well as a decreasing Nb concentration with an increasing CCr. Therefore, Cr is incorporated at Nb lattice sites. The distribution coefficient of Cr is 1.2 between 100 and about 7000 ppm
Cr and 1 above. From measurements of the holographic two-beam coupling gain Γ for different CCr, we deduced response times for the buildup of holographic gratings. The saturation value of Γ depends in a nonlinear manner
on CCr and reaches its maximum at about 6000 ppm Cr. The inverse photorefractive response time of the grating erasure depends linearly
on the erasure intensity for all doping concentrations. Thus a one-center model can be assumed for the charge transport in
SBN:Cr.

Fabrication of periodically poled lithium tantalate (PPLT) with periods as short as 1.3 μm for second harmonic generation
(SHG) in the UV range and for optical parametric oscillators pumped at 532 nm is reported. Both the maximum crystal size of
up to 40 mm and the minimum poling period of 1.3 μm are improvements on earlier results, achieved by optimizing the poling
conditions and by using a novel electrode design consisting of electrode structures on both surfaces of the crystal. Single-pass
SHG of a master oscillator power amplifier (MOPA) diode laser with an output power of 1.36 mW at 336 nm using a 16-mm-long
PPLT crystal with a 1.5 μm poling period is reported.
