High-Sensitivity Sensor Based on Surface Plasmon Resonance Enhanced Lateral Optical Beam Displacements 下载免费PDF全文
We present a new optical sensor based on surface plasmon resonance (SPIt) enhanced lateral optical beam displacements. Compared with the traditional SPIt methods, the new method provides higher sensitivity to the sensor system. Theoretical simulations show that the refractive index (RI) detection sensitivity of the SPR sensor based on the displacement measurement has a strong dependence on the thickness of the metal film. When the optimal thickness of the metal film is selected, the RI resolutlon of the SPIt sensor is predicted to be 2.2 × 10^-7 refractive index units (RIU). Furthermore, it is found that the incidence angle can be used as a parameter to adjust the operating range of the sensor to different refractive index ranges. 相似文献

We investigate the propagation properties of hetero-phononic crystal waveguides by the improved eigen-mode matching theory, which can be used at same time to calculate both the transmission (reflection) coefficient and band structure. The numerical results show that the transmission frequency range is the same as the common range for two uniform waveguides composing the hereto-system, and the gap of any composite waveguide is also the gap of the hetero-phononic crystals waveguide. 相似文献

A high power dual-wavelength Ti:sapphire laser system with wide turning range and high efficiency is described, which consists of two prism-dispersed resonators pumped by an a11-solid-state frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser. Tunable dual-wavelength outputs, with one wavelength range from 750nm to 795nm and the other from 80Ohm to 850nm, have been demonstrated. With a pump power of 23 W at 532nm, a repetition rate of 6.5kHz and a pulse width of 67.6ns, the maximum dual-wavelength output power of 5.6 W at 785.3nm and 812.1 run, with a pulse width of 17.2ns and a line width of 2nm, has been achieved, leading to an optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 24.4%. 相似文献

Two coupled paralnetric four-wave-mixing processes in Rb atoms are studied using perturbation theory, which reveals clear evidence of tile appearance of quantum beat at 608cm^-1, corresponding to the energy difference of the 7s - 5d states of Rb atoms, in the parametric four-wave-mixing signals. A pump-probe technique is utilized to observe the quantum beat. Tinle-varying characteristics of the quantum beat are investigated using time-dependellt Fourier transform. We investigate the guided waves in a multi-layered cylindrical elastic solid medium. The dispersion function of guided waves is usually complex and the dispersion curves of all modes are not conveniently obtained. Here we present an effective method to obtain the dispersion curves of all modes. First, the dispersion function of the guided waves is transformed into a real function. The dispersion curves are then calculated for all the modes of the guided waves by the bisection method. The modes with the orders n = 0, 1, and 2 are analysed in two- and three-layer media. The existence condition of Stoneley wave is discussed. The modes of the guided waves are also investigated in a two-layer medium, in which the velocity of shear wave in the outer layer is less than that in the inner layer. 相似文献

Based on the Bhatangar-Gross-Krook (BGK) models, numerical simulation using the lattice Boltzmann model is performed to investigate the optimized surface pattern in a micro-channel. In order to simulate the practical situation correctly, a slip/no-slip boundary condition is applied with making several assumptions. To assess the validity and efficiency of the model, one benchmark problem with considering the surface patterns is studied. Numerical results show the value of rms velocity Vrms increases with the increasing ratio β and larger Reynolds number Re, higher fluctuation of the rms oscillating velocity. Furthermore, the results show that a good mixing effect can be obtained when Re is large enough and the ratio β is about 1.618,which is the appropriate choice, i.e. the well known golden section phenomenon. 相似文献

利用宇宙射线进行探测器模型的性能测试是高能物理普遍采用的方法,其中最重要的步骤之一就是确定宇宙线入射的准确位置和径迹.多数采用丝室探测器来进行宇宙线的精确定位,需要很高的造价和复杂的电子学系统.本文介绍一种简单的定位方法,采用塑料闪烁体条加波移剂光纤编码读出的方式,可以实现精度为1cm的定位.据此建立了一套实验装置,对BESⅢ电磁量能器CsⅠ(Tl)晶体探测器单元的光输出强度和不均匀性进行了测量. 相似文献
