A digital still camera image processing system on a chip, different from the video camera system, is pre- sented for mobile phone to reduce the power consumption and size. A new color interpolation algorithm is proposed to enhance the image quality. The system can also process fixed patten noise (FPN) reduction, color correction, gamma correction, RGB/YUV space transfer, etc. The chip is controlled by sensor regis- ters by inter-integrated circuit (I2C) interface. The voltage for both the front-end analog and the pad cir- cuits is 2.8 V, and the volatge for the image signal processing is 1.8 V. The chip running under the external 13.5-MHz clock has a video data rate of 30 frames/s and the measured power dissipation is about 75 roW.  相似文献

A narrow linewidth continuous wave Ho:YAP laser with two Fabry-Perot etalons pumped by a Tm:YLF laser is reported. The maximum output power reaches 8.3 W when the incident pump power is 15.8 W, with 52.5% optical-to- optical conversion efficiency and 62.6% slope efficiency. A stable laser output at 2118.1 nm is achieved, with a linewidth less than 0.4 nm (full width at half maximum). The beam quality factor is M2- 1.25, measured by the traveling knife-edge method.  相似文献

We theoretically study the phase characteristic of optical parametric amplification (OPA) or chirped pulse OPA (OPCPA) pumped by two phase-distorted laser beams. In the two-beam-pumped optical parametric amplification (TBOPA), due to spatial walk-off, both of the pump phase distortions will be partly transferred to signal in a single crystal so as to degrade the signal beam-quality, which will be more serious in high-energy OPCPA. An OPA configuration with a walkoff-compensated crystal pair is demonstrated for reducing the signal phase distortion experienced in the first stage and ensuring the signal phase independent of two pump phase distortions through the second crystal, hence maintaining the signal beam-quality. Such a TBOPA is similar to the conventional quantum laser amplifier by means of eliminating its sensitivity to the phase and number of the pump beams.  相似文献

A theoretical model to simulate an end-pumped CW Nd^3+:GdVO4 laser at 1063 nm is presented. Its essence is to use the propagation equations to demonstrate the spatial evolutions of the pump and the laser powers in the cavity, hence it is applicable to both low and high gain lasers. The simulation results obtained by this model are in good agreement with the experimental observations reported in the literature for a Ti:sapphlre-pumped Nd^3+:GdVO4 laser. Moreover, some parameters, such as the reflectivity of output coupler, the spot size of laser beam and the crystal length, are discussed with a view to optimizing the laser performance.  相似文献

This paper reports that the Tm^3+:Lu2SiO5 (Tm:LSO) crystal is grown by Czochralski technique. The roomtemperature absorption spectra of Tm:LSO crystal are measured on a b-cut sample with 4 at.% thulium. According to the obtained Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters Ω2=9.3155×10^-20 cm^2, Ω4=8.4103×10^-20 cm^2, Ω6=1.5908×10^-20 cm^2, the fluorescence lifetime is calculated to be 2.03 ms for ^3F4 → ^3H6 transition, and the integrated emission cross section is 5.81×10^-18 cm^2. Room-temperature laser action near 2μm under diode pumping is experimentally evaluated in Tm:LSO. An optical-optical conversion efficiency of 9.1% and a slope efficiency of 16.2% are obtained with continuouswave maximum output power of 0.67 W. The emission wavelengths of Tm:LSO laser are centred around 2.06μm with spectral bandwidth of -13.6 nm.  相似文献

对不同反射率和注入电流下885nmLD高重频侧面泵浦Nd:YAG全固态激光器的输出特性进行了实验研究,实验表明1064nm激光脉冲输出能量随注入电流的增加而增大,泵浦频率越高,脉冲输出能量增长越慢。以脉冲侧面泵浦Nd:YAG,在重复频率为60Hz、80Hz,注入电流为130A时,得到了输出透镜的最佳反射率都为73%,输出脉冲能量分别为62.1mJ,47.9mJ,光-光效率分别为13.29%、10.29%。  相似文献
