Dynamical Properties of Potassium Ion Channels with a Hierarchical Model

It is well known that potassium ion channels have higher permeability than K ions, and the permeable rate of a single K ion channel is about 108 ions per second. We develop a hierarchical model of potassium ion channel permeation involving ab initio quantum calculations and Brownian dynamics simulations, which can consistently explain a range of channel dynamics. The results show that the average velocity of K ions, the mean permeable time of K ions and the permeable rate of single channel are about 0.92nm/ns, 4.35ns and 2.30 ×10^8 ions/s, respectively.     

InxGa1-xAs-GaAs应变层量子阱结构的流体静压光荧光研究

本文报道了对分子束外延(MBE)生长的In_0.25Ga_0.75As-GaAs应变层量子阱结构在77K下的压力光荧光(PL)研究的结果。流体静压力从0到50kbar.,给出了In_0.25Ga_0.75As-GaAs应变层量子阱的Γ谷压力系数,实验观察到了量子阱中能级与势垒GaAs中X谷的能级交叉。通过对其压力行为的分析,给出了In_0.25Ga_0.75As-GaAs异质结的导带与价带跃变比:Q_c=△E_c:△E_v=0.68:0.32。对(InGa)As-GaAs应变量子阱常压下的理论分析与实验符合很好。本文也对Al_0.3Ga_0.70As-GaAs量子阱进行了讨论。 关键词：     

Teleportation of Multi-qudit Entangled States

We propose a method to realize the teleportation of an unknown entangled state that consists of many qudits through a partially entangled-qudit quantum channel with the help of 2 log2 d-bit classical communication. The operations used in the teleportation process include a generalized Bell-state measurement and a series of singlequdit π-measurements performed by Alice, a series of generalized qudit-Pauli gates and two-level unitary gates, as well as a qubit measurement performed by Bob. For a maximally entangled quantum channel, the successful probability of the teleportation becomes unit.     

Interferences in Photodetachment of a Negative Molecular Ion

The photodetachment of a negative molecular ion is studied theoretically using a two-center model. The detached electron wave function is obtained as a superposition of two coherent waves originating from each center. The photo-detached electron flux is evaluated on a screen placed at a large distance from the negative molecular ion. The electron flux on the screen displays strong interferences, the peak positions are related to the distance between the two centers in the negative molecular ion. We a/so obtained a simple analytical formula for the total photodetachment cross section. It approaches one and two times of the cross section for the one-center system in the high and lowphoton energy limits respectively.     

Evolving Networks with Nonlinear Assignment of Weight

We propose a weighted evolving network model in which the underlying topological structure is still driven by the degree according to the preferential attachment rule while the weight assigned to the newly established edges is dependent on the degree in a nonlinear form. By varying the parameter a that controls the function determining the assignment of weight, a wide variety of power-law behaviours of the total weight distributions as well as the diversity of the weight distributions of edges are displayed. Variation of correlation and heterogeneity in the network is illustrated as well.     

Effect of Nonradiative Recombination on Carrier Dynamics in GaInNAs/GaAs Quantum Wells

The nonradiative recombination effect on carrier dynamics in GalnNAs/GaAs quantum wells is studied by timeresolved photoluminescence （TRPL） and polarization-dependent TRPL at various excitation intensities. It is found that both recombination dynamics and spin relaxation dynamics strongly depend on the excitation intensity. Under moderate excitation intensities the PL decay curves exhibit unusual non-exponential behaviour. This result is well simulated by a rate equation involving both the radiative and non-radiative recombinations via the introduction of a new parameter of the effective concentration of nonradiative recombination centres in the rate equation. In the spin dynamics study, the spin relaxation also shows strong excitation power dependence. Under the high excitation power an increase of spin polarization degree with time is observed. This new finding provides a useful hint that the spin process can be controlled by excitation power in GaInNAs systems.

通过推广Pegg和Barnett的相位算符和相位态到q变形的双模情况, 应用数值计算 研究了q变形对相干态的相位概率分布特性. 结果表明, q变形对相干态的相位概率分布受到相位参数、q参数和参数│ξ│的调节, 从而反映出不同的量子相干特性.     

Scheme for Robust Long-Distance Continuous Variable Quantum Key Distribution

It is shown that the configuration of phase coding for quantum key distribution with single photon can also be used for continuous variable quantum key distribution. Therefore the robust long-distance high-speed quantum key distribution can be achieved with current technology.     

Single Qubit and Its Universal Logic Gate Made of a Heisenberg Spin Cluster with Five Particles

We investigate an anisotropic Heisenberg spin cluster with five particles controlled by a time-dependent magnetic field. With the algebraic dynamical method, we obtain the exact analytical solution to the time dependent Schr6dinger equation. Based on the analytical solution, it is shown that the system can be used as a universal single qubit logic gate controlled by the strength and frequency of the magnetic field, and the six special single qubit logic gates can be realized physically. We also discuss the anti-decoherence property of the qubit and its logic gates resulted from particle coupling effect and collectivity of the cluster.     

Quantum Logic Network for Probabilistic Teleportation of Two-Particle State in a General Form

A simplification scheme of probabilistic teleportation of two-particle state in a general form is given.By means of the primitive operations consisting of single-qubit gates,two-qubit controlled-not gates,Von Neumann measure-ment and classically controlled operations,we construct and efficient quantum logical network for implementing the new scheme of probabilistic teleportation of a two-particle state in a general form.
