In this paper,the frequency-locking and threshold current-lowering effects of a quantum cascade laser are studied and achieved.Combined with cavity-enhanced absorption spectroscopy,the noninvasive detection of H_2 with a prepared concentration of 500 ppm in multiple dissolved gases is performed and evaluated.The high frequency selectivity of 0.0051 cm~(-1) at an acquisition time of 1 s allows the sensitive detection of the(1-0) S(l) band of H_2 with a high accuracy of(96.53±0.29)%and shows that the detection limit to an absorption line of 4712.9046 cm~(-1) is approximately(17.26±0.63) ppm at an atmospheric pressure and a temperature of 20 ℃.  相似文献

在柴油机曲轴、连杆等关键零部件的可靠性设计和失效评估中,断裂韧性及疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值分别是衡量材料抵抗裂纹失稳扩展和裂纹开始扩展的重要指标.但是,对于高韧性合金材料,难以通过常规试验所推荐的厚度确定平面应变断裂韧性,而门槛值的测定通常不但非常耗时,且难以直接应用于不同循环特性的实际结构.本文针对高韧性合金钢34CrNi3MoA,提出一种将断裂韧性和疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值试验合二为一的试验方法,即用同一个试件可以同时测定门槛值和断裂韧性.利用断裂韧性关于试件厚度的渐近特性,以几种较薄试件的试验,确定平面应变状态下的断裂韧性.试验结果还表明,裂纹扩展门槛值的试件厚度依存性可以忽略,并给出了任意循环特性(应力比)下的门槛值计算公式.  相似文献

脉搏血氧饱和度检测仪可以无损、实时地检测动脉血液中的含氧百分比,从而快速对人体的呼吸状况以及心肺功能作出判断,但其检测精度极易受到测试部位运动的影响.人体测试部位的运动大致可以分为突发性运动干扰以及周期性的运动干扰.突发性干扰表现在局部脉搏波的波形突变上,而周期性的干扰体现在多个局部脉搏波的波形的周期性变化上.文章有针对性地提出了一种将微分阈值分段与迭带中值滤波相结合的方法来剔除突发扰动的方法,并且在上诉方法上再加上一级多点移动平滑以消除周期性运动干扰.实验证明该方法在消除多种运动伪差上有着较好的效果,且该方法计算简单,易于实现,有着一定的实际应用价值.  相似文献

为了量化资产之间相依结构的局部特征,本文将小波阈值规则引入Copula参数估计,提出多元Copula密度的小波局部阈值估计量,发现Copula密度的光滑度指数、维数和采样容量是影响估值精度的重要因素,这一点也得到了以正态Copula为仿真算例的支持。本方法增强了参数Copula建模的局部自适应能力,进而有助于改进资产的市场风险估值与最优化配置。  相似文献

Models for diseases spreading are not just limited to SIS or SIR. For instance, for the spreading of AIDS/HIV, the susceptible individuals can be classified into different cases according to their immunity, and similarly, the infected individuals can be sorted into different classes according to their infectivity. Moreover, some diseases may develop through several stages. Many authors have shown that the individuals' relation can be viewed as a complex network. So in this paper, in order to better explain the dynamical behavior of epidemics, we consider different epidemic models on complex networks, and obtain the epidemic threshold for each ease. Finally, we present numerical simulations for each case to verify our results.  相似文献

High performance pentacene organic thin film transistors (OTFT) were designed and fabricated using SiO2 deposited by electron beam evaporation as gate dielectric material. Pentacene thin films were prepared on glass substrate with S--D electrode pattern made from ITO by means of thermal evaporation through self-organized process. The threshold voltage VTH was --2.75± 0.1V in 0---50V range, and that subthreshold slopes were 0.42± 0.05V/dec. The field-effect mobility (μEF) of OTFT device increased with the increase of VDS, but the μEF of OTFT device increased and then decreased with increased VGS when VDS was kept constant. When VDS was --50V, on/off current ratio was 0.48× 105 and subthreshold slope was 0.44V/dec. The μEF was 1.10cm2/(V.s), threshold voltage was --2.71V for the OTFT device.  相似文献

This paper proposes a circular threshold quantum secret sharing (TQSS) scheme with polarized single photons. A polarized single photon sequence runs circularly among any t or more of n parties and any t or more of n parties can reconstruct the secret key when they collaborate. It shows that entanglement is not necessary for quantum secret sharing. Moreover, the theoretic efficiency is improved to approach 100% as the single photons carrying the secret key are deterministically forwarded among any t or more of n parties, and each photon can carry one bit of information without quantum storage. High-power operation of diode-pumped fiber lasers at wavelength near 2μm are demonstrated with short length of heavily Tm3 -doped silica glass fibers. With 7-cm long fiber, a laser at near 2 μm is obtained with the threshold of 135 mW, maximum output power of 1.09 W, and slope efficiency of 9.6% with respect to the launched power from a laser diode at 790 nm. The output stability of this fiber laser is within 5%.The dependence of the performance of fiber lasers on the operation temperature and cavity configuration parameters is also investigated.  相似文献

In order to improve the optical properties of the Ⅲ-Ⅴ laser diodes(LDs) by means of H2S plasma passivation technology,H2S plasma passivation treatment is performed on the GaAs(110) surface.The optimum passivation conditions obtained are 60-W radio frequency(RF)power and 20-min duration.So the laser cavity surfaces axe treated under the optimum passivation conditions.Consequently,compared with unpassivated lasers with only AR/HR-coatings,the catastrophic optical damage (COD) threshold value of the passivated lasers by H2S plasma treatment is increased by 33%,which is almost the same as that of (NH4)2Sx treatment.And the life-test experiment has demonstrated that this passivation method is more stable than(NH4)2Sx solution wet-passivated treatment.  相似文献
