Preparation and Spectroscopic of Vanadyl(Ⅱ) Vitamin D_3 Amino Acid Mixed Complexes as Insulin Mimetic Drug

A new six intraperitoneal injection insulin-mimetic vanadyl(Ⅱ) compounds [(VD-1₃)(VO+2)(AA-1_n)] (where (n=1～6); AA₁=isoleucine, AA₂=threonine, AA₃=proline, AA₄=phenylalanine, AA₅=lysine and AA₆=glutamine) were synthesized by the chemical reactions between vitamin D₃ (VD₃), VOSO₄ and amino acids (AA_n) with equal molar ratio 1∶1∶1 in neutralized media. The structures of these complexes were elucidated by spectroscopic methods like, infrared and solid reflectance spectroscopes. Magnetic moments and electronic spectra reveal square pyramid geometrical structure of the complexes. The infrared spectra assignments of these complexes revealed that the chelation towards vanadyl(Ⅳ) ions existed via deprotonation of the hydroxyl group of VD₃ drug ligand and so amino acids act as bidentate ligand via N-amino and O-carboxylate groups. The anti-diabetic efficiency of these complexes were evaluated against streptozotocin induced diabetic male albino rats.     

大学生个体发展多元化背景下“差别化”考试的改革与实践

在目前大学生个体发展多元化的社会大背景下,对所讲授的“物理化学”课程的考试方法进行了探索和实践,针对不同学生,在不显著影响考试卷面分数分布的前提下,提高对高分数段学生的区分度,降低对低数段学生的考核难度。在课程结束后的闭卷考试试卷中增加备选题,同时设计了相应的计分规则。考试结束后对试卷中“备选题”的利用情况和学生得分情况进行了综合分析和评价。实践结果表明,上述考试方法的调整达到了预期设定的目标。本实践结果也为“差别化”考试方法的推广提供了教学改革研究依据。     

基于成本效用分析的电能替代实证研究

近年来的雾霾让人们逐渐意识到环境保护的重要性,国网公司基于我国“多煤、少气、贫油”的国情,提出了以电代煤的电能替代方案。本文以在电力和煤炭的使用过程中可获得的热值作为效用,以使用过程中所需要的年费用作为成本,建立了电能替代的成本效用模型,计算出实现电力和煤炭相互替代的排污费临界值,并通过一个算例进行了实证分析。分析结果表明:电价、单位电力排污量、燃煤设备寿命对排污费临界值有正向影响;煤价、单位燃煤排污量、电力设备寿命对其有负向影响。最后,在分析的基础上给出了电能替代的政策建议。     

Supercritical CO2 Assisted Impregnation of Ibuprofen on Medium-Chain-Length Polyhydroxyalkanoates (mcl-PHA)

In this work, we propose the utilization of scCO₂ to impregnate ibuprofen into the mcl-PHA matrix produced by Pseudomonas chlororaphis subs. aurantiaca (DSM 19603). The biopolymer has adhesive properties, is biocompatible and has a melting temperature of 45 °C. Several conditions, namely, pressure (15 and 20 MPa) and impregnation time (30 min, 1 h and 3 h) were tested. The highest ibuprofen content (90.8 ± 6.5 mg of ibuprofen/g_PHA) was obtained at 20 MPa and 40 °C, for 1 h, with an impregnation rate of 89 mg/(g·h). The processed mcl-PHA samples suffered a plasticization, as shown by the decrease of 6.5 °C in the T_g, at 20 MPa. The polymer’s crystallinity was also affected concomitantly with the matrices’ ibuprofen content. For all the impregnation conditions tested the release of ibuprofen from the biopolymer followed a type II release profile. This study has demonstrated that the mcl-PHA produced by P. chlororaphis has a great potential for the development of novel topical drug delivery systems.

Pyrolytic and catalytic conversion of rape oil into aromatic and aliphatic fractions in a fixed bed reactor on Al2O3 and Al2O3/B2O3 catalysts

In the, at present, unstable fuel market, much attention is devoted to alternative technologies for fuel production and development of alternative products of the petrochemical industry. One of the prospective sources of fuel and alternative petrochemical products is biomass, and the use of oil plants is one of the possibilities. This paper reports on a possible conversion of rapeseed oil produced in Poland into intermediate hydrocarbon fractions by pyrolysis combined with parallel catalytic conversion. The products were analysed by gas chromatography coupled with a mass detector. The process was performed in a fixed-bed reactor and was monitored by FTIR and ¹H NMR. Depending on the catalysts applied, the products contained: water, carbon oxides, hydrogen, aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons accompanied by some amount of C2-C5 hydrocarbons formed during the cracking process. 多阶段应急决策的方案链选择方法

针对多阶段不同情景下多指标多任务的应急决策问题,提出了一种方案链选择方法。在该方法中,首先给出了决策方案链的概念,并对多阶段多指标多任务的应急决策问题进行了描述;然后根据相邻阶段的子方案之间的相容性,构建了相容性关系矩阵;进一步地,在考虑相邻阶段子方案之间相容性的情形下,以各阶段的子方案的综合评价值最大为目标,建立了应急决策的方案链选择的优化模型。通过求解模型,得到应急决策的最优方案链。最后,通过一个算例说明了该方法的可行性和有效性。     

基于灰度投影改进的电子稳像

针对灰度投影算法运用于存在局部运动目标的情况下,稳像效果较差并且可能产生错稳这一问题,在分析灰度投影基本理论的基础上,提出一种改进的灰度投影算法:局部运动物体位置估计方法和像素替代法。利用灰度值的改变和像素替代的方法,把局部运动物体去除,再进行稳像处理。通过实验验证,该方法可以解决图像中存在运动物体时发生的错稳情况。比较改进前与改进后的稳像效果,改进后的PSRN（峰值信噪比）提高了1.35。     

p73变异体研究现状及其在肿瘤放疗中的应用前景

p73基因是p53抑癌基因家族的新成员。 p73有两组蛋白异构体: TAp73和DNp73。 TAp73具有诱导细胞周期停滞和细胞凋亡的能力, 而DNp73却有与之相反的能力, 具有肿瘤促进作用。 对p73基因两面性的特点及研究进展作一综述。 最后结合重离子治疗肿瘤, 探讨了p73联合重离子治疗的新思路。 p73 was the first identified homologue of the tumor suppressor gene, p53. p73 has two groups of protein isoforms: TAp73 and DNp73. TAp73 can induce cell cycle arrest, resulting in the ability of apoptosis, however DNp73 has antagonistic property of a tumor promoting effect. In this paper, the dual roles of p73 gene and its research progress was reviewed. Finally, combined with heavy ion treatment of tumor, we explored some new ideas of p73 heavy ion joint therapy.     

Minimum norm solution to the positive semidefinite linear complementarity problem

In this article, we present an algorithm to compute the minimum norm solution of the positive semidefinite linear complementarity problem. We show that its solution can be obtained using the alternative theorems and a convenient characterization of the solution set of a convex quadratic programming problem. This problem reduces to an unconstrained minimization problem with once differentiable convex objective function. We propose an extension of Newton's method for solving the unconstrained optimization problem. Computational results show that convergence to high accuracy often occurs in just a few iterations.
