The molecular weight distribution (MWD) and arm length distribution of AB, Ar type condensation polymers obtained by adding AB monomers in batches have been derived by statistical and kinetic methods. The percolation transition of geometric clusters in the three-dimensional, simple cubic, nearest neighbor Ising lattice gas model is investigated in the temperature and concentration region inside the coexistence curve. We consider quenching experiments, where the system starts from an initially completely random configuration (corresponding to equilibrium at infinite temperature), letting the system evolve at the considered temperature according to the Kawasaki spinexchange dynamics. Analyzing the distributionn
l(t) of clusters of sizel at timet, we find that after a time of the order of about 100 Monte Carlo steps per site a percolation transition occurs at a concentration distinctly lower than the percolation concentration of the initial random state. This dynamic percolation transition is analyzed with finite-size scaling methods. While at zero temperature, where the system settles down at a frozen-in cluster distribution and further phase separation stops, the critical exponents associated with this percolation transition are consistent with the universality class of random percolation, the critical behavior of the transient time-dependent percolation occurring at nonzero temperature possibly belongs to a different, new universality class. 相似文献

Using Monte Carlo molecular dynamics, a new, careful study is made of the approach of the trajectory of a typical particle in a hard sphere fluid to that of a Brownian particle, discussed before by Powles and Quirke and Rapaport. Recent developments in quantitative surface analysis by Auger (AES) and x-ray photoelectron (XPS) spectroscopies are reviewed and problems relating to a more accurate quantitative interpretation of AES/XPS experimental data are discussed. Special attention is paid to consideration of elementary physical processes involved and influence of multiple scattering effects on signal line intensities. In particular, the major features of core-shell ionization by electron impact, Auger transitions and photoionization are considered qualitatively and rigorous approaches used to calculate the respective transition probabilities are analysed. It is shown that, in amorphous and polycrystalline targets, incoherent scattering of primary and signal Auger and photoelectrons can be described by solving analytically a kinetic equation with appropriate boundary conditions. The analytical results for the angular and energy distribution, the mean escape depth, and the escape probability as a function of depth of origin of signal electrons as well as that for the backscattering factor in AES are in good agreement with the corresponding Mote Carlo simulation data. Methods for inelastic background subtraction, surface composition determination and depth-profile reconstructions by angle-resolved AES/XPS are discussed. In this paper, elastic behaviors of non-Gaussian polymethylene (PM) chains with chain length N=100 are investigated by rotational isomeric state model. Here the tetrahedral lattice of PM chain and the non-local interaction of Sutherland potential are adopted. In the metropolis movement of PM chain, a four-bond movement model is used. The average energy and average Helmholtz free energy with various elongation ratios λ are calculated by Monte Carlo simulation method. The average energy increases with elongation ratio λ and the average Helmholtz free energy decreases with elongation ratio λ. The elastic force f and the energy contribution to elastic force fu can be obtained from f=∂〈A〉/∂r and f=∂〈U〉/∂r. We find that the elastic force f increases with elongation ratio λ and the energy contribution fu decreases with elongation ratio λ, and fu is less than zero. The ratio fu/f is close to −0.21 for λ?1.25, and −0.04 to −0.35 for λ>1.25 at T=364 K. In our calculation, the rubber elasticity may be discussed in terms of the chemical structure of polymer chains. 相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了系列多晶CMR材料La0.7Ca0.3Mn1-xCuxO3(x=0%,1%,5%,10%,15%,20%)。在77-350 K温度范围内测量了样品的电阻率及磁电阻大小。实验结果发现:系列样品TC随掺杂量增加而递减;系列样品的电阻率峰及磁电阻峰在整个测温范围内随掺杂量的增加均依次被展宽直至消失,当掺杂量为x≥10%时,电阻率随温度的变化在整个测温范围内呈现绝缘相行为;同时还发现,掺杂量为x≥10%时,样品的磁电阻在整个测温区内基本表现为隧穿磁电阻。基于我们采用蒙特卡罗模拟方法提出的逾渗模型及隧穿磁电阻模型,对样品的磁电阻行为进行了很好的解释。对系列样品的ρ-T曲线进行lnρ-T^-(1/4)系拟合,发现掺杂量为x=10%样品在整个温区内的lnρ-T^-(1/4)系基本呈线性。 相似文献
