In this paper, we study the singular limit of the Porous Medium equation u_t=Δu^m+g(x,u), as m→∞, in a bounded domain with Neumann boundary condition.     

ITERATIVE APPROXIMATION OF FIXED POINTS OF NON-LIPSCHITZIAN ASYMPTOTICALLY PSEUDOCONTRACTIVE MAPPINGS

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the problem of approximating fixed points of non-Lipschitizian asymptotically pseudocontractive mappings in an arbitrary real Banach space by the modified Ishikawa iterative sequences with errors.     

CONVERGENCE OF CASCADE ALGORITHMS AND SMOOTHNESS OF REFINABLE DISTRIBUTIONS

In this paper, the author at first develops a method to study convergence of the cascade algorithm in a Banach space without stable assumption on the initial (see Theorem 2.1), and then applies the previous result on the convergence to characterizing compactly supported refinable distributions in fractional Sobolev spaces and Holder continuous spaces (see Theorems 3.1, 3.3, and 3.4). Finally the author applies the above characterization to choosing appropriate initial to guarantee the convergence of the cascade algorithm (see Theorem 4.2).     

张量对称类上诱导线性算子的数值半径

设V是一个n维线性空间,V_x~m(G)为V上的张量对称类.A为V的线性算子T的矩阵,K(A)为V_x~m(G)上的诱导线性算子K(T)的矩阵.本文从K(A)的数值半径Υ(K(A))和可分数值半径Υ_x(K(A))定义出发,研究了Υ(K(A))、Υ_x(K(A))与范数||A||_p(1≤p≤2)、广义矩阵函数d_x~G(A)的关系,得到了它们之间的两个不等式.     

Enclosure results for quasilinear systems of variational inequalities

In this paper we consider systems of quasilinear elliptic variational inequalities, and prove the existence of minimal and maximal (in the set theoretical sense) solutions within some ordered interval of an appropriately defined pair of sub- and supersolutions. We show that the notion of sub- and supersolutions of variational inequalities introduced here is consistent with the usual notion of sub-supersolutions for (variational) equations. For weakly coupled quasimonotone systems of variational inequalities the existence of smallest and greatest solutions is proved.     

WEIGHTED APPROXIMATION ON SZASZ—TYPE OPERATORS

In this paper, we use weighted modules ω(?)(f,t)w to study the pointwise approximation on Szasz-type operators, and obtain the direct and converse theorem, as well as characterizations of the pointwise approximation of Jacobi-weighted Szasz-type operators.     

具有算子与有界约束的无穷维规划问题的最优性条件

本文给出了当all-at-once方法用于求解最优控制问题而产生的一类同时具有算子和对部分变量具有简单界约束的无穷维最优化问题的一个一阶必要条件,构造了相应的信赖域子问题,据此,信赖域法可以用于求解无穷空间中的最优化问题。     

一个增算子不动点定理及其在Banach 空间非线性方程的应用

给出了Banach空间的一个增算子不动点定理,将这一定理应用到Banach空间的积分-微分方程,给出了一类积分-微分方程的连续可微最大解和连续可微最小解的存在性定理.     

New poly(butylene succinate)/layered silicate nanocomposites. II. Effect of organically modified layered silicates on structure,properties, melt rheology,and biodegradability

A series of new poly(butylene succinate) (PBS)/layered silicate nanocomposites were prepared successfully by simple melt extrusion of PBS and organically modified layered silicates (OMLS). Three different types of OMLS were used for the preparation of nanocomposites: two functionalized ammonium salts modified montmorillonite and a phosphonium salt modified saponite. The structure of the nanocomposites in the nanometer scale was characterized with wide-angle X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopic observations. With three different types of layered silicates modified with three different types of surfactants, the effect of OMLS in nanocomposites was investigated by focusing on four major aspects: structural analysis, materials properties, melt rheological behavior, and biodegradability. Interestingly, all these nanocomposites exhibited concurrent improvements of material properties when compared with pure PBS. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 多壁碳纳米管膜湿敏特性的研究

研究了多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)薄膜的湿敏特性，实验所用的多壁碳纳米管是用热灯丝化学气相沉积法(CVD)合成的.分别对未修饰和修饰的多壁碳纳米管膜温度和湿度特性进行研究后发现，修饰的多壁碳纳米管对温度和湿度非常敏感，且对湿度的响应时间和恢复时间短，重复性好.而未修饰的多壁碳纳米管对温度和湿度不太敏感.对修饰多壁碳纳米管的湿敏特性进行了理论分析，给出了其理论表示式. 关键词： 多壁碳纳米管 化学修饰 湿敏特性 物理吸附
