剪切力模式近场扫描光学显微镜的恒幅反馈控制方法研究

剪切力模式近场扫描光学显微镜(Near-field Scanning Optical Microscopy,NSOM) 的音叉探针间距控制系统中,用相位反馈控制和检测剪切力,同时采用比例＋积分（PI）技术实现对音叉探针振幅的反馈控制,使探针振幅在扫描过程中保持为恒定值.用相位信号作为探针与样品间距控制信号,分别在无振幅反馈和有振幅反馈两种情况下,以不同速率扫描得到标准CD_RW光盘光栅的两组图像,并进行了比较分析.实验表明,恒振幅反馈电路的引入有助于提高探针系统的响应速度和灵敏度,改善所得图像的质量及分辨率.

本文研究《常微分方程》课程教学改革过程中课程思政理念的应用.基于课程原有的知识体系,从哲学层面思考课程内容和研究方法,通过分析课程中蕴含的马克思主义观点和方法进行教学、微分方程建模教学、课程发展史和重要科学家生平事迹教学,培养学生的数学素养和科学精神,增强学生的民族自信和家国情怀,激励学生刻苦钻研、勇攀科学高峰.     

Origin of the Raman mode at 379 cm−1 observed in ZnO thin films grown on sapphire

In this work, we present a detailed Raman scattering study to clarify the origin of the mode at 379 cm⁻¹ which is observed in Raman spectra of the ZnO films grown on c‐sapphire substrates and generally attributed to the A₁‐transverse optical (A₁‐TO) mode of ZnO. The studied ZnO films were deposited by metal‐organic chemical vapor deposition on c‐sapphire and (0001) ZnO substrates. In the z(−,−)z̄ backscattering configuration, the A₁‐TO mode is forbidden, while the 379 cm⁻¹ peak is still observed in the as‐deposited film grown on sapphire substrate. However, this mode is not observed in Raman spectra of the as deposited film grown on ZnO substrate. We suggest that the peak at 379 cm⁻¹ is the E_1g mode of the sapphire substrate which is allowed in z(−,−)z̄ backscattering configuration. The effects of annealing, the substrate and the collection cross‐section on Raman active modes were analyzed. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

以硅酸盐材料为背景的教学素材开发

针对一线教师在设计硅酸盐材料一课时面对的困难,开发了与陶瓷、玻璃、水泥相对应的石家河红陶杯、洛阳浮法玻璃、白鹤滩大坝等3个教学素材。包含2个原创实验、7个资料、14个原创提问。开发的素材可用于硅酸盐材料高一新授课或以硅酸盐材料为情境的高三复习课中,也可为原创题的命制者提供参考。素材的选择遵循了立德树人的理念,培养了学生的爱国情怀,同时也提升了高级思维能力。     

在对比情境中走进真实的化学科学*——高一化学绪言课教学

绪言课的教学效果对于学生后续学习起着举足轻重的作用,基于对高一化学绪言课教学意蕴的分析,选取了历史与现代、生活与科研、国内与国外等多种情境素材,并设计成对比的教学情境,竭力将学生带进真实的化学科学,引领高中化学学习的方向,打开学生的国际视野,培养学生的家国情怀。并结合问卷调查对本节课教学效果进行了反思。     

Study of blood collection and sample preparation for analysis of vitamin D and its metabolites by liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry

The analysis of vitamin D status, with special emphasis on 25-hydroxyvitamin D and 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D, is gaining interest in clinical studies due to the classical and non-classical effects attributed to this prohormone. In this research, the influence of the two steps preceding determination (viz. sample collection and preparation) on the quantitative analysis of vitamin D and its more important metabolites has been studied. Two preparation approaches, deproteination and solid-phase extraction (SPE), have been evaluated in terms of sensitivity to delimit their application, thus establishing that detection of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D cannot be addressed by protein precipitation. Concerning sample collection, serum and plasma reported high accuracy (above 83.3%) for vitamin D and metabolites, while precision, expressed as relative standard deviation, was below 12.9% for all analytes in both samples. Statistical analysis revealed that serum and plasma provided similar physiological levels for vitamin D₃, 24,25-dihydroxyvitamin D₃ and 25-hydroxyvitamin D₃, while significantly different levels were obtained for 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D₃, always higher in plasma than in serum. Sample collection and treatment have proved to be significant in the analysis of vitamin D and its relevant metabolites.     

“联用技术及元素形态”国际课程探索与实践*

充分利用线上教学的优势,对化学院本科生开设了“联用技术及元素形态”国际课程,避免了传统教学中组织、协调外籍/外地专家资源过程中必要的各种消耗,极大程度地整合教学资源、改善教学效果。在该课程的探索与实践过程中,学生们对痕量元素形态及基于等离子体质谱的各种联用技术产生了极大的兴趣,激发了他们的主动学习热情;教师之间及师生之间的沟通趋向更简单、更灵活、更实时,为后续线上线下混合式国际课程建设提供了良好的基础和借鉴。
