纳米SiO2的表面处理及其在聚合物基纳米复合材料中的应用进展

简要介绍了纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)粒子的制备方法、结构和特性,对近年来国内外纳米SiO2的表面处理方法及聚合物/SiO2纳米复合材料的制备方法进行了阐述,并针对不同改性方法和制备方法的特点加以分析比较;讨论了SiO2粒子的分散机理和增强机理,并对未来的研究内容及方向提出展望。

Evanescent fluorobiosensor for the detection of polyaromatic hydrocarbon based on DNA intercalation

A flow-injection analysis (FIA) system coupled with an evanescent wave (EW) Biosensor employing total internal reflection of fluorescence radiation (TIRF) for the detection of polyaromatic hydrocarbon that intercalates into DNA is reported. A highly fluorescent intercalator, “ethidium bromide,” has been used as the reference compound for detection. The EW Biosensor was developed according to the procedure described earlier (1,2). Data on the analysis of Naphthalene, 3-methy cholanthrene, 7,12-dimethylbenz(a)anthracene, 1,2-benzanthracene, and some standard reference materials supplied by the National Institute of Standards and Technology are reported. The relative ability of the polyaromatic hydrocarbon to displace ethidium bromide, based on the relative binding ratio, is found to be on the order of 7,12-dimethylbenz[a]anthracene > 3-methylcholanthrene > 1,2-benzanthracene > napthalene.     

Surface modification of imide containing polymers I: Catalytic groups

This paper describes basic studies of the surface modification of polyimide covered wires for insulation of electrical machines. Drain-off of the impregnating resin during production should be reduced by introduction of surface catalytic groups. ¹H NMR kinetic analysis of aminolytic ring opening reaction of low molecular model compounds for polyimides showed very fast modification reactions. The catalytic effect of various functional groups on unsaturated polyester imide, acrylate and epoxy resins was investigated by DSC. Co(II)-catalysts and tertiary aliphatic amines proved highest activity for double bond containing systems and epoxy resins, respectively. Aminolytic treatment of Kapton^® slides was followed by ATR-IR spectroscopy. Plate-plate rheometer measurements of epoxy resins employing tertiary amine-treated Kapton^® slides proved significantly reduced gelling temperature.     

多孔纳晶TiO2薄膜光催化剂的研制及其催化性能

 采用表面改性法制备了负载型Ni2（OEt）2／SiO2双核金属乙氧基配合物催化剂，利用示差量热、红外光谱和微反技术对催化剂的表面结构、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化活性进行了研究．结果表明，负载型双核金属乙氧基配合物Ni2（OEt）2／SiO2中的Ni2＋与载体SiO2表面的O2－以双齿配位形式键合；二氧化碳在催化剂表面存在桥式吸附态和碳酸单乙酯基物种两种吸附态，丙烯则只有一种分子吸附态；在适宜的反应条件下，二氧化碳和丙烯在Ni2（OEt）2／SiO2催化剂上的反应产物主要是甲基丙烯酸．根据实验结果，提出了二氧化碳和丙烯在Ni2（OEt）2／SiO2催化剂表面的反应机理，反应物分子共吸附于催化剂表面同一活性单元上，羧酸根和丙烯解离吸附态的形成是反应顺利进行的关键步骤．     

TB-curve, a New 2-D Graphical Representation of DNA Sequences

Based on the classifications of the four nucleic acid bases, we introduce a new 2-D method of DNA representation: TB-curve, which avoids loss of information accompanying alternative 2-D representation in which the curve standing for DNA overlaps and intersects itself. The method is illustrated on the coding sequence of the first exon of human beta-globin gene.     

白菜DNA甲基化水平的反相离子对高效液相色谱法研究

建立了反相离子对液相色谱测定白菜的DNA甲基化水平的方法。采用的色谱柱为HypersilBDSC18柱(200mm×4.0mm,5μm),以pH4.0的甲醇-5mmol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠-三乙胺(10:90:0.2,体积比)的混合液为流动相,UV检测器波长为273nm。通过测定DNA水样所产生的胞嘧啶和甲基胞嘧啶的含量,即可得知DNA甲基化程度。胞嘧啶和甲基胞嘧啶回收率分别为99.6%及103.3%,RSD为3.7%(日内)及5.2%(日间)。     

A resonance light scattering method for determination of DNA using Ru(bpy)2PIP(V)2+

A novel method for DNA detection is proposed that is based on the enhancement of resonance light scattering (RLS) of Ru(bpy)₂PIP(V)²⁺ at pH 2.7. Under optimum conditions, good linear relationships were obtained in the wide concentration range of 16–5120 ng mL⁻¹. The linear equation is I _RLS = 13.15 + 171.4 c (μg mL⁻¹), the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.9999. The detection limit of calf thymus DNA is 5.02 ng mL⁻¹. Plasmid DNA extracted from bacillus subtilis was determined by the method with satisfactory results.

Dynamic imaging of single DNA-protein interactions using atomic force microscopy

Atomic force microscopy (AFM) imaging of static DNA-protein complexes, in air and in liquid, can be used to directly obtain quantitative and qualitative information on the structure of different complexes. For example, DNA length, the location of preferential binding sites for proteins and bending of DNA as a result of the complexation can all be measured. Recording consecutive AFM images of DNA and protein molecules under conditions that they are still able to move and interact, or dynamic AFM imaging, however, can reveal information on the dynamic aspects of the interactions between these molecules. Here, an overview is given of the technical challenges that need to be considered for successful dynamic AFM imaging studies of individual DNA-protein interactions. Necessary technical improvements to the AFM set-up and the development of new sample preparation methods are described in this paper.
