Structural characterisation of Sb-based heterostructures by X-ray scattering methods

Antimonide-based superlattices dedicated to the elaboration of opto-electronic devices have been studied by X-ray scattering techniques. In particular, specular and non-specular X-ray reflectometry experiments have been performed on two MBE-samples elaborated with different shutter sequences at the interfaces. The results have shown a limitation of the incorporation of Sb species in the subsequent InAs layer for one of the samples, as expected.Then, a study on a InGaAs-cap layer/(InGaAs/AlAsSb)_N superlattice grown on a InGaAs/InP buffer layer by both specular X-ray reflectometry and High resolution X-ray diffraction is reported. In particular, the results have revealed the presence of a highly disturbed thin-layer on top of the MOVPE-made GaInAs, whose presence has been explained by In-concentration modification during the desoxidation procedure at the surface of the MOVPE-made GaInAs.Beside the results on the Sb-based heterostructures, the use of X-ray scattering metrology as a routinely working non-destructive testing method has been emphasized.     

Observation of inter-grain Josephson effects in Y-Ba-Cu-O samples

Josephson effects have been observed in bulk samples of Y-Ba-Cu-O. The magnitude of the zero-voltage current is found to change systematically with externally applied small magnetic fields of a few mG. It is also found to vary when samples are irradiated with microwaves. These observations suggest the presence of inter-grain Josephson junctions.     

Influence of chemistry and hot rolling conditions on high permeability non-grain oriented silicon steel

This paper discusses the influence of chemical composition on the final electromagnetic properties in higher permeability material. Furthermore, the effect of the hot rolling practice and the end of austenite transformation temperature range on the hot band microstructure is described. The magnetic polarization J₅₀₀₀ better than 1.7 T, using hot rolling conditions 40 mm transfer bar thickness, finish mill entry temperature 1000 °C, and finishing temperature 800–840 °C and after decarburization heat treatment and grain growth treatment, was obtained.     

Topological order in the phase diagram for high-temperature superconductors with point defects

Applying a Lindemann like criterion obtained previously by Kierfeld et al. [J. Kierfeld, T. Nattermann, T. Hwa, Phys. Rev. B 55 (1997) 626], we estimate the magnetic field and temperature for a high-T_c superconductor, at which a topologically ordered vortex glass phase becomes unstable with respect to a disorder-induced formation of dislocations. The employed criterion is shown to be equivalent to a conventional phenomenological Lindemann criterion including the values for the numerical factors, i.e., for the Lindemann number. The positional correlation length of the topologically ordered vortex glass is calculated.     

荧光光度法直接测定高纯氧化钕中的痕量镨和铈

使用Ｐ－ＥＬＳ５０荧光光谱仪，在盐酸介质中，用同一激发波长激发，分别测定Ｐｒ（Ⅲ）（ｎｍ）和Ｃｅ（Ⅲ）（３５６ｎｍ）发射峰强度。     

Decomposition of EuPdIn and EuPtIn at high temperature and high pressure—formation of the hexagonal Laves phases EuPd0.72In1.28 and EuPt0.56In1.44

EuPd_0.72In_1.28 and EuPt_0.56In_1.44 were prepared under multianvil high-pressure (10.5 GPa) high-temperature (1500 and 1400 K) conditions from the precursor compounds EuPdIn and EuPtIn. They were investigated by X-ray diffraction on both powders and single crystals: MgZn₂-type, space group P6₃/mmc, a=578.7(1) pm, c=944.9(3) pm, wR2=0.0734, 263 F² values for EuPd_0.72In_1.28 and a=591.1(2) pm, c=933.8(2) pm, wR2=0.0853, 151 F² values for EuPt_0.56In_1.44 with 13 variable parameters per refinement. Both structures are built up from face- and corner-sharing tetrahedra of palladium (platinum) and indium atoms. The europium cations are located in cavities within the three-dimensional [Pd_0.72In_1.28] and [Pt_0.56In_1.44] networks. The 2a and 6 h positions of the tetrahedral networks show mixed Pd/In and Pt/In occupancy in EuPd_0.72In_1.28 and EuPt_0.56In_1.44, respectively. The crystal chemistry of these indides is briefly discussed.     

金属富勒烯La＠C_（2n）的合成、提取及其ESR和MS表征

采用对掺入Ｌａ_２Ｏ_３的石墨棒原位活化并结合交换电极回放方法制备了产率较高的金属富勒烯，并用甲苯高温热提取的方法有效地提取出Ｌａ＠Ｃ_（２ｎ），其中Ｌａ＠Ｃ_（７４）为可溶性金属富勒烯增加了新成员．同时，首次采用解吸电子轰击质谱对提取物进行了表征，讨论了提取物的ＥＳＲ谱．     

高效液相色谱法测定细胞分裂素的方法研究

利用高效液相色谱法测定水稻愈伤组织和微生物发酵产品中的玉米素，二氢玉米素，核糖基玉米素和核糖基二氢玉米素。样品用抽提液抽提，经Ｂｉｏ－Ｒｅｘ７０弱阳离子交换柱和ＸＡＤ－７／Ｓｅｐ－ｐａｋＣ１８复合柱净化和富集后，直接用ＨＰＬＣ分析，方法回收率达９４％～８４％，相对标准偏差小于３．３％。最低检测限达２．０ｎｇ。

高温氧化-化学发光检测法测定水中总氮

采用高温氧化-化学发光检测法（high temperature oxidation ＆ chemiluminescence, HTO-CL）进行水质总氮（TN）的在线测定。总氮浓度（CN）与化学发光的强度（IN）呈良好的线性关系，线性区间为0．05～100mg／L。对真实水样采用本方法进行测定，其结果与国标方法相符，回收率在90％～110％之间。以本方法为工作原理的TN-2000型总氮测定仪可用于地表水质及污水的在线监测。
