大环二萜天然产物(±)-Mayol的全合成

西松烷型二萜类化合物是一大类广泛分布于松脂、烟草、陆地动物及海洋生物体中的具有十四元碳环骨架的化合物.其结构新颖复杂,且大多具有显著和广谱的生物活性.近几十年来,有关这类化合物的研究已引起了人们的极大兴趣.因此,开展这类天然产物及其类似物的全合成及构效关系的研究不仅具有重要的学术价值,而且具有潜在的应用前景.     

Product or sum: comparative tests of Voigt,and product or sum of Gaussian and Lorentzian functions in the fitting of synthetic Voigt‐based X‐ray photoelectron spectra

A comparative study for the fitting of X‐ray photoelectron spectra (XPS) using different model functions is presented. Synthetically generated test spectra using Gaussian/Lorentzian convolution and a real measured spectrum are fitted with the three commonly used models: product, sum and Gaussian/Lorentzian convolution functions. In these limited tests, it was found that the sum function is superior to the product function, particularly for low‐noise spectra. Copyright © 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

两亲嵌段共聚物聚乙二醇-聚谷氨酸苄酯纳米粒药物载体的合成研究

用磺酸酯法制备单端氨基聚乙二醇引发剂,引发谷氨酸苄酯羧酸酐开环聚合,生成可生物降解的两亲嵌段共聚物聚乙二醇﹣聚谷氨酸苄酯(PEG-PBLG),用IR,NMR和GPC表征了共聚物。用超微透析法制备PEG-PBLG聚合物纳米粒,荧光芘探针法测定纳米粒的临界聚集浓度(cac)。紫外分光光度计考察纳米粒对疏水性药物的增溶作用,PEG-PBLG可作为亚微粒药物输送系统的载体。

A total synthesis of spiruchostatin A

We achieved the total synthesis of the histone deacetylase inhibitor spiruchostatin A, as the prelude to the preparation of a combinatorial library of its analogues. Two key reactions were an asymmetric acetate aldol reaction using a Zr-enolate and macrolactonization using the Shiina method.     

The ion product of H2O,dissociation constants of H2CO3 and pitzer parameters in the system Na+/H+/OH−/HCO 3 − /CO 3 2- /ClO 4 − /H2O at 25°C

The ion product of water and the dissociation constants of carbonic acid have been determined in 0.1, 1.0, 3.0, and 5.0M NaClO₄ at 25°C. The ion product of water K _w ^' has been evaluated by emf measurements with a combined glass electrode in NaClO₄ solutions containing 0.001–0.1M HCLO₄ or NaOH. The product K _H ^' K _l ^' K ₂ ^' of the Henry constant for CO₂ and the dissociation constants for H₂CO₃ have been determined by titration of carbonate solutions equilibrated with pCO₂ =10^–3.52 atm, and K ₂ ^' has been evaluated by potentiometric titration and by measuring the H⁺ concentration at fixed HCO ₃ ^– and CO ₃ ^2- concentrations. The ion interaction (Pitzer) equations are applied to describe the constants K _w ^' , K ₂ ^' and K _H ^' H ₁ ^' K ₂ ^' as a function of the NaClO₄ concentration. The experimental data are used to evaluate the mixing parameters _{i/ClO 4} and _{i/ClO 4} ^-/Na⁺ fori = OH ^-,HCO ₃ ^- andCO ₃ ^2-     

ELECTROSPRAYING/ELECTROSPINNING OF POLY(γ-STEARYL-L-GLUTAMATE): FORMATION OF SURFACES WITH SUPERHYDROPHOBICITY

  Electrospraying/electrospinning of poly(γ-stearyl-L-glutamate) (PSLG) was investigated on a series solutions with different concentrations in chloroform. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR/ATR) were used to characterize the morphology and structure of the electrosprayed/electrospun polypeptide mats. It was found that electrospraying of PSLG with concentrations lower than 16 wt% afforded beads, while microfibers could be electrospun at the concentration of 22 wt%. The hydrophobicity of the electrosprayed/electrospun PSLG mats was investigated with static water contact angle (WCA) and tilt angle measurements. It was demonstrated that the superhydrophobic surfaces of PSLG with WCAs and tilt angles in the ranges of 150°-170° and 16.5°-4.2°, respectively, were obtained through electrospraying/electrospinning process.
