电沉积法制备介孔TiO_2/CdS薄膜光电极 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
采用阴极恒电位沉积法,在介孔TiO2薄膜上制备了介孔TiO2/CdS薄膜光电极,用XRD,SEM,Raman,SPS和UV-Vis等多种手段对薄膜电极进行了表征.结果表明,CdS成功沉积到介孔TiO2的表面和孔道内,形成了异质结结构.通过光电流作用谱考察了该复合体薄膜电极的光电性能,结果表明,与单纯的介孔TiO2薄膜相比,其光电转换效率显著提高,这是由于CdS具有吸收可见光的特性以及CdS与介孔TiO2形成异质结从而使得光生载流子更容易分离的结果. 相似文献

A series of m-ferrocenylbenzoate [m-ferrocenylbenzoate = m-NaOOCH4C6Fc, Fc = (η5-C5H5)Fe(η5-C5H4)] lanthanide coordination polymers, namely [Ln(μ2-OOCH4C6Fc)(η2-OOCH4C6Fc)(μ2-η2-OOCH4C6Fc)(CH3OH)2]n [Ln = La (1), Pr (2), Nd (3), Sm (4) and Gd (5)], have been synthesized by reactions of m-ferrocenylbenzoate with Ln(NO3)3·nH2O. X-ray crystallographic analyses reveal that 1, 2 and 5 are essentially isostructural with unique one-dimensional linear chain structure. Three types of coordination modes for m-ferrocenylbenzoate are observed in the unit structure which consists of the eight-membered metallacycle Ln2(COO)2 and the rhomboid Ln2O2. Electrochemical studies indicate that 1-5 exhibit a reversible redox wave of FeII/FeIII and the half-wave potentials of 1-5 are slightly more positive than that of m-ferrocenylbenzoic acid. In this paper, the basic solution of two collinear cracks in a piezoelectric material plane subjected to a uniform tension loading is investigated by means of the non-local theory. Through the Fourier transform, the problem is solved with the help of two pairs of integral equations, in which the unknown variables are the jumps of displacements across the crack surfaces. To solve the integral equations, the jumps of displacements across the crack surfaces are directly expanded in a series of Jacobi polynomials. Numerical examples are provided to show the effects of the interaction of two cracks, the materials constants and the lattice parameter on the stress field and the electric displacement field near crack tips. Unlike the classical elasticity solution, it is found that no stress and electric displacement singularities are present at crack tips. The non-local elastic solutions yield a finite hoop stress at the crack tip, thus allowing us to using the maximum stress as a fracture criterion in piezoelectric materials. 相似文献

A method for the simultaneous determination of 11 triazine herbicides residues in river water has been developed. It involves solid-phase extraction (SPE) pretreatment step and rapid resolution liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (RRLC-MS-MS). In the SPE pretreatment step, the adsorptive performance of MWCNTs material as SPE adsorbent and the elution capability of five kinds of solvents were investigated; in the LC separation step, a rapid resolution high throughput LC column, was used and the gradient elution mode adopted. The linear correlation coefficients (r 2) of the method for 11 target analytes varied between 0.9930 and 0.9980, the mean recoveries were in the range of 73.0 and 98.0% with relative standard deviations (RSD) 2.6 ~ 4.2%, the method detection limits (MDL) were all below 0.1 ng L?1. An expanded uncertainty of not more than 20% was estimated for each analyte at the spiked concentration of 4.0 μg L?1. On-line capillary electrophoresis FTIR detection for the separation and characterization of proteins

Capillary electrophoresis (CE) with on-line FTIR spectroscopic detection was used to separate a mixture of three model proteins and to provide information on the dominant secondary structures of the separated proteins. On-line FTIR transmission measurements were achieved using a micro-machined flow cell made out of CaF2 and SU-8 polymer which was attached to the fused silica capillaries using commercial O-rings. The IR beam was focused on the detection window using an off-axis parabolic mirror attached to an external optical port of the spectrometer. As the absorption of water heavily overlaps the so-called amide I band of the proteins the separations were carried out in heavy water (D2O). The model proteins studied were myoglobin, α-lactalbumin and β-lactoglobulin having different secondary structures. It could be shown that the performance of the separation was comparable to conventional UV–vis detection and that the IR-peak positions of the proteins studied were the same as obtained in reference measurements using the ATR technique. 相似文献

Antimony-based bismuth-doped thin film,a new kind of super-resolution mask layer,is prepared by magnetron sputtering.The structures and optical constants of the thin films before and after annealing are examined in detail.The as-deposited film is mainly in an amorphous state.After annealing at 170-370℃,it is converted to the rhombohedral-type of structure.The extent of crystallization increased with the annealing temperature.When the thin film is annealed,its refractive index decreased in the most visible region,whereas the extinction coefficient and reflectivity are markedly increased.The results indicate that the optical parameters of the film strongly depend on its microstructure and the bonding of the atoms. 相似文献

By considering the relative velocity distribution function and multipole expansion interaction Hamiltonian, a three-state model for calculating the cross section of laser-induced quadrupole-quadrupole collisional energy transfer is presented. Calculated results in Xe-Kr system show that in the present system, the laser-induced collision process occurs for ~4 ps, which is much shorter than the dipole-dipole laser-induced collisional energy transfer (LICET) process. The spectrum of laser-induced quadrupole-quadrupole collisional energy transfer in Xe-Kr system has wider tunable range in an order of magnitude than the dipole-dipole LICET spectra. The peak cross section decreases and moves to the quasi-static wing with increasing temperature and the full width at half peak of the profile becomes larger as the system temperature increases. 相似文献

为了使受激布里渊散射(SBS)光限幅器的输出能量更"平",提出了一种基于SBS光限幅和金属酞菁光限幅相结合的复合型光限幅器的方案,即SBS光限幅后边放置金属酞菁光限幅,在两种光限幅器的共同限幅作用下,使复合型光限幅器的输出光能量更"平". 数值模拟了该复合型光限幅器的输出光能量随入射光强度的变化曲线,并在Countinuum's Nd: YAG种子注入式激光器中进行了实验验证. 理论和实验结果均表明,复合型光限幅器的输出光能量比单独SBS光限幅器更"平".
