分别将二氧化硅纳米颗粒(SiNPs)与微米颗粒(SiMPs)作为固定化载体, 选择多聚酶牛肝过氧化氢酶(CAT)和单体酶辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)作为酶模型, 通过考察酶固定化后在酶活回收率、热稳定性、 酶促反应最适温度以及酶在水-有机溶剂混合体系中催化能力的变化, 对载体与酶所产生的生物效应差异进行了系统研究. 酶活回收率结果表明, SiNPs显示出比SiMPs优越的对酶无选择性的高生物亲和性, 而SiMPs则能使固定于其上的酶热稳定性大幅度提高, 且二者都能使固定化酶在有机相中的稳定性得到明显增强. 但酶促反应最适温度的变化结果表明, 对不同类型的酶所产生的生物效应则表现出无规律性. 相似文献

Mg-based hydrogen storage alloys Mg0.9Ti0.1-xZrxNi (x=0.02, 0.04, 0.06) were successfully prepared by means of mechanical alloying (MA). The effects of Zr addition on the discharge capacity and the cycle performance of the Mg-based electrodes were also studied. It was found that the discharge capacities were improved with addition of a small amount of Zr and the cycle performances of the alloy were stabilized with the addition of Ti. The effects of surface modification or coating on the properties of Mg0.9Ti0.06Zr0.04Ni were also studied. The results indicated that coating with graphite improved both the discharge capacity and cycle life of the amorphous Mg0.9Ti0.06Zr0.04Ni electrode. 相似文献

A new ion selective electrode for salicylate based on N,N'-(aminoethyl)ethylenediamide bis(2-salicylideneimine) binuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex [Cu(Ⅱ)2-AEBS] as an ionophore was developed. The electrode has a linear range from 1.0 × 10^-1 to 5.0 ×10^-7 mol·L^- 1 with a near-Nemstian slope of ( - 55 ±1 ) mV/decade and a detection limit of 2.0 × 10-7 mol·L^-1 in phosphorate buffer solution of pH 5.0 at 25 ℃. It shows good selectivity for Sal^- and displays anti-Hofmeister selectivity sequence: Sal^-〉SCN^-〉 ClO4^- 〉I^-〉 NO2^- 〉Br^-〉 NO3^- 〉Cl^-〉 SO3^2- 〉 SO4^2- The proposed sensor based on binuclear copper(Ⅱ)complex has a fast response time of 5-10 s and can be used for at least 2 months without any major deviation. The response mechanism is discussed in view of the alternating current (AC) impedance technique and the UV-vis spectroscopy technique. The effect of the electrode membrane compositions and the experimental conditions were studied. The properties of immobilized glucose oxidase (GOD) by the complexes of diethylaminoethyl cellulose(DEAEC) with different polymers, such as polymethylacrylic acid (PMAA), polyacrylic acid (PAA), polystyrene sulfonic acid (PSSA), polyvinylaleohol (PVA), polyethylene oxide (PEO) and styrene-maleic acid copolymer (PSMA) were investigated. The activity of immobilized GOD was obviously influenced by the component of the DEAEC complexes. The relative activity of the immobilized GOD reached to maximum and over 90% of the native GOD. when the DEAEC-PMAA DEAEC-PAA complexes were used as a carrier with the molar ratio of DEAEC and polyacid of about one. Michaelis constants (Km) of the immobilized enzymes of DEAEC-GOD-PMAA and DEAEC-GOD-PAA were determined to be 1.25 and 1.00, respectively. Ammonium magnesium phosphate monohydrate NH4MgPO4·H2O was prepared via solid state reaction at room temperature and characterized by XRD, FT-IR and SEM. Thermochemical study was performed by an isoperibol solution calorimeter, non-isothermal measurement was used in a multivariate non-linear regression analysis to determine the kinetic reaction parameters. The results show that the molar enthalpy of reaction above is (28.795 ± 0.182) kJ/mol (298.15 K), and the standard molar enthalpy of formation of the title complex is (-2185.43 ± 13.80) kJ/mol (298.15 K). Kinetics analysis shows that the second decomposition of NH4MgPO4·H2O acts as a double-step reaction: an nth-order reaction (Fn) with n=4.28, E1=147.35 kJ/mol, A1=3.63×10^13 s^-1 is followed by a second-order reaction (F2) with E2=212.71 kJ/mol, A2= 1.82 × 10^18 s^-1. 相似文献

测试了二元和多元溶剂组分的1,3-二氧戊环基LiCF3SO3电解液的粘度、离子电导率和单质硫的溶解度. 研究结果表明, 由较强的给电子能力溶剂组成的低粘度电解液较容易提高单质硫的氧化还原反应活性和可逆性能, 有利于提高单质硫在2.10 V附近的低放电平台电位和放电比容量. DOL-DME LiCF3SO3电解液能够较好地改善单质硫电极的表面钝化层结构, 促进电活性物质离子扩散和降低界面电荷传递阻抗, 从而表现出很好的放电倍率特性. 在室温下充放电流密度分别为0.1和0.2 mA/cm2时, 单质硫的首次放电比容量为792 mA·h/g, 第29次放电比容量达到412 mA·h/g. 相似文献
