SYNTHESIS OF MESOPOROUS POLY(STYRENE-co-MALEIC ANHYDRIDE)/SILICA HYBRID MATERIALS VIA A NONSURFACTANT-TEMPLATED SOL-GEL PROCESS*

Mesoporous poly (styrene-co-maleic anhydride)/silica hybrid materials have been prepared. The synthesis wasachieved by the HCl-catalyzed sol-gel reactions of tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) and styrene-maleic anhydride copolymerin the presence of 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (APTES) as a coupling agent and citric acid as a nonsurfactant template orpore-forming agent, followed by ethanol extraction. Characterization results from nitrogen sorption isotherms and powder X-ray diffraction indicate that polymer-modified mesoporous materials with large specific surface areas (e.g. 900 m~2/g) andpore volumes (e.g. 0.6 cm~3/g) could be prepared. As the citric acid concentration is increased, the specific surface areas, porevolumes and pore diameters of the hybrid materials increase.

采用一阶导数吸光光度法测定碘酸钾碘盐中碘 ,线性范围为 0～ 12 μg·ml-1,检出限为1.6μg·ml-1,对盐样进行重复测定 ,相对标准偏差≤ 1.9% ,对样品进行加标回收试验 ,回收率在 97.0 %～ 10 2 .5 % ,结果良好     

The evolution of morphology of ordered porous TiO2 films fabricated from sol-gel method assisted ZnO nanorod template

Ordered porous TiO₂ films, including TiO₂ nanotube arrays, are fabricated by a sol-gel dip-coating approach via ZnO nanorod templates obtained from aqueous solution approach. The results indicate that the morphologies of ordered porous TiO₂ films have been great affected by the sol-gel dip-coating cycle number. Open-ended TiO₂ nanotube arrays can be obtained in optimum dip-coating cycle numbers. The TiO₂ nanotubes with the inner diameter matching well with the diameters of ZnO nanorods, are well assembled and separate each other. When the cycle number is less than this optimum value, no intact porous TiO₂ film can be obtained. As the cycle number is larger than this optimum value, an ordered porous TiO₂ film with many throughout holes is formed. The evolutive mechanism of ordered porous TiO₂ films is proposed.

NMR频率综合器的微机控制

为实现ＰＴＳ系列频率综合器的微机控制，设计了一种简单的控制电路。在微机的控制下，通过该电路与微机的并行通讯口，用Ｃ语言编写的控制程序可以很方便的控制频率综合器的输出频率。控制程序采用菜单操作，电路所需的＋５Ｖ电源由微机提供，整个控制系统简单实用，值得推广。     

A New Diterpene Acid from the Flowers of Heteropappus altaicus

A new compound, named heteraltaic acid was isolated from the flowers of Heteropappus altaicus (willd) Novopokr. The compound was elucidated as (5R, 6S, 8aS) -5-[2-(3-furyl) ethyl-5, 6, 8a-trimethyl-4a, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8a -hexahydro-l-naphthalenecarboxylic acid] by the combination of 1D and 2D NMR techniques (HSQC, HMBC) and X-ray analysis.     

三溴偶氮胂催化光度法测定痕量铁

本文研究了硫酸介质中痕量 Fe(Ⅲ)催化加速抗坏血酸、溴酸钾和三溴偶氮胂之间的褪色反应及动力学条件,建立了动力学光度法测定痕量Fe(Ⅲ)的新方法.方法灵敏度为1.82×10~(-12)g·ml~(-1).测定范围为Fe(Ⅲ)0～30ng/25ml.已用于人发和食品中痕量铁的测定.结果满意.     

科学仪器工作状态监测装置的设计与实现

建立了支持网络通讯的科学仪器工作状态监测装置。该检测装置以单片机系统为核心,运用信号检测技术获取仪器的工作状态信息,实现有效机时的记录。基于自制编码表对数据进行BASE64编码,保证了记录信息的安全;支持嵌入式互联网技术将被监测仪器的实时状态上传到远程服务器,实现大型科学仪器的网络化监测。     

固相萃取-高效液相色谱检测葡萄酒中赭曲霉毒素A

使用C18小柱固相萃取, C18反相柱(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.)分离,V(乙腈):V(水):V(乙酸)＝99:99:2为流动相,荧光检测器(激发波长333 nm,发射波长460 nm)检测,测定葡萄酒中赭曲霉毒素A.其质量浓度在6.25～200 ng/mL范围内呈良好线性,相关系数为0.9997.样品经浓缩60倍后,方法检出限为0.027 ng/mL.对红葡萄酒、干红及白葡萄酒进行了加标回收实验,回收率为80.1%～109.8%.平行7份样品加标回收率相对标准偏差为5.9%.对市售6种葡萄酒进行了赭曲霉毒素A的测定.
