手性β-氨基醇的合成及其催化二乙基锌与醛的不对称加成反应

以烯烃为原料通过Sharpless不对称双羟化等多步反应合成7种手性β-氨基醇, 并将该类化合物用于催化二乙基锌和醛的不对称加成反应. 分别考察了影响对映选择性的催化剂结构、催化剂用量、溶剂、反应温度等各种因素. 当催化剂用量为5%、甲苯溶剂、在－10 ℃下、以(1S,2R)-(＋)-2-氨基-1,2-二苯基乙醇(1b)作催化剂时, 所得仲醇的对映体过量最高为85% ee, 产率高达100%.     

苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯/聚乙烯基甲基醚共混体系相容性的FT-IR及DSC研究

嵌段高聚物、均聚物共混体系相容性是近年来研究的热点。本工作以光学显微镜、DSC、FT-IR为手段,研究了三嵌段高聚物苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS);SBS-48、SBS-30,SBS-28与聚乙烯基甲基醚共混体系的相容性。DSC结果表明,随SBS中PS含量的升高,体系相容性变好,PS段分子量增大,也有助于体系相容。FT-IR结果表明PVME中COCH_3在1100cm~(-1)附近呈现的双峰的相对强度对体系的相容性十分敏感,而由于苯环C—H振动产生的698cm~(-1)峰位却不象PS/PVME体系那样随相容性的改变而有显著的改变。总而言之,嵌段高聚物SBS/均聚物PVME共混体系中,体系的相容性依赖于嵌段高聚物在体系中的组份含量及嵌段高聚物中PS的重量百分含量,PS段分子量的大小对体系相容性也有影响。     

席夫碱自组装单分子膜的电化学行为

利用自组装技术将席夫碱硫醇衍生物在金表面形成自组装单分子膜,并初步研究了此自组装单分子膜的电化学行为,发现该席夫碱分子在0.1 mol•L－1的KCl溶液中具有电化学不可逆氧化还原行为，且随着自组装时间的增加表观电极反应速率常数值显著减小,最后减小为0,并对此进行了解释.     

Crystal Structure of Complex Tris（4,4,4—trifluoro—1—pheny1—1,3—butanedione）（1,10—phenanthroline）Europium（Ⅲ）

The complex Eu(btfa)₃ (phen) (btfa=4,4,4‐trifluoro‐1‐phenyl‐1, 3‐butanedione, phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline) has been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV spectroscopies. The crystal and molecular structures of the complex have been determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. It belongs to the monoclinic crystal system, space group P2₁/c with a = 0.9700(2) nm, b = 3.7450(5) nm, c = 1.0917(3) nm, β = 92.51(2)°, V = 3.962(1) nm⁵, Z = 4, D_c = 1.639 g/cm³, μ = 1.676 mm^?1, F(000) = 1936, R₁, = 0.0388, wR₂ = 0.0775. Structure analysis shows that the europium(III) ion is coordinated to six oxygen atoms of β‐diketonate anions and two nitrogen atoms of phenanthroline molecule. The coordination polyhedron is an approximate square antiprism.     

Four‐ and Five‐Coordinate Gallium Complexes Stabilized by Bidentate 2‐(Dimethylaminomethyl)Pyrrole Ligand: Molecular Structures of Ga[NC4H3(CH2NMe2)‐2]3 and GaMe2[NC4H3(CH2NMe2)‐2]

Treatment of GaCl₃ with one equiv of Li[NC₄H₃(CH₂NMe₂)‐2] (n = 1, 2, 3) in diethyl ether at ?78 °C yields GaCl_3‐n[NC₄H₃(CH₂NMe₂)‐2]_n (n = 1, 1 ; n = 2, 2 ; n = 3, 3 ). Compound 1 reacts with two equiv of RLi to afford GaR₂[NC₄H₃(CH₂NMe₂)‐2] ( 4a, R=Me; 4b, R=Bu ) via transmetallation. Reacting 2 with one equiv of RLi in diethyl ether, 3 and 4 are formed via ligand redistribution. Variable temperature ¹H NMR spectroscopic experiments reveal that the five‐coordinate gallium compound 3 is fluxional and results in a coalescence temperature at 5 °C, at which ΔG^≠ is calculated at ca. 10.4 Kcal/mole. All the new compounds have been characterized by ¹H and ¹³C NMR spectroscopy and the structures of compounds 3 and 4a have also been determined by X‐ray crystallography.     

Syntheses of Novel Isopenam and Isocephem Antibiotics. Preparation of a retinamido derivative of a highly strained β-lactam as potent anticancer agent

Syntheses of the cis-configurated isopenam 9 (Scheme 1), isocephem 14 (Scheme 2), and isocephem 19 (Scheme 3) are described. The key step in the preparation of 14 and 19 involved a Pummerer-type rearrangement of the corresponding sulfoxides 12 and 18 . These β-lactams were found to possess biological activity against several pathogenic microorganisms in vitro. The electronic activation of the lactam moiety of 19 remarkably enhanced its biological activity. A retinoic moiety was attached to 19 via an amino linker. The resultant retinamido-β-lactam 21 showed significant cytostatic activity in tracheal organ cultures obtained from vitamin-A-deficient hamsters.     

Enhanced thermal properties and flame retardancy from a thermosetting blend of a phosphorus‐containing bismaleimide and epoxy resins

Epoxy resins modified by an organosoluble phosphorus‐containing bismaleimide (3,3′‐bis(maleimidophenyl) ­phenylphosphine oxide; BMPPPO) were prepared by simultaneously curing epoxy/diaminodiphenylmethane (DDM), and BMPPPO. The resulted epoxy resins were found to exhibit glass transition temperatures as high as 212 °C, thermal stability at temperatures over 350 °C, and excellent flame retardancy with Limited oxygen index (LOI) values around 40. Incorporation of BMPPPO into epoxy resins via the thermosetting blend was demonstrated to be an effective way to enhance the thermal properties and flame retardancy simultaneously. 新手性配体(QN)2AQN的合成及其催化肉桂酸甲酯的不对称氨羟化反应研究

在AlCl₃和多聚磷酸的存在下, 以邻苯二甲酸酐和对二氟苯为原料, 通过Friedel-Crafts和环化反应, 用改进的方法以60%的产率生成1,4-二氟蒽醌. 然后通过奎宁锂与1,4-二氟蒽醌的亲核取代反应得到新型手性配体(QN)₂AQN, 产率85%. 在氧化-供氮试剂N-氯代氨基甲酸苄酯存在下, (QN)₂AQN与OsO₄原位生成的催化剂在五种肉桂酸甲酯的不对称氨羟化反应中表现出优异的对映选择性(90%～96% ee)和一般至优秀的区域选择性(75∶25～98∶2), 产率50%～70%, 高于文献报道的结果. 该手性配体易于合成, 成本低廉, 用于催化不对称氨羟化反应, 可以制备光学活性的α-氨基酸酯类化合物.     

手性膦氮配体的合成及其钯配合物催化的不对称烯丙基烷基化反应

以价廉的天然产物辛可宁和奎宁为原料,在温和的条件下方便地合成了两个手性膦氮配体.考察了它们与过渡金属钯配合物在不对称烯丙基烷基化反应中的催化活性和不对称诱导作用.在1,3-二苯基-2-烯丙基-1-醇的乙酸酯与丙二酸二甲酯的反应中,两个配体均表现出中等的手性诱导活性(最高为73.5%e.e.).     

Einige analytische Eigenschaften von 1,3-Dimethyl-4,5-diaminouracil

Zusammenfassung 1,3-Dimethyl-4,5-diaminouracil (DAL) hat sich als sehr empfindliches Reagens zum selektiven Nachweis von Co²⁺-Ionen im stark alkalischen Medium einer Phosphatpufferlösung (p_H=11,20) erwiesen. Es wurden vier Additionsverbindungen von DAL mit den Zentralatomen Cd(II), Pd(II), Ni(II) und Co(II) im Verhältnis Me DAL=1 2 hergestellt. Spektrophotometrische Untersuchungen weisen darauf hin, daß bei p_H 6 bis 7 eine Komplexverbindung im Verhältnis CoDAL=12 gebildet wird.

Summary 1,3-dimethyl-4,5-diaminouracil (DAL) has been found to be a very sensitive reagent for the selective detection of Co²⁺ ions in strong alkaline medium of a phosphate buffer solution (p_H=11.20). Four addition compounds of DAL with the central atoms Cd(II), Pd(II), Ni(II) and Co(II) with the ratio MeDal=12 have been prepared. Spectrophotometric studies indicate that at p_H=6–7, complex compound is produced with the ratio CoDAL=12.
