采用微波消解电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)测定了秦巴山区芋头中5种微量元素的含量。结果表明,芋头中Fe、Se、Zn、Mn和Cu的含量分别为:321.40、158.77、47.45、5.24和4.09 mg·g-1;加标回收率为97.0%~106.5%,精密度实验RSD为0.59%~2.76%,测定结果具有良好的准确性和精密度。  相似文献

Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) was used as a virtual stationary phase to separate p‐xylene, benzyl alcohol, and p‐methylphenol by the chromatographic NMR technique. The effects of concentration and weight‐average molecular weight (Mw) of PVP, solvent viscosity, solvent polarity, and sample temperature on the resolution of these components were investigated. It was found that both higher PVP concentration and higher PVP Mw caused the increase of diffusion resolution for the three components. Moreover, the diffusion resolution did not change at viscosity‐higher solvents. Moreover, the three components showed different resolution at different solvents. As temperature increased, the diffusion resolution between p‐xylene and benzyl alcohol gradually increased, and the one between p‐xylene and p‐methylphenol slightly increased from 278 to 298 K and then decreased above 298 K. It was also found that the polarity of the analytes played an important role for the separation by affecting the diffusion coefficient. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and electron energy-loss spectroscopy, we show that beryllium oxide crystallizes in the planar hexagonal structure in a graphene liquid cell by a wet-chemistry approach. These liquid cells can feature van-der-Waals pressures up to 1 GPa, producing a miniaturized high-pressure container for the crystallization in solution. The thickness of as-received crystals is beyond the thermodynamic ultra-thin limit above which the wurtzite phase is energetically more favorable according to the theoretical prediction. The crystallization of the planar phase is ascribed to the near-free-standing condition afforded by the graphene surface. Our calculations show that the energy barrier of the phase transition is responsible for the observed thickness beyond the previously predicted limit. These findings open a new door for exploring aqueous-solution approaches of more metal-oxide semiconductors with exotic phase structures and properties in graphene-encapsulated confined cells.  相似文献

A new star-shaped structure conjugated microporous polymers, poly (2,8,14-tri[4-diphenyl-benzene]-hexaazatrinaphthylene) (PTPA-HATN), was designed and in-situ electrochemically polymerized on the surfaces of FTO electrodes with a directional alignment TiO2 nanorod array to obtain TiO2/PTPA-HATN core-shell nanocomposite films. Compared with the PTPA-HATN film, the TiO2/PTPA-HATN composite film exhibits higher optical contrast and faster response time, with contrast of 57% at 783 nm, coloring time of 3.62 s and discoloring time of 2.55 s (43%, 4.63 s and 4.77 s for PTPA-HATN film, respectively). After 400 cycles, the contrast of nanocomposite film decreased by 28%, while the PTPA-HATN film basically lost its electrochromic properties. A simple three-layer EC prototype device based on TiO2/PTPA-HATN nanocomposite film constructed with hydrogel electrolyte clearly shows color changes at different voltages. On the one hand, the formation of core-shell porous nanostructure of TiO2/PTPA-HATN composite film provides a larger ion doping/de-doping interface, shortening the average diffusion length of ions. On the other hand, the large indented polymer-nanorods contact interface makes it difficult for the polymer to detach from the electrode, thus significantly improving the cyclic stability of the composite film.  相似文献

In this work, a convenient and dual-signal readout optical sensing platform for the sensitively and selectively determination of beta-glucosidase (β-Glu) activity was reported using protein-inorganic hybrid nanoflowers [BSA-Cu3(PO4)2·3H2O] possessing peroxidase-mimicking activity. The nanoflowers (NFs) were facilely synthesized through a self-assembled synthesis strategy at room temperature. The as-prepared NFs could catalytically convert the colorless and non-fluorescent Amplex Red into colored and highly fluorescent resorufin in the presence of hydrogen peroxide via electron transfer process. β-Glu could hydrolyze cyanogenic glycoside, using amygdalin (Amy) as a model, into cyanide ions (CN?), which can subsequently efficiently suppress the catalytic activity of NFs, accompanied with the fluorescence decrease and the color fading. The concentration of CN? was controlled by β-Glu-triggered enzymatic reaction of Amy. Thus, a sensing system was established for fluorescent and visual determination of β-Glu activity. Under the optimum conditions, the present fluorescent and visual bimodal sensing platform exhibited good sensitivity for β-Glu activity assay with a detection limit of 0.33 U·L?1. The sensing platform was further applied to determinate β-Glu in real samples and satisfactory results were attained. Additionally, the optical sensing system can potentially be a promising candidate for β-Glu inhibitors screening.

A mild Et3N-catalyzed novel domino oxa-Michael/1,6-addition reaction of ortho-hydroxyphenylsubstituted p-QMs and unsaturated isoxazolones is described. Various new spiro-isoxazolonechromans were obtained in good yields (up to 89%) with excellent diastereoselectivities (>99:1 dr).
